Today Pat restored my faith in humanity. He went out of his way to help me find what I needed and just overall went above and beyond what he needed to do; all while running 1000 miles a minute with other customers and tasks. I was thousands of miles from home, without the materials I needed to get my car back up to par and he genuinely wanted to make sure that I got it figured out and was safe & back on the road.I also witnessed a rude customer at the cashier counter and two other employees that were working with him to solve the issue handled it more gracefully than I ever could have. All around amazing customer service today at this store.10/10 recommend. Please support this store any chance you get!

Staff is always super helpful. Rarely are they out of an item. Their shelves are always stocked. Even if it's an item they don't carry, they can order it for you and call when it arrives. I enjoy the friendly faces I often run into there. I usually leave with more items than I planned cause I find something else I need. Also a definite must for facility maintenance

Pat is incredible & goes above and beyond.Today, my friend was having issues with her skid plate staying on the underside of her car. Pat took time out of his busy day to brainstorm what could be the problem, create possible solutions, & lent us tools/supplies to fix her car.He was kind, patient, & thoughtful.Thank you Pat- you’re the best!

This store has almost everything you need, and the staff are friendly , so it's pretty convenient. You need to expect them to be short on certain kinds of supplies sometimes, because this location is up in the Rockies.

So far my experience has been mixed half the time folks are quite helpful other times I can't get anyone to make a key or get a length the of conduit cut for me. But overall have had a good experience and they have good stock albeit a bit limited in regard to say toilets. Been here a few more times now and they are quite helpful, think I caught them at an odd time before with staff. They are also great with returns.

THE BEST STAFF EVER! I don't care if something is cheaper at another store! If it's in ACE, I'm buying it there. They have the friendliest staff and every single member of their team can tell you were every single item in the store is without hesitation. I'm looking forward to their expansion!

I have found numerous products at this store being sold well above MSRP or even local competitor's prices. White-labeled/ACE products seem to be particularly vulnerable, but otherwise it appears random as to which items are marked up. For example I once found that among several respirators offered, two were priced around their MSRP, while a third was nearly twice as much as what it sold for just across the parking lot. Furthermore this store has a fairly strict policy to not offer price-matching. Aside from this issue, which I sincerely hope will be addressed some day (and will update my review accordingly), it's a fine store. The employees are always helpful and friendly (except one manager/owner?, perhaps not even there anymore though).

Customer service is top notch way above even the Powell ace hardware. I fell and broke both legs and had difficulty getting around even after 2 years. I was a huge customer even before that and would stop in the store 4 to 5 times a week. They have stepped up there services for me after the accident and can't say it enough thanks for everything guys

I needed a hitch for my truck that base was already installed. The guy told me Boones Machine or Finishing Touch. I went to Boones he sent me to Ford ...told me they should have it.

Being 2000 miles from home with RV problems is no fun but the folks at Ace in Cody made it alot easier . Bill and Pat gave me some of the best service I've ever had anywhere. Went out of there way to be friendly , courteous and were very nolagiable. I would highly recommend this Ace .
