I inquired about a pregnant pitbull the day she delivered her 7 pups and was put on the list.. I had called a few times asking about the pups and to remind them that I had a 2 hr drive to get there and that I would be there before they opened..I was contacted the day before and was told that they didn't open until 11 and the pups were FCFS, no holds... We arrived 35 min before and found they had opened like an hr. early and the 3 pups I had been looking at had already been adopted.So, naturally I was pretty upset.. BUTI do believe "everything happens for a reason." So after a long "interview" with the remaining pups I chose a female and we named her " Willow."As it turns out, she is very smart and after she's potty trained, she will be a wonderful addition to our family!

Had to spring my dog after he ran off late one night. Called the next day and she said they had him. Real nice folks and easy to deal with. Only cost $30 to get him back too.

They are very professional, and take care of their animals very well! They were very thorough on my meet with Kona(Freki). I ended up taking the little guy home to give him a happy life.

We got a call to foster kittens and they had them all adopted by the time they were on their own food and Lydia is so sweet to all the animals and the kids

Spoke with the officer about my son's lost cat she was very helpful, professional and looked so nice. We had a good talk and she was going to watch for the cat.

They don't kill animals peacefully, and instead kill them with gas taking up to 25 minutes. They unnecessarily kill the animals off, (when they aren't aggressive and it isnt overstocked).

Great place to get a dog but when you are forced to give one up because you care about the safety of the dog you are treated like a leaper sad

Claim they do not euthanize dogs, when in fact they do. They lied about my mother's dog being aggressive and euthanized him. These places get PAID to euthanize dogs.
