She got my dogs in together, so they'd be comfortable. They washed and deep conditioned my pit, with a full nail trim, in under 2 hours! Then, they did a full service on my husky (including her feet pads) in 3! Both of my dogs were comfortable and happy when I picked them up.Also- costs less than half of what I'm used to paying in salt lake. We will absolutely be back.

We love Ruff n’ Scrub! They are so good with our Goldendoodle! She loves going in and is always happy when I pick her up! She always looks SO good! I know that when I drop our dog off to be groomed, she is in good hands!

In my opinion, this is the best groomer in Evanston! The ladies that work here are always super kind and patient with my dog. In just one session they were able to build up my dogs trust so much that she actually gets excited about coming here (which is saying something because she usually hates the groomers). Every time I pick Millie up, she always looks super cute and smells great! On top of all of this her fur is always extremely soft when I pick her up and she always gets compliments about it when people pet her. I also love the fact that they always send her home with a cute bandanna!

Lovely place to take your pets! The staff is happy and funny. Our dog always comes out fresh and clean. We get her shaved for the summer and they do a good job.

I'd taken my shihtzu chihuahua to get a few times in the past. Not super impressed, there were multiple dogs, unrestrained and it didn't seem to matter that my dog was completely terrified.

My dog is already the cutest dog there is, but when he leaves ruff and scrub, I can't stand him he's so cute. They are very nice people and will work with whatever issues may come up. The other groomers in town are rude and stuck up. You get none of that here. 5 stars all day long.

I took my dog Chewy there today to get groomed. The groomer was super friendly and my fur baby looks wonderful!! He is a pomeranian so that's a tougher breed to groom. I highly recommend this groomer to everyone in Evanston. Very reasonably priced as well. :)
