My dog's face hadn't even been washed when I picked him up from being groomed. I had requested poodle face, feet and tail which requires minimum use of #10 clipper. He was trimmed with scissors and was still shaggy. He won't be able to see again in a week due to the lack of hair cutting. I requested that his feet be trimmed but the store was closing so that was all the remediation I had an opportunity to receive. I would also like to see my dog before deciding on an appropriate tip.

We took our 7 year old Golden Retriever/ Rottweiler mix in. We told them not to shave him too short but to just trim him like a Golden Retriever. He has long mane and feathering on his tummy, around his face, and on his tail that is not meant to be shaved. When we got him back he was shaved super short and his belly was completely misshaved into patches.The manager of the store was awful from the beginning. The rest of the staff were sooo sweet and kind, it's unfortunate he is so unprofessional and rude.We didn't see his belly till we got home so I called them to tell them. I spoke with the manager and he said he was the one who cut him and blamed our dog's arthritis for the hack job. We told them from the very beginning that he had bad knees and they seemed to not be worried at all. They just said it would take a little longer which is no problem. He offered us a refund, which I do appreciate, however he followed it up with excuses and accusations.I truly believe the manager is the issue, not the location. Everyone else we spoke with was kind, caring and seemed to really love animals.I will attach a photo to this review.

We took our young pup to get groomed and were incredibly impressed with the service. Steven did an awesome job and made sure our puppy was comfortable. Will recommend to everybody!

Miss May is a rescue as is Mr. Henry. Miss May is very fearful and I heard she gave Steven a little kiss when he was done grooming her! And Mr. Henry put himself in Steven's heart so much he said he'd love to take him home! That, to me, shows the level of love Steven has for the dogs coming to him!

I took in my frenchie that I had just adopted and they did a phenomenal job with him. He was DIRTY and has some emotional issues due to being abused and they took excellent care of him and were just super compassionate!

appointment was easy to make, check in was easy, check in gal was friendly and showed she cared about my pet. I never saw the groomer. Pickup was easy.
