Basically what needs to happen here is confiscation of this private companies land. I have no doubt they've avoided paying their share of taxes which should give the government enough leverage and legal right the do so. Don't do business with this terrorist organization.

What a bunch of jerks. I hope when they go to sell the ranch that everyone knows what a bunch of A-holes the ranch stands for. Their ranch manager thinks he’s the god of property rights and power. Go milk a cow and put your sheep boots on!

Imagine buying land simply because you think it gives you exclusive access to PUBLIC land. You don't own the public land, period. You had to go and blow it up and try to abuse the justice system to essentially make public land private. Ridiculous.

Been following the lawsuit on The MeatEater Podcast and I believe this whole outfit is definitely what's wrong with hunting. They think they own what is OURS! Hoping the Federal judicial system puts everything right and rules in favor of the 4 corner crossers.

This ranch seems to enjoy suing people. Good luck if you do business with them!

Use any other hunting ranch other than this one which is ran by a petty person suing because 4 hunters crossed at a corner and "violated" his airspace above the corner of his property. BLM needs to use eminent domain and take a corner to allow access from public land to adjoining public land.

These landowners want to close public land to tax payers that deserve access in a free country just because they can afford to push people around. I dont agree with the idea of closing publicly owned land to the PUBLIC. Do not support this company

Never been there but read the lawsuits from this place. They honestly believe they’re entitled to public land and will abuse the justice system to keep it that way! Can’t speak for the facility or the staff However, the owners are the problem with this place.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this so called “Ranch.” Maybe a ranch for little girls wanting to grow up and be a princess. All the real cowboys I have ever known in my life have acted with fairness, honor, and integrity, because that’s what a true cowboy does. Apparently there aren’t any of those on this ranch.Man up and accept the fact you live next to public land - a true public resource.

Disappointed to see they are actively pursuing legal action to deny access to public land. Hopefully they lose in court but more importantly we need to stand up as citizens and demand easements to access our public land, if we dont these fat cats can purchase acres surrounding public land and effectively steal our public land as only they will have access to them

Absolutely disgusting that this outfitter is actively trying to take the rights we have to use public land, in order to abuse the priviledge by using the land themselves. Please take a moment to look into the public land corner crossing case going on in WY right now and you will be shocked at this and many other outfitters behavior

As a Wyoming resident this outfit is a disgrace. The title public land should be a no brainer for yall! You should be ashamed of what you are doing and should cease and desist your hair brained civil lawsuit. It is public land for us to use!

Happy to see everyone is as disgusted as i am about this "ranch" suing hunters for violating "air space". Better start suing delta airlines for flying planes over the ranches

Sad organization… No respect for the outdoors and our rights as American’s to enjoy access to public lands.Elk Mountain Ranch has become a money-hungry institute and showed its true colors when taking 4 out-of-state hunters to court for trespassing “corner-crossing.”The funniest thing, the Carbon County Prosecutor, Ashley Mayfield Davis, never even produced evidence the four had touched the private land of Fred Eshelman’s Elk Mountain Ranch. She simply expressed the following:“The men must have violated the airspace above Eshelman’s ranch when they crossed the infinitely small point at the corner. A body is bigger than that point.”“All of their bodies were over private land…. When you break that plane of the suggested property boundary line, you are entering their property.”Your organization is petty and shameful.Eshelman is delusional to think he owns all of the property on Elk Mountain as the Bureau of Land Management sections, as well as state-owned sections lie within the ranch boundaries

As a sportsmen and taxpayer who's money goes towards the management of public lands everywhere, I find it deplorable that private land managers feel they have the right to bar us from our own public lands.

Nothing but entitled rich folks that think because their land borders public land, they now own the public land and can dictate who accesses it. Nobody hire these guys and make them go out of business.

Would never waste money on such unsportsman like outfitters, nothing worse than greedy guide services, especially when they try to take Public Land from citizens that own it.Outfitters like this make people want to DIY. Planning on going there next year to do some filming...🤫
