they are so amazing and thorough here. my cat was going through very serious liver failure and they played such a big hand in nursing her back to help. 2 other vets we’d seen couldn’t figure out what was going on and my cat was basically on her death bed before theyd seen her. they are all so kind of caring, so glad we found out about them. very fairly priced as well!

I just want to give my appreciation for this clinic and staff. We are on vacation spending a week at Flaming Gorge. My dog ate some foxtail, and immediately began gagging and choking. Castle Rock was able to fit me in the same day, remove the foxtails, and prescribe medications. What a relief that this was able to be addressed to quickly, and at a reasonable price. Just noticed, they also trimmed my dogs nails to boot!

took my dog in and my dog was growling a bit. Vet Technician Chloe started jacking my dog off and let me know that is how you get a dog to like you. I wasn't comfortable, and I don't think my dog was either because he got a bit mean. I won't be back. if she going to do that, what else is she capable of doing with other animals?

My experience is a one time shot, but I'm glad we found them. We were out camping when one of our pups started having some concerning issues. We were fortunate and they were able/willing to get us right in. The staff was great. They were very attentive and caring with our guy. They got him what he needed and discussed with me what to do if that didn't completely take care of things, including recommending a vet that has emergency weekend visits. Best part was, I didn't feel like I was getting soaked when it was time to pay. Based on my visit, I would recommend Castle Rock.

This was the 1st time I had boarded my dog, Rosie, and I was a bit nervous...as she had only been left with family or friends in the past. The staff at Castle Rock was FANTASTIC !!! and loved on her as if she was their own fur baby. I will definitely use them again the next time I am in Green River. Thank you.

Absolutely the best! Dr. Megan Beavers is Absolutely amazing and came out to my home to help put our dog to sleep after she spent lots of time trying to figure out what was wrong. The staff is incredibly friendly and sweet every time I go in!

I was traveling throught the area when my dog had an urgent medical condition. The staff was great and helped me right away. The vet was fantastic, explained things, and gave options. The cost was also reasonable. This place went above and beyond most places and I highly recommend them.

Dr O'Neill and his staff are very caring with and genuinely concerned about my cat's health. Dr. O'Neill once came in late one Sunday evening to take care of my very sick cat. Their prices are reasonable and they offer a variety of services.

I have been using Dr. O'Neall for my pets for 20 years. The place isn't fancy, but the medical care has always been the best I have found in Sweetwater County. He always takes time to make sure I understand what is going on and if he doesn't know, he will tell me and refer me to the proper place. I have never been disappointed in the care he has given to any of my pets. As long as I live in the area, I will keep taking my pets to Castle Rock Veterinary Center. The staff hasn't always been the greatest, but the gals they have now are wonderful. They are so nice and caring. They treat every animal as if it were their own.

Not happy with the out come I paid 430$ for my dog chihuahua to get check they said he had pneumonia which I looked up the medication they gave him and it has nothing to do with pneumonia or just a little infection that says, but it says like other things, and I want to know exactly what had happened to him he died today three weeks after he got seen by the doctor so I do not recommend this place from anybody cause I don’t know how clean it is in the back I don’t know my dog caught a infection in the back or anything but I am very upset he was only four

I chose this vet clinic due to the fact our own vet clinic was booked for the holiday season. My cat has always done well being in a kennel before, however, this place stressed her out terribly. I can't believe I did not even get a phone call to let me know she was that stressed out. I called to check in to see how she was doing and was told that she wouldn't even let anyone near her kennel. What? Why? I asked what she was doing and they said she would "hiss" and "scratch" if anyone came near her kennel. My cat is the sweetest cat ever! I asked if she was near dogs or other cats and was assured she was not. I just could not believe that this clinic's employee seemed so uncaring that she was that stressed out. So, I called my son (since I was out of the state) and asked if he could please go pick our cat up as soon as he got back into town. Two days later when my son went to pick her up, she was even mean to him! On top of this, the vet clinic asked my son to give her the vaccine FCV that they said was required for her to be kenneled with other cats. How unprofessional! My son informed me that my cat smelled horrible, she was shedding excessively, her tail was covered in feces and her soft black pad she lays on in her kitty condo smelled of feces as well. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the lack of care given to my cat and will not kennel any of my animals there again.

Camping at Flaming Gorge and my little pup Koda was grabbed by another dog. They were able to see him last minute at the end of their day & took amazing care of him. Probably won’t get the chance to go back but if we lived in the area we would definitely take him back for his normal veterinary care! 10/10

I live in riverton ut, and I was camping at flaming gorge when my best friend (max) for 16 yrs had a stroke or brain tumor. I ran him in at closing time and they were absolutely the most amazing people I have ever dealt with in a time of need. They gave him some meds and helped me try to get him home after the weekend. That night he struggled and we made the decision to call Castle Rock and have him put down. When we showed up Mary had the door held open for us, and right into a room. They allowed us to do it outside on the grass under the tree 🌳 I honestly couldn't ask for any more compassion and kindness than we received! If I was asked to rank them from a 1 to 10 id do a 20! I would drive 3 hrs to work them everytime!

They handled our regular appointment while simultaneously managing an emergency surgery since we would flying out shortly after. Our kitten was a monster during a blood drawing and they also handled that situation well.

Cost wise the most reasonable Vet in Sweetwater Country. I really like the support staff. They stayed open late one time for me due to a dog eating the wrong thing and need poisoning treatment. I almost can get in same day I call.

Consistently accurate care snd treatment of complex diagnosis. I trust this veterinarian. He is very caring and has never given less than professional care to my pets from sugar gliders needing sterilization. To emergency care for unknown neurologic issues. Dr.Neal and his staff are the best in our area.

WOW what a joke.. If you want vet that cares I would recommend going somewhere else. He sent my dog home to die without even doing basic emergency protocol. Thank god I didn't listen to him and took my boy to the vet in Rock Springs.However I do recommend this vet if you don't care about your pets and you like to waste your hard earned money!!They have yet again lost another customer!!DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!
