Every experience at the ACE Hardware store has been a positive one. The team is welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. They are friendly and eager to assist as needed. Yesterday was especially nice when we received assistance from Tanya. I asked for her name with the full intention to write this review. I wasn’t able to safely lift items I normally have been able to and Tanya was quick to not only help us find our items. She was also quick to understand I needed additional assistance and didn’t hesitate to lift heavy items for me. After we’d finished shopping, she was there by the counter ready to load my car. I’m truly grateful and can’t say enough good things about this store and the staff. Thank you! for all you do for your customers!!

Hands down one of my favorite stores in Dubois. Anyone who lives in a small town knows that running a business is harder than the city and running a good business is even more challenging. ACE in Dubois is cream of the crop! I couldn't wait until their grand opening and now I can say without any hesitation, they are one of the best in town. Today when I went in to get salt that our Landlord request we get, Manager Chris offered to go outside in the windy cold weather to help load it into my car. This particular ACE has always offered A+ service but Chris went above and beyond and I really appreciated his help. Not many can say that an ACE store feels homey, but our small town ACE certainly does. It's always peaceful, welcoming and organized when you enter their doors. Their staff is friendly and always willing to help. I have even asked a couple employees if they like working there, and they always say they love it. You know a business is doing a great job when they not only provide good service, but their employees love working there as well. Thank you ACE for all that you do. My husband and I (and doggies too - we purchase dog food there too!) are thankful for all that you offer our small town. Thank you for always going above and beyond! To the owners, Manger Chris and the rest of the ACE team, thank you so much! You all are so very appreciated 🙂
