The Wolf Den was fantastic! My wife and I went there for our anniversary. It's out of the way - about 11 miles south of Alpine, and about an hour west of Jackson. However, it's worth the drive for both the price and the cabins. The cabin we stayed in was tremendously clean, simple, and had everything we needed, from wifi to a hot shower. The manager was friendly and helpful, making extra effort on a Tuesday night to find us a place for a nice dinner (not his fault nothing nearby was open). Should we want to head back to the Tetons for an overnighter, we'll definitely stay here rather than pay an extra $100-$200 for a room a little closer but no better.

This RV park is one of the few parks that is open in the early season when all the other RV parks are closed. The view from the park is amazing with mountains on both sides. It's about 1 hour drive to Grand Teton National Park, BUT the drive goes past multiple mountains along a beautiful river and past multiple elk reserves so we didn't mind driving from the RV park to the national park. The cabins look really well maintained. My minor complaints are... the park is about half occupied with permanent residents who speed through the park and idle their diesel trucks in the morning. You can hear the nearby highway.

This place was awesome! We stayed here for a night on our way home from Yellowstone. The beds were SO comfortable and the AC was perfect. The room has a great back view of the valley and misty mornings. I was shocked with how clean the cabins were, as I didn’t have very high expectations from other past cabin experiences. The cabins were quiet and the water was hot. Friendly and helpful staff, and perfect location for a stop home from Yellowstone and WORLDS cheaper than Jackson Hole. We did some rainy horseback riding just 15 minutes down the road at Rockin’ M Ranch (which was awesome) and we were close enough to the cabins that we had time to come back and shower and get warm and dry before making the 4 hour drive back home. We will stay here again!Rooms: Good size, clean, comfortable.

Sometimes you are lucky you'll find a place like this, where the soul of the owners is projected into the rooms. Our cabin was cosy and designed nicely with a cool wolf theme. The cabin rooms are spacious. The beds are really good and the bathroom was clean and modern. The park is well maintained and their service is friendly. The price was decent and fitting looking to location-, and in comparison with alternatives. We enjoyed our time here and I would recommend to stay here

We loved this place. We stopped and stayed a night between the Grand Tetons and going to Bear lake. I highly recommend. The room was very clean and smelled clean as well. It has a larger fridge. The staff is very friendly. The buildings, lawn trees everything is well taken care of. The playground, lawn and outdoor games was fun for the kids when we had downtime. We will definitely stay here again. Family that traveled with us stayed at the RV park which was very nice and a pull through as well.

On our two week trip this was by far the best place to stay. The beds were nice, the bathroom had an actual tub with shampoo and shower gel dispensers, and a fantastic view. There was a grill available for use and a nice covered patio. We stayed 4 nights. Every morning housekeeping was at it working hard to clean the rooms. There was a bath house with laundry attached that was quick and clean. Great stay, very highly recommend.

For the amount of time I lived in the area and close to this place it was the first time I'd ever seen the inside of any of the cabins. It was very clean, smelled lovely upon entering, retained heat very well. It was roomy and spacious. The bed was great, linen was clean. There was a table and two chairs, a microwave, fridge, single coffee pot. Service was excellent upon checking in. The office does close at night and reopened at 9(so early risers get extra coffee before bed)

Great place to stay on our way from Yellowstone down to Bryce Canyon. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and very cute. They have a laundry facility that is 24 hour, so that helps if you are in need. Great sunset. If I had to make one request, it would be for a better shower head. Pressure was fine, but the head had no spray in the center, just an outter ring. Makes for an unnecessarily longer shower, since you have to use just the edge. I would say about 75% of the water goes down the drain.

This RV park was convenient and easy to get into. Sites were gravel, level and reasonably spaced. Grounds were very well kept. Cabins and other buildings were very well maintained. Laundry onsite (2 washers & 2 dryers). Small, quiet park. Best views from RV would be the back in sites at the back of the park, but mountains can be seen from any site. Large grassy common area for campfire and picnics. Good wi-fi. Nearby to Jackson, WY and the Snake River as well as the Palisades Resevoir. Nearby Thayne for groceries or in Alpine - a little further north. Stock up here before heading to the national parks.

Convenient access to Rt 89 with very wide RV pull-through full hookup spots. Very expensive ($70) for having no amenities other than marginal WiFi and laundry. Dusty sites that become mud in the rain or after someone drains their water, and noisy being too close to a busy highway. Sprinklers ran constantly in the dog walking areas.

Very Nice and super clean little cabins!! Comfortable beds and the staff was great as well. We came in later than expected and had a note waiting for us with location of the keys to our room which was so awesome cause we were exhausted from flying all day. We were also very happy to see a fridge in our room. Definitely recommend staying here.

This cabin and setting is wonderful. The cabin was clean, cute and comfortable. The outdoor area was great, very family friendly. Great laundry area that also has the shower area for the people who stay with their RV's. I loved being there, the check in lady was super! Friendly and extremely helpful!! The cabin isn't designed for cooking or big meals prep but the area outside is setup for those wanting to barbeque. Make sure to go to the grocery store before arriving. There really are not stores in the area. I really enjoyed my stay there! I definitely recommend this cabin.

Check in was quick & efficient. The cabin is the perfect size with fridge, microwave & coffee maker. It is not only impeccably clean but also well cared for. The exquisite wood frame bed is in great, like new condition as well as the bedside tables, dinning table & chairs. The bedding is clean with a gorgeous, like new, quilt. I'm totally impressed!Unfortunately, I had to knock it down a star because of the porch lights that blared through the window all night. They really need to either allow the guest to turn the lights off or put light blocking drapes on the window.

Enjoyed a peaceful one-night stay as we traveled from Sundance, Utah to Jackson Lake Lodge. The room was clean and comfortable and served us well.Dining is a bit of a challenge, but we were able to meet our needs with the assistance of the very helpful front-desk receptionist. You have to understand where the Motel is and recognize its limitations. But if you're looking for a good place to stay while traveling through, you can't do better than Wolf Den Log Cabin Motel. And the log cabin structures and motif are really cute, too.Would definitely stay at Wolf Den Log Cabin Motel again.

Fantastic place to stay! Very well maintained and good size cabins. We stayed in one with a queen bed and the room was bigger than I thought it would be. Room enough for a pack-n-play and a cot. Bathroom was nice and clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. The laundry and shower area was also very well maintained. Over all a great place to stay!

Very nice small park that is quite well designed & maintained. Not many trees in and around the park but the surrounding mountains more than make up for it. If you don’t have an RV, there are numerous new cabins to enjoy. Very clean laundry & bath building. Playground, picnic tables, FHU & WiFi. Some road noise, but overall, this is one of the best RV parks we have been to. Be sure to take some fun family photos at the western town set!

Great stay. My wife was happy so I was too. Grilled each night and had beautiful views especially after some nighttime showers washed the wildfire smoke from the air. Close to the parks and even closer to services in Alpine. Neither the stay at Wolf Den or the nearby stores will break the bank. Excellent lodging option to be near the parks
