Are used to go there on a regular basis for things from gun safes ,work clothes, dog food. I bought some pig ears from them that did not smell good when I open the bag but I figured how good do pig ears smell. They made my dogs sick and my young two year old German shorthair now has ulcerations in the stomach from excessive bacteria. I’ve spent over $1500 in vet bills. I went back to tractor supply with a bag of pig ears, and a receipt that just said “dog treats” they claim they never sold them and didn’t know anything about them. Complete lies. I will never do business with such a dishonest company.

By far the worst customer service. They call customers liers too cover up their lack off. I've spent lots of money in that store particularly and trust me when I say we won't be returning to that store. I'll drive to Montana rather than return.

Best experience I've ever had! only one employee in sight... and she was at the check out. She was extremely helpful and nice. She had wild crazy colored hair and very knowledgeable.The experience I had a couple days before was oh, so good. Sales woman was preoccupated and was short and dismissive with my questions. She even corrected me in regards to a pronunciation... and she was wrong...on both counts. Rude!Well... you asked

Mostly poor customer service, one gal there is nice, the rest have seemed irritated by my few questions. Also, I payed the other day with a gift card, tossed it on the way out, came back today and wanted to exchange what I bought for other parts. when I heard I had more money coming back to the gift card, I said hold on I’ll go grab one more thing, the kid at the counter processed the return to the gift card which I no longer have and said sorry, the returns done, so he basically just threw out 15 bucks and said there was nothing he could do.

Friendly staff helping me find exactly what I needed moments after walking in the door. They had several options for transfer tank fuel filters, and at a good price too. Got all that I needed and was out the door in ten minutes.

I shop the Cody store because I love the 4 Health line of dog food and treats. I recently started using a product called Liquid Vet hip and joint supplement. It's a great product and I hope you continue to carry it. Last time I was there I noticed a different brand in its place. I hope that you will continue to carry this product...the difference in the health and mobility of my senior border collies is phenomenal!

Usually buy my dogs food here. We get the science diet 1-7 dog stew and Rachel Ray's dinner blends to mix with her kibbles. She loves coming into the store to pick out toys too! Came to the dog santa shoot here this year and ended up making the photo our Christmas card this year. Very good employees and a fun outdoorsy store.

I was in the store today 11/17/2022 and the bathroom floor was wet. I slipped and hurt my knee and ankle to the point I couldn’t walk. When my mom told somebody about it they just ignored it and made excuses.

Day manager refused to sell display model of large dog kennel even though they were out of large boxed kennels. The display model for the medium kennel was missing so it appears that someone bought it at s pop me point. We would have bought additional items but went to Baumgars.
