Smith's crew seems ALOT friendlier than the folks at our local Walmart superstore! In my honest opinion. Smith's has also installed 10 self checkout p.o.s. terminals monitored by two staff members.

I really like the Deli, Floral and Bakery departments. Friendly people,, nice selection and good prices. Service is top notch in all three. Store always appears clean and organized too. Thank you! 5/5 stars

The bakery and deli people were absolutely wonderful to me when I ordered party platters, a cake and cupcakes for my daughter and my son-in-law's baby shower! The employees of both departments had everything read to go as soon as I arrived to pick my orders up, and the meat and cheese, vegetable, and fruit platters were arranged beautifully with LOTS of fresh food and variety. The cake and cupcakes were moist and sooo good! and decorated just as I asked. I highly recommend them and REALLY appreciate the quality of food and especially the kind service I received from all of them. 😊 I wish I could remember their names, as they all deserve a raise or bonus in this crazy world of difficult-to-find good employees in mostly unrecognized jobs. Thank you all! 😍

Smiths is a great place with lots of sale items. Just like others some things are a little more but I'd spend more in fuel to save pennies so it's best to get it there. The meat department is the best value in Evanston and the employees are always friendly and kind.

Contrary to what you might be tempted to think, this is a grocery store for EVERYONE. It is not—as I *only just* discovered—a warehouse of items belonging to anyone with the last name of Smith.So! Apart from having to PAY for everything you put in your cart (and apart from being chased by a bag boy through the parking lot) five stars!

Purchased a cake for my nephews birthday and the side was starting to collapse because it was left sitting on counter not chilled. Also to add I purchased a outside balloon they wouldn't fill it up because it was a outside purchased balloon. I understand this but I've had this done many times there before and would be charged for a balloon price for the fill, I think thats fair. I mean seriously!

My boss sent me for bottled water, too hot to leave my small dog in the car. Blanket in the child's seat, plop her in itand went into the store. Had no problems. Purchased the water, a male bagger picked up a third case of water for me while I paid for they three then offered to follow me out to the car, he put the water in the car for me. The whole attitude was how can we help. Loved it.

I visited this store on this store, on 1/19/20, approximately 5:15 pm - 5:45 pm. Signage is posted masks are required to enter the store. I encountered approximately 12 customers in the store not wearing masks. No staff was enforcing the Kroger / Smiths mask policy. I felt my health was endangered in this property as a result of not enforcing your mask policy. I request , and encourage your mask policy be enforced. I will not spend money at companies who do not enforce mask policies to protect MY health as a customer of your business / property.Otherwise, positive experience.P.S. Please do your part to keep us safe in your store.

I have just visited this Smith's today, I needed to get a prescription and do some shopping. The pharmacy staff had my script ready, the pharmacy technician who helped me check out was amazing. I then had to pick up some stuff in the store I was assisted by a grocery clerk Travis he is absolutely fabulous. He helped me to my car, loaded my groceries and even opened my car door for me, I would recommend this store to anyone who is shopping in Evanston wyoming. Trust me this store has got your back.

The majority of the staff are so nice and so willing to help. The produce is much better than what you can get at wal-mart and the meat is so much fresher. The only complaint I have is there is 1 checker in particular that will argue over weather or not you can use a coupon or not or she will refuse to give you more than 6 green bag points even if you have 20 reusable bags.... it's so frustrating so I try to do my shopping when she's not there or I will take my overloaded cart to self checkout to avoid having to do business with her.

Smiths around southwest wyoming are looking old and dirty. Their vegetables are substandard. Feels like you enter a store where no one cares. Sad state!

I went to Smiths following a micro fracture knee surgery. We were there to pick up meds before we headed home. I am new on crutches and have no weight bearing for 6-8 weeks!!!! When we were checking out around 1030am on Thursday, September 12, 2019 I asked if they had a family restroom as we were at the checkout right in front of the restrooms. We were told that they did not. They told us they would check the bathroom to make sure nobody was in there and then block it so my husband could go in and help me. They went above and beyond to help me and I will forever be grateful. The employees that were working at that time (a lady and a tall slender man) are amazing!!!! Thank you for your outstanding customer service!!!

I live in Mountain View, WY. Smith's has a store in Evanston, WY and in Green River WY. That's 90 miles between Smith's store. I would like to see a store built here in B.V. 82939Our community needs a Smith's built here in the valley. It's about 45 miles either way and we have a large enough community to support a Smith's. I am hoping someone at Smith's read this review. And makes a feasibility study. I think Smith's cares about people, thank you Smith's.

The service is outstanding. I feel they truly appreciate me as a costumer.I end up spending less $ and getting a lot more food compared to if I went to the other place in town that sales grocerys. I won't say names but it starts with Wal- . There at that other place it seems like over half the employees could care less if they have my business. So I prefer to go where I'm appreciated at SMITHS FOOD AND DRUG. Plus I usually get a better deal on lots of the items me and my family enjoy.

Bought three items on sale ,paid at self checkout. They charged me full price. So I went over to the regular checkout and was told that sometimes they experience thse problems. So she refunded me on two of the three items. So again I walked back to her and stated it was still not correct. She said hoops she only saw two of the items, all three were in order on the receipt. I told her to keep the money because I didnt have time to wait in line to go through the check out for the third time. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS.

Great customer service. The cashiers are VERY friendly. Everyone who works there offers a helping hand to anyone who needs it.They always ask me how im doing and if there is anything i need.Its a very clean and organized store. Im proud of the grocery store we have here in Evanston.

Prices are too high and they straight up lie about the freshness of the bread in the bakery dept. They put stickers on their stuff saying it was packaged the next day, then leave it out for two days and the French bread gets stale. False advertising.

The Evanston Smith's store is pretty good overall, BUT, pretty disappointing in their response to customer requests. One case in point: I have tried multiple times in the past two years, asking multiple personnel, to get them to stock the wheat type of refrigerated biscuits like "Grands". They have row upon row upon row of these, both name brand and store brand, in white, but apparently are stuck there.Hollow promises and no changes. Pity.

It's like most Smith's, clean and friendly staff. The prices are sometimes better, sometimes worse and sometimes about the same as Wally World. At least the employees are paid a wage you might be able to live on here.

I like shopping at Smith's groceries. I like their Deli, and meat department. This is only the second Smith's I've ever shopped at with any consistency. The people at this location are very nice polite and helpful.

I love the staff there. I have a service dog that's allowed to interact with people an he loves going into the store. They all say hello to my dog and know both his an my name.

Smith's is well stocked and at least if the checker's are busy they open more check outs. Not like Walmart " you can get in but can't get out" Also Smith's prices are decent..
