This place and who is there right now refused to rent a room for a 3rd night to a woman that has 3 kids and 2 dogs leaving her homeless while waiting on the chruch to call back for help. The people at the front desk knew this woman and her kids are homeless they have paid cash everynight to stay there.plus they have charged past double of what the room rents for they came here to get on their feet. The people working there right now have treated this lady poorly since she got thete. And lets not say whats not working there as they were just grareful to have a placeto be out of the could. The dont have anymoney for the other motels in this town for being double charged here. I sent them to the super 8 because i heard the owner was awesome. Now theres a woman 3 kids and 2 dogs living in their car because of the people runnimg this place

The owners nephew was delightful. The rooms were great for just sleeping. Lovely prints on the walls and the perfect pillow for my taste! Sparsely decorated but all the amenities.Food & drinks: Pizza hut is right across the street!

This place is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If I could give a negative rating i would. The first room I was given had bugs under the mattresses. I had them give me a new room and the other room had used tissues, hair, and black stuff under the mattress, pee in the toilet, was dirty, and the water was brown when I turned on the faucet to shower. There were no vacancies anywhere else or I would have left. I should've just slept in the work truck. This place is gross. Also, every time I upload a picture of the bugs and used tissues and hair in the beds, it gets taken down.

Honestly I feel like this would be an awesome location for a nice hotel. It stands atop of a hill with a view of the town that is gorgeous! Unfortunately this super 8 "MOEL"(The large Motel sign is missing the T)needs help! We stayed in the kitchenette buildings next to the "Moel." Rooms and the building smells of mold and dank musk, the bed in my friends room is being held up by bricks, and his plumbing was running brown/black water at one point in time. I tried to use the stove and it filled my room full of smoke sounding the smoke alarm due to the lack of cleaning the stove tops. Regardless of all the neglect to the rooms, the staff was nice and friendly. Sadly I just see a small skeleton crew trying keep up with the demand of a huge place and can't. Hope the best for the staff.

Please do not stay here. We checked in and, the place smells terrible, like old musty smell trying to be covered up with air freshener...very bad smell. Then we get into the room and there is piece of the wall that was hanging out. The mini fridge was not plugged in and when I opened the fridge it stunk so bad. When i was going to plug in the fridge there was not an outlet for it because the two outlets were being used for the TV and lamp. There was noticeable dirty marks on the walls. In the bathroom, there was no shower curtain. Then we looked inside our second room, all basically the same bad smell, very old furniture and decor, and no shower curtain in that room as well. When we went to the front desk and asked about the shower curtain, she said oh it's being washed, we said both of them? She said yes she will bring them. And they don't put the shower curtains in the room till later... it is not worth your money or time. Please stay elsewhere. We did not stay the night, we stayed at the nice hotel, with better accommodations up the road for a little more money.

There were problems with both the price and the hotel itself. I booked our stay on the Wyndham app on 9/23. The base price was $89 and the total price was $98, plus change on both numbers. When we checked in the price on the sheet was the $98, which I circled and signed. The next morning, the price on check out was $103.48. After showing that the app said a total of $98, the lady did something on the computer to "fix it" but the receipt still said $103.48. Again discussed how this was wrong, she then did something else on the computer, then gave a receipt of $98.This morning, on the credit card, there is a charge for $98, a credit for $98 and a charge for $103.48, so we are still getting charged for the higher price.On the condition of the hotel: this hotel was awful and definitely not a credit to the Wyndham name. The bed was propped up on bricks, which actually stick on from the side of the bed, so I stubbed my toe. The stair railing was very wobbly and if someone fell, they would likely be injured. The continental breakfast was very subpar for what I have come to expect from Wyndham. It was an hour before the closing time for breakfast. There was nobody around to refill or fix anything: the syrup was out, no yogurt in the fridge and the waffle batter was the consistency of water, so of course, it didn't cook well. After waiting and waiting without seeing anyone, I finally rang the bell at the desk. When the person finally showed up, I had to work for at least 30 minutes, helping him find the different things, making the waffle batter & refilling syrup and yogurt, etc.

We did not stay at this hotel but we were traveling thru and asked if we could park our RV across the huge gravel parking lot and just get a few hours of sleep but I was told not unless I Rented a room. Now it is there parking lot but we went up to the best western nearby and the gladly let us park for the night

My family has never been treated with such value as we were staying at this motel. Although a little outdated, the staff is amazing! They took such good care of us and treated us like family. Our room was not only clean but it was obvious housekeeping went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The sheets were brand new, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was simple but had a good variety to choose from. I feel the owners of the motel should invest in having it updated. The quality and professionalism of management doesn't match.

Couldn't find it. Google maps had it in the wrong spot. But once we found it, the man behind the desk was very courteous and polite. The parking lot is huge semis can fit. But we were outside having some BBQ and noticed there was a group of ppl having a great time. I talked to the group and decided I'd not do that again. I locked the doors. Anytime I came out they seemed to have something hilarious happen to them.I didn't like the vibe they gave me. And I also thought the local police were a little overbearing. Kinda made me nervous, but for the price, eh...

Terrible place to stay, rooms aren't cleaned well(soda cans, beer bottles and other trash under the bed). Toilet didn't flush well, no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Beds were uncomfortable even for a motel. We asked the front desk if we could borrow a phone charger and they lent us one but later texted us that if we didn't return it first thing in the morning they would charge us an extra $50. Then when we were waiting for a ride(we only stayed here because we got in a wreck near by and need somewhere to stay overnight) they told us we had to wait outside because they were scared of our puppy, the sweetest dog you'll ever meet, who had been playing with a kid half an hour before.If I could put less than 1 star I would.

No STARS - this place is disgusting. Pretty sure they don't wash or change sheets after guests. We found a lot of body hairs in our bed and the sheets were obviously not changed or washed. Black mold in the showers. Blood spots on sheets and wall. No screens in the windows. Building not secure. No breakfast. Worst coffee ever. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. Praying I didn't catch a disease there.

We've stayed at this motel several times over the years and the change in management is painfully obvious.At check in, one of the staff proceeded to harass the lady at the desk, while she apologized for his rudeness.The rooms are alarmingly dirty. Sheets were filthy, blood on the walls, toothpaste spit on the bathroom faucet. The bathroom sink wasn't even placed in the counter properly and seemed at risk of falling through.We booked 2 nights and the freshen up of the room included replacing our towels with 2 dingy towels and washcloths. The beds weren't made or garbages emptied.When we returned to the motel, Robert was in the lobby with the staff member from the previous day and the lady who checked us in, with the two guys flanking her and taking turns saying the word "moisture" loudly in her ear. It was like watching jr. high boys teasing a kid on the bus.Will never stay here again.

Robert and Natalie Ross manage the property and they were so personable! I didn't get in to the hotel until 4:30 am and Natalie was just the best. She had a smile on her face and set us up with a room very quickly. We slept Great! The room was clean, spacious, had a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave. We woke up l little late and the Ross's still let us enjoy the continental breakfast and were great conversationalist, giving pointers for local attractions. I would definitely stay here again!

3-star for rooms because the building is old and outdated but the staff makes up for that rating. Natalie and Robert were very accommodating to my needs and the cleanliness of the old place. I appreciated their friendliness and recommendations during my long stay for work. New facilities are nice, but the staff here made it work for my budget. Thanks to staff!

t doesn't look like much from the road, but the couple who own this motel are wonderful. The owner insisted that I park my truck out front, where it would be safe. The room was immaculate. The A/C works great, and they provide a coffee pot, mini fridge, and microwave. For the price, you won't find anywhere nicer. If you need a good, inexpensive place to spend the night, stop in. You won't be disappointed.🙂

Reserved for 3 nights. Left after 1st night. Rooms were disgusting! Very filthy. Toilet didn't flush. There was a bowel movement in the toilet when we arrived..... so much for cleaning the toilet between guests. Only one outlet in room worked and it had an old power strip. FIRE HAZARD. Manager refused to listen to concerns or give any kind of refund. (We had paid for all 3 nights). The smell in the room was undescribable. Horrible place that needs to be shut down immediately.

This place is absolutely horrible. I wish I would of read the reviews before staying. We were traveling and were caught in storm Harvey. We decided to stop for our safety. We found this hotel 8, it was extremely dirty, stains in the comforters, on the walls and we found a makeup brush in the shower drain. At first I thought it was a bug. We didn't want to complain because we were grateful to be out of the storm. Then they had the audacity to charge us 35 dollars more because we called to have them check if my son left his game in the room. We even called to thank them and say we found it. Stay at your own risk because it's beyond nasty and they will rob you of as much as they can justify. It wasn't worth 20 dollars let alone 91 dollars. Plus the 35. What a disgrace!!!!!!!!

People are what make a place great. It's still a Super 8, so nothing fancy. However the manager is incredibly accommodating and kind. When we went to check in, her rooms were dirty because her house keeping staff had quit. So while she cleaned the room, she paid the difference for us to stay one of our two nights at the Best Western down the road. If we are ever back in Kemmerer, this is where we'll stay.

Stayed there two days, clean rooms , nice king bed, staff very friendly, accommodating, told me the best eating places in town. Internet is free-fast too. Warm rooms temperature was -23 outside w snow. Caribou cafe is fine food not expensive. Plenty of parking at Super 8. Pizza Hut across the street. The staff offered to help anyway they could. Great management, and l will be coming again because of mgt staff

We booked over the internet expecting a typical Super 8 and was sorely disappointed. If we had know the condition of the place, would have booked something else.

This place is a joke but if they have different staff it could be great! First off we reported things missing in several rooms and the managements way of fixing it mind you after finding some of the items in the “staffs” room, was not to file a police report for us, but for them to have a Diamondville officer stand there and tell us that we had to leave the property! Yes we were victims of theft PlayStation, expensive makeup, money, kindle, iPad and prescription medication and we were in the wrong for questioning them about it! The management was always belligerent drunk as well as the “staff”! Which usually started early morning and lasted all day and night! The staff were fugitives on the run from the law and didn’t pay to stay there! They also had a one month child that they would leave in their room while they were gone or drinking! One occasion the baby was left out in the rain in a stroller while the baby screamed and they never even came to Check on her! Several of us called CPS but when they came to investigate the management intervened and said it wasn’t true and the case was closed as unfounded! So these fugitives still have a baby that seriously needs to be taken away! They were always drunk and high and constantly arguing! Our company was paying some of the room rates as well as most paying on their own ! They were always charging everyone different rates on whether they liked the people! We were charged 400 a week and they preferred cash which I am sure they were pocketing! I’m pretty sure all of them were running from the law and definitely didn’t have any business sense! When you would rather have fugitives stay than your paying customers something is wrong with that! They advertised cable and WiFi but right before we arrived it was reported that Natalie flooded the laundry area and it wiped out the internet! Nothing was fixed and until the real owner came was anything done and never right! Robert was seen on camera video going into peoples rooms and taking things! So my advice is stay clear of the place until they get rid of the four people that are definitely bringing it down! But if you are running from the law you will definitely fit right in! I really wanted to give no stars but it makes you on the review! I sure hope that baby is taken from the parents as neglected as she is!

Hotel is a bit dated and bed sheets were stained. Breakfast was minimal to say the least, there was only coffee, waffles, cereal, and toast available. It was in an easy to get to location though. Only a few channels on the tv and the wifi did not work. No fitness center, laundry, or pool available, very basic for the price.
