The short old woman with long black hair working in the greenhouse was extremely rude and sarcastic to me and my family, as well as to other employees. I'm very surprised that such a great business has such a terrible person working for them. Definitely changes how I see ace.

Poorly run store, full of yokel managers & staff who hate everyone except their kind,products are over priced to make up for their incompetent sales strategy, and negative treatment of non-white customers. Buy online or go to Rock Springs. This place deserves to be shut down.

I noticed a special purchase, DeWalt bit package, out of place, in the mechanics isle. At least 3, ace employees, walked past me, starring. A 4 rep, approached me, asked if I needed any help, I sat the bit set in the lower shelf, and explained I found it in the isle, I asked if they were on a monthly promotional special.The ace rep. Bent down, looked at the tag, and told me that was the price, 39.99.Even after I explained, I sat them there, this mf wasn't smart enough to even sku check, lol.Did I need help? Not as badly as the red vest wearing that idiot!

There is always someone to help you find what you need. They were able to match the paint on the outside of our house from an old stir stick. Matches perfectly!

[  ] Very discouraged with Ace Hardware, went to get my bottles of propane filled up and the kid there said he could not fill them because he could not see the resertification date. The resertification date was stamped and it is hard to see but I could clearly see it he said he did not feel comfortable. I have been a loyal customer for Ace Hardware for 50 plus years in this little community and like supporting local businesses.  I am so disappointed in Ace Hardware and I'd like to tell them that they have lost a loyal customer.  Because I will never buy anything there again.

Yes the power was out, but they follow you around like you are gonna steal something. Then you ask them to cut a piece of pvc and they can't do it because they have no power. I suggest that they use one of the pvc cutters in the store, and they tell me I can buy one and cut it myself.Worst customer service out there. Go to Bomgars, way cheaper and way better customer service.

Good merchandise but exhortation would almost describe their prices. People are helpful but at this rate it's no wonder Home Depot puts stores like these out of business. On average, 15 to 30% higher than Amazon and HD.

I went to buy spray paint today. There was an employee standing right in front of the spray paint, in the middle of the isle. I said ma’am can you please excuse me. I asked two more times. She stood there and would not move. I don’t know her name. She was an older lady with short hair. Anyways, I took my business else where.

Great place! Employees are very zealous about helping...almost annoying. But I would prefer that to grouchy disassociation. Lots of cool stuff, paint, household items, tools, fishing supplies, etc.
