The lady went way above and beyond. Our dog had recently been attacked by another dog and we went in to get her a new collar for being a good girl at the vet. While we were there she got stressed and had an accident, which we offered to clean up she declined and reassured us it wasn't a big deal. When we got to the check out is when she noticed the chunk taken out of her shoulder and promptly gave her a bunch of treats and good praises. She never one time had a negative demeanor about us or the dog.

This Petco had just what we were looking for plus extra little goodies for our dogs. The staff was friendly and the place was super clean and organized.They had some really cute ferrets there too!

Always have a great shopping experience at this store. . I feel like all the employees are super helpful, kind & I get treated like family. Also adopted my beautiful Fur baby from there & couldn’t be happier with my decision. Some photos of my little diva . Definitely worth the investment & commitment . ♥️😻 she has truly blessed my life! Customer service was good but paying 10 bucks for some grass that costs .10c is ridiculous (I pay 7 bucks for enough seed to make 1000 of those pots) If I hadn't been desperate (just planted more seeds) to help my cat getting up a furball I would never buy from petco, petco should be ashamed of itself for its overpriced stuff.

Steven is the best groomer and the only person I trust to groom my dog, as he is very patient and loving to my fur baby! He always does such a fantastic job and I always get so many compliments on how beautiful my mini schnauzer is after a groom appointment. Steven is the best!

Petco seems to have a decent variety of items to choose from, but their prices are way to high on many items. You can order from their website and pick up at the local store for a well worth it price break. I've literally done it while standing inside the store, ha! I'm only giving Petco 3 stars because of high prices & no price matching.

I got what I needed & my questions answered for what to give my dog for fireworks. The store was clean, it didn't stink from animals, the cages were clean & the little ferrets were sleeping on each other I wish I got a picture they were silly. There were lots of staff around to ask questions. It was a friendly visit.

Love this store, just don't like their prices... Last time I went in to look around they had a bunch of dead fish in a tank with a bunch of live fish, and live fish were eating the dead fish. It was a bit disturbing... But I love their selection of lizards, snakes, birds, and normally their selection of ferrets, but they were all out the day I was there.

Lily who works here is awesome- she’s incredibly knowledgeable about fish, helping us pick the right one for us and and showing us everything else we needed, and teaching us a ton about our fish!

Amazing service. Great variety of food and items for pets. Grooming service for dogs is amazing. How took care of our big dog, but the manager was amazing as well. Very happy with the service and the flexibility of scheduling. He came back soft and well-groomed. Very happy with the price, services, and scheduling. Very friendly and helpful.

I took my 14 year old pitbull, who is very timid, to get groomed. The whole Grooming staff was great with her. They are very caring and gentle. This is our place! I highly recommend them for your Grooming needs.

This store used to be awesome and have a lot of cat stuff to choose from. Lately, it seems they don’t really care about their cat parent customers because you can never get in the cat isles because they put all their back inventory stacked up at least 5ft high and the full width of the isles there. If you get lucky and can squeeze yourself between the boxes, it’s not even worth it, because there’s hardly any cat stuff to pick from. I once tripped over back stock carrying a bag of kitty littler because I couldn’t even get a cart back there. Haven’t been back since. Super disappointing:(

I shopped in Petco this afternoon and am not a happy customer. This store is completely different than 4-5 months ago. It used to be that I was always greeted upon entering the store. The people were always friendly and helpful. If I needed help carrying my purchases to the car someone would help me. When paying for my things the cashier was friendly. Not one person asked me if I needed assistance finding anything. None of the store employees spoke to me. When I was ready to check out I had to stand at the counter and wait for the female to come out of the office. She could not have been more unfriendly. She told me to give her my phone number as soon as she came. No smile, no hello just give me your phone number. I was in the act of getting my card from my wallet but didn’t get the chance. She grabbed at my things in the cart acting as if it was an imposition. Did she ask if I found everything I was shopping for? Nope. No thank you for shopping here either. I was shocked at such rudeness. I definitely do not recommend this store. I will spend my money elsewhere in the future. It’s sad because I normally like shopping Gillette and keeping my money in this wonderful community.

a nice store with lots of potential. I miss my fish, but wont buy from them. been in the store 5 times over the last 6 months and dead fish in many tanks. I expect fish to die in a commercial environment, but we are talking decomposing dead fish/shrimp in multiple tanks, every single timeDog food selection is excellent and non fish items are great. its a mixed response in the store for sure. No complaints. It’s a large store that is kept clean and appears to take care of the animals in their care. I go here to refill buckets of kitty litter instead of buying new buckets all the time. We also get dog treats and cat toys and I can never resist visiting with the cats they have for adoption from the local animal shelter.

Extra star because they do have great customer service. The corporate environment leads to a lack of proper care for their animals. They're likely to be inbred, and Petco doesn't provide their employees with even the most basic care information. If you buy a pet from there, do your own research, or more preferably, consult a professional.

I do wish prices on food and treats were better. I like this store though. I can always find help, employees are very friendly. I have to mention Dakota, for the last time i was there he was friendly understanding and took the time and would of taken more to make sure i got what i wanted. It's nice to find help like that. Thank you Dakota, i always enjoy my time at Petco, thank you.
