Mr. Critters is such a nice guy. You can tell he really cares about his business and the animals. Got my very first reptile from him over a year ago now. Tony the Tiger Crested Gecko and he's doing great! Highly recommend supporting this small business owner.

Our snake got stuck shed on her eye and Mr. Critters has been such a huge help. Walking us through instructions and even taking her in his shop to help us get her back to health. We are super grateful for him and his knowledge and compassion for these animals. And his willingness to help us.

Great new gem of a store located in Gillette off of butler spaeth blvd. Awesome variety of live reptiles ,spiders, accessories, tanks, bedding and almost anything your hungry reptile desires. He has awesome healthy well cared for Iguanas, morph ball pythons,blood pythons red tail boa’s,geckos, ect ect. If you can’t find what you are looking for just ask and he will try and find it for you.Andrew at little snake den is a great guy and has helped the wife and I with all of our reptiles. All of his reptiles look great every time we go in to see him. He has critters coming in quite often so I recommend you swing in and say HI!! You never know what you might find and fall in love with.Thanks Andrew keep up the great work

The owner of this shop is the most disrespectful, inconsiderate person I’ve encountered in a long time. He has no respect for disabled customers, and has no common decency or courtesy. He deliberately damaged a vehicle parked in front of his shop while a disabled, elderly man was getting out because it was “parked too close” to his door briefly to avoid icy conditions. I would NOT recommend supporting this company, or trust anything he says.

Poor customer service. Snotty kid thinks he can talk to customers rudely. He feels entitled to not represent his business (or it’s probably his mommy’s business) well. Rude. Rude. Rude. Do not shop here. I’d rather go to Rapid City again for another snake. Better selection in Rapid City too.
