Bomgaars is a great store. Today they had a bag sale, They offered 20% off anything that fit in a LARGE plastic bag. They regularly have great sales, and have a nice variety of merchandise, some of which can't be found anywhere else in town. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We purchased a DeWalt, high-end electric lawnmower from Bomgaars in Cody, Wyoming. Mostly because of operator-error (!!) we were back to the store several times and talked with workers and finally Barry, the manager. We could not have gotten better service and a willingness to resolve the issues so we had a working mower from this management. Every effort was made to resolve the problems and we now know alot more about running this mower and how to avoid problems. Kudos to this team at Bomgaars. We would not hesitate to buy another piece of equipment from them in the future.

They have just about everything you could need for farming and small ranching. Their prices are decent but I wish there were more staff present on the floor to assist. Be sure to check often as animal feed goes on sale.

Good supplies for alot of in town projects but some ranch style projects. Clothes are very good and cheaper than most country wear stores. Very good, friendly staff. Restrooms are clean, they sell guns now as well.

Went in this morning to buy an extension cord. This was my first time in the store and was unsure of location. Ran into three young men that were employees. They asked if we needed help? I asked where the extension cords were located. Instead of just replying, they're on aisle <insert number>, they responded, "They're in electrical. Under the big green sign". Not only was this not really that helpful, but they were demeaning, disrespectful and unkind. That was not customer service. I decided not to give them my money. I won't be going back. You lost a customer that probably would have been there often. Just because I'm a woman, does not mean I don't know what I'm shopping for or doing.

Could not even look at fencing supplies and gates. I was told to purchase and then they would be happy to let me in the side yard. This was not my first bad experience with this place. I'll NEVER be back...

I would regard bomgaars as a farm and ranch supply store mixed with a large hardwood store, they even have clothing and toy sections. They have great clearance right now, after the holiday season. If you've never checked it out you should give them a visit. I think you will find it enjoyable even if you find nothing that intrigues you to spend.

Have called for a week for Guinea keets, nobody knows what’s going on in that store! Everyone tells you differently no straight answers! They don’t seem to work together on what’s going on in the business of the store, one lady apparently put my name on a list for keets ( 2 weeks ago) with my number. Been checking daily and on Friday May 7th the keets come in! I drove over 30 miles to come pick them up and was SOLD out when I got there!!!Lost my interest in this store, period

I have NEVER seen a worse website in my life.I used the search option and typed the word "Augers"The site results included one pdf file which was a Iowa Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.Ridiculous ! And that isn't the only thing. I tried selecting Departments. Each had a write up about what each means. Give me a break!

Workers are in such a rush to get out of there right on time. It almost makes you uncomfortable their comments as you walk in at 15 minutes to close are uncsed for and rude the store is great but they need to take so.e lessons in customer service

The selection of tools is great, but the staff are lacking in knowledge of inventory. Best Dewalt selection in town.
