The food is always acceptable but not amazing; it's fast food. Could use some upkeep and some cleaning to the entire building. Staff is always friendly. Waited for 1/2 to get our food then, they had closed the tickets without giving us our drinks and had to wait another 20 minutes as they moved super slow to make our shakes. Not so much as an apology. Don't think I will be going back anytime soon. Use to be my favorite place to stop.Kid-friendliness: Play area

Overall horrible experience. Order the advertised ranch burger with cheddar cheese combos as advertised on their electronic menu for $5.99 only to have it ring up $9.66 and was told corporate just put that on there corporate controls all their menus they aren’t doing that combo that’s just a corporate thing. So okay you falsely advertise promotions to get people to come in to waste their time! Perfect! Two kiddos wanted a kids meal and my other one wanted wanted the $5.99 combo as well as myself and my husband. With the actual price being quite far off our budget we ended up canceling our order entirely and will have to wait to feed our kiddos back at home in Utah when we get there in 4-5 hours weather depending.

I haven't been to Artic Circle in over 20 years. My half brother and I along with my 8 year old son had a sweet tooth and stopped in for a few shakes. The young man who helped us with our order was very friendly and made helpful suggestions. I was a bit shocked at $8 per large shake and $7 for the medium. Upon receiving our order let me tell you I would of gladly paid $10 a shake since the young man who took our order also prepared our shakes with an expert hand. My shake had Snikers and Heath bar in every bite right to the bottom of the cup to the last bite. The restraunt was clean and inviting and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and well mannered. The next time I visit Kemmerer I will definitely be dropping in to the Artic Circle for another comfortable great dining experience.

I ordered the fish. When it came it was picture perfect. But one bite in and it was the most bland flavorless meal I had ever eaten. Same with the onion rings. To be fare it was a burger place but I do not recommend the fish. On a side note even the tarter sauce was bland.

The food was great, but the store hours said that I was open from 10 am to 10 pm. We arrived at 9, and the inside wasn't open. So, we had to use the drive thru. The server on the drive thru was very blunt and seemed slightly annoyed whenever we asked him something. On the contrary, the lady working there was very nice, and told us to go use the drive thru without acting annoyed or passive aggressive at all.

This is hands down my favorite fast food place, and I am not really a fan of fast food, these guys are fast and affordable and the food doesn't make me question my life choices nor does it look plastic or fake. The employees are alwayS great and I have had not one thing to complain about with this restaurant to date. 10/10s across the board would 100% recommend. My meal recommendation? Get the chicken sandwich.

We had A big group go in to order food and the food hot out to us very quickly, once I got my food hopes were high then I had the burger and it was mid now the fries were delicious because they had just enough salt, my friend said the the chicken patty was amazing so overall for arctic circle I give it a 4 star reviewVegetarian options: If you want vegetarian I don't think arctic circle is the place for you.Dietary restrictions: You can pick what you want on your food so it is amazingParking: There were many places for parking.Kid-friendliness: Arctic circle is very kid friendly as it has a kids play place just for them and they could be distracted during their wait for the foodWheelchair accessibility: There were a few handicap parking spots and the entrance was wheelchair accessible and there is also a handicapped bathroom.

I am a vegetarian but I do eat fish. I read a review that complained the halibut fish sandwich was $11 and yes that seems quite expensive however if you go to a restaurant and order halibut you're going to spend over $18. You want a cheap shredded cod fish sandwich, go to McDonald's if you want a high quality halibut fish sandwich go to Arctic circle.

Kids working were real friendly fast and efficient. Had smiles on face entire time greeted customers right when they walked into the place. Been coming here for the last year, I’d say once a month on average as I pass through town. The service has been mostly bad. There will be zero customers there and it takes me 5-10 minutes to even tell someone my order and pay. I am ignored from the time I walk in till I order and then ignored til someone remembers my food that has been sitting ready for several minutes. The drive through moves slow. I’ve never been, but I see the same cars sitting there sometimes as I leave with my food to go. It’s mostly clean, except behind the counter, definitely not clean as you go. The kicker is, I know stores can be this way off and on, depending on the day, and the team members on the shift, the manager, etc. but this store has a problem. It starts with corporate who would allow a building with their logo operate this way. The store needs to be gutted and new team members hired with good attitudes and work ethic. I finally left this review becUse I’m standing outside your building at 2:45 4/26 and the sign says open, and the lights are all on, but the doors are locked. Last time I stop here I think, which sucks because I love your shakes most. Miss you.

Nice little regional fast food place. Some of the food was great (cheese curds and chicken rings) while some of it was meh (halibut and fries). Really like the large selection of ice cream choices. I suggest a stop if you’re in the area. But maybe don’t get the fish.

After a long day of travel on motorcycles, my friend and I stopped there on Wednesday, July 28th at 9:45pm, 15 minutes before they closed as they were cleaning up. We sheepishly went in and asked if they would serve us. (most places won't) They young man behind the counter couldn't have been more friendly, said of course they would serve us. He asked if it was for here or to go, we asked if we could eat there, since we were on motorcycles. Again, he couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. He said of course we could eat inside. After promptly being served excellent burgers and fries. The cook who was also a young man, came out and asked us how everything tasted and thanked us for coming in. I can't remember the last time the cook at a fast food place asked how everything tasted! Two terrific young men and an excellent place to eat.

These guys go out of their way to make sure ya have a pleasant dining experience I know because I'm pretty picky and they easily make adjustments to make sure I like the food I pay for. They bring the food to you in dining area. They also ask how my food was afterwards. What fast food joint does that. It is also very clean including the bathroom. I see the kids just love to play in the indoor playground here. They also have TV. Which is usually in heard of in a fast food restaurant. I'm visiting in town so I've been going their frequently until I found this kitchenette. Now I have to cook 😂I think they deserve five stars 🤩!!! Best food and awesome ice cream selection!
