I got this really nice 45 caliber Kimber hero 1911 style handgun and it’s amazing! They had a great prices over there on their ammo and their weapons and it’s hard to leave there without finding something that you love they have so much to choose from everything that you would need they sell lol! they have good deals and they have good prices. Surprisingly enormous store full of just about anything you need! Clothes, tools, some food items for humans and lots of non-human food. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and easy to locate (unlike some other large stores). If you need some stuff for your home, or your animals or tools shed, they got you covered.

Cashiers are more interested in their smart phones than in answering their phones. Can't get what you want on the internet. The employees aren't given information to give you to sell anything. Call corporate, and they insist everything is fine. The new manager tried, but the corporation wants them to SINK.

Went in for a birdfeeder. I could only purchase half. That did me absolutely no good.For the life of me, I couldn’t figure out why you would order half of a birdfeeder or waterer? Idk smh when I asked about it I was told well they might be on order and they might be in the back… that’s it.

Had an awesome interaction with a customer service agent, Fredrick today. I accidentally purchased the wrong size of jeans, and when I tried calling the store, I was greeted rudely. Seemed like they weren't interested in answering any of my questions about their return policy.Fredrick, however, not only explained the return policy, but checked the inventory at the store for me, and went through the different brands that were available. Fredrick is the reason that I will be a return customer at Murdoch's. Fantastic work!

My husband and I have been in several times. He complained once about the gals at checkout and the next time we went in they were better. Just went in Saturday and the gal at checkout was awful. Couldn't bother to get off the phone to ring us up and if we hadn't said thank you she would have made it through the whole transaction without saying a word to us. Usually go in to get pet food but will probably look for a friendlier place that appreciates our business.

This is a great place! The clothes are a bit pricy, but I sucked it up and bought 2 pair of $80 pants and now I will not wear anything else! My son buys his cowboy boots here once a year. They allow dogs to come in. They have an amazing gun section and competitve pricing. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

I had to wait for the engineering department to put gas in my leaf blower and start it before I could exit the store. It took a little longer than normal due to the fact this new leaf blower had a Pratt & Whitney J-58 instead of the new F-135 model. I understand you can't just turn a customer loose with 32,000 lbs of thrust on a whim. Plus, mixing jet fuel is something of a science. Good job team!

This is one of my favorite stores. They have everything you need for the farm or ranch doesn’t matter if it is big or small. Tammy is the best, she knows where everything is and is always happy to help you find it. We go here for most of our farm and ranch supplies.

Very well laid out store, friendly, helpful staff. Large selection of work attire, and a large selection of tools. In most cases, if they don't have what you are looking for, they will order it. Many home, ranch, and industrial supplies to choose from. Expensive, but will shop here again and again
