Store opens at 6am so expect there to be a lot of stock in the aisles. Employees are very courteous and helpful. Pretty much like an other Wal-Mart Supercenter. 4 stars only because aisles are messy and the shelves aren't presentable.

Very dissatisfied with the customer service in this place. I sat patiently and rang their door bell 3 times waiting for someone to come help me look at a few pocket knives. Just to get told that the only person who has a key to the cabinet is on lunch for the next hour. I sat there and waited for 35 minutes and had some large guy not even acknowledge my existence 3 damn times when he walked by

Wow, this was a slowish Walmart that I have ever been in shocking. Small town living is awesome. It did have a few things that I wanted on their shelves but.With a small film levin I would not expect those items are selling volume.

can never find anyone for help in any department. never enough checkouts open. lines backed way up. was told I couldn't go in the changing room with my 15 year old daughter because only one person allowed per changing room. she wanted me to make sure her clothes fit right. she is a minor so thats dumb.

The "security" Paul Blart is ridiculous, called the police because we accidentally knocked a couple knick knacks off a shelf, we PAID for it, but they called the police. 5 officers showed up for 2, $10 snow globes, that were paid for! It was crazy, made us feel like common criminals.

The staff for the most part are polite, but Thursday the 4th of January as I u loaded my groceries into my car I took a chunk out of my left index finger on the cart. My finger is okay but I bled like I had had it cut off. The area of cart was near the seat and was the top edge of the basket wire. Also several of the carts are out of wack. They either pull hard to the left or the right.

One of the Go to stores in the north Big Horn Basin because they have most everything you could want. One stop shopping with decent prices.They try to push people to the self check out by limiting the number of checkers. Now you have to wait in line to check your own groceries. Free employee and of their own choice.All the while a Walmart employee watching either you or their hand held device to try to catch you stealing something. Those hand held devices can lock up a check station like it’s had an error but most times it’s to get a closer look to see if you’ve put something in your bag that by mistake or on purpose not actually been checked.I will not stand in line to be a free employee and be treated as a criminal, so even if I have to wait in one of the few checkers, it is providing a job for someone and I don’t get treated like a criminal for shopping there.

Pretty much the same as any Walmart. During tourist season (summer time), the shelves can be a little bare. Nice employees, most of whom are very helpful. I am a little concerned, though, as it seems Walmart might be training Aliens how to dress like human babies (see attached photo)Edit- 5/29/22- now it seems like Walmart is also training Aliens to use “Potty seats”. This might be okay, though. I would much prefer a potty-trained Alien over a “free range” type.

It's somewhat near the east entrance of Yellowstone. Park is worth the price and has all the amenities hot tub room is nice and clean and well maintained.

One of the cleanest nicest WalMarts you will ever visit. This Walmart was rated the number one Walmart in the Country. Unlike any other Walmart I have been to when traveling. Some of them are outright scary.

Always busy. Lots of tourist in the summer - if you don't like crowds, avoid summer daytime visits ! If you want the lowest prices in town; example - groceries are 20% less than the competition; however, it's not my favorite grocery store. Blair's in Powell is.

Walmart is, as always, an essential part of life in modern America.This particular Walmart has very long lines to check out. Even the self serve section will have a long line, so plan for an extended visit.Aside from that, you will find your standard Walmart items here. Plus fof a Subway.

The store itself is fine but for this huge store just a simple little tiny restroom is quite confusing. Why ? Saving space or what ? Very disappointed. They could use that space to have docent restroom . Gas stations have better then that !

One of the best Walmarts anywhere. I shop here frequently and have gotten to know lots of the employees. Fine bunch of people that work at this place and can't remember ever having a bad experience here.

They changed oil on my jeep...they put too much oil (2 quarts more).My jeep engine, since this time was very hot.... i didn't know why.Went to see a dealer recently, when he checked the oil... there was too much.5/22/2023. We are Canadian, we appreciate that we could stop overnight after our Yellowstone adventure.. staff was nice at the beer store, at the cash, at the clothing department and at the food counter, we bought at least 200$ of food, clothes etc.. Thanks again 🇨🇦

I slipped and fell (numb leg) in the aisle just a couple rows east of the turn toward the light. There is a giant crack/pothole on 08/11/2023 and I reported it to corporate. The same day when we got in my mom went to tell someone and Lori said “she sure falls a lot doesn’t she”. Very rudely. I have never received a call from Cody Walmart about this. They have yet to fix the parking lot and the crack is still there. Getting ridiculous on the fact they don’t care about the safety of their customers. If I was in a wheelchair I would have got stuck or even worse been severely hurt. Attached is a photo of the crack I feel in from where I was parked the second time. I couldn’t walk after words. It hurt to put pressure but since my mom got told “she sure falls a lot doesn’t she” we decided not to go to the hospital since walmart doesn’t want to take responsibility for their actions or their parking lot.

Lots of stock, problem was that it was in boxes stacked on floor not on shelves. Hard to get around, hard to find stuff. Almost too many checkers, maybe some of them could have been better used to put merchandise on the shelves.
