Poorly run management in a small town who prioritizes drama over helping customers in line. There was a huge line of people waiting to check out while an assistant manager was speaking with another customer about her personal affairs. Extremely unprofessional and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone specifically because of the drama.

I recently got some lumber through a contract for a home we are building, (and we are both veterans and one is 100% disabled) first the home company said that Bloedorm would have a way to unload there own lumber, instead no and just dumped it on the ground from a tilt bed large stake truck (2 loads done this way), then i was told by the gentleman that he loaded the truck and when we got into some of the lumber it was checked and split so bad that whole 20ft boards were trash and most of the lumber has twists to bad a drill bit is straighter. I do not blame the company i contracted through since they sent me other part of the house from the east coast and it is perfect or as close as you can get. I also have not received all i was suppose to get from the Douglas location and have heard nothing from them on how to fix this problem. the driver said his manager was aware but has failed to do anything to reach out and fix this. For a lumber company it is some of the poorest lumber i have ever seen and feel that we received the worst they had in most cases or the trash that others have left cause it was no good for anything. I feel for other VETS that have used them and been given the same treatment and will never recommend you to anyone

Every single time I have gone to this store, there are good reasons why!They have had what I have needed for the project, the entire staff is knowledgeable, courtious, friendly, caring and efficient. We Live this place! We gave been here in Douglas, WY for a job we were asked to build. We Live in our camper at the WYOMING State Fairgrounds, until job is complete. The store is close and provides us with just about everything we need! I highly recommend utilizing this store!Barbara C. Richards

Cody at rental shop and the other young man joe I believe at The other shop were absolutely fantastic ,I do not know how they can work in their shops and outside all day in this heat ,I would say this was my favorite experience to your store , there was one young man inside that was not very pleasant he was snotty ,acted as if people were wasting his time wich included his coworkers outside and most customers that were around ,wish I wrote his name down ,Thanks for my great experience Cody and Joe you get a huge atta boy from me thank you

I stopped by this evening to pick up a piece of lumber. They didn't have the size I needed so Patrick cut a piece special for my project. Amazing customer service and a huge help. I'd much rather shop around here than have to make a long drive to Casper. Thank you Bloedorn and especially Patrick!

I called to inquire about renting a lawn aerator. Guy said $30/hr. I was hoping to rent at end of day and bring back first thing the next morning on my way through Douglas. (I live an hour away). The guy was actually going to charge me for every hour from when it left until when I brought it back. I called the Bloedorn in Torrington. Completely different story. 5 hours rental is only $40.00 and they would let me bring it back first thing the next morning for no additional. Will not be spending any more money in at the Douglas location.
