What an amazing place!! The staff are so kind and willing to help in any way that is possible to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Dinner and Breakfast are so good with beautiful buildings and amazing scenery. They offer guiding horseback riding tours and even have an on-site bartender with drinks. Definitely planning on staying here again in the future for the peace and quite, great food, friendly and amazingly helpful staff, and being able to destress from life!!!!!!!! (Lots of wildlife to see)!!!

This is all awesome place to stay. Treat their guest extremely well. Facilities are clean and very nice. Dinner was exceptional - especially the trout. If you are in this neck of the woods and need a place to stay - stop here!

One day since we left and I miss it already.It is very peaceful and quiet. The property is very nice and well maintained, the people are very kind. The rooms are a bit basic, but very clean.We made a horse ride through the hills, which was beautiful and exciting.The tables in the restaurant must be shared with the other guests. This wasn't a problem, we have met some interesting people and had nice conversations.I really recommend this place to stay a few nights.thanks.

We loved our time at the Ranch at Ucross. Beautiful location and the food was awesome. The kids had fun riding horses and floating down the river. Vickie and Eric are great people and it was a pleasure to meet them. The weather was hot so it was nice to cool off in the pool. We would definitely recommend The Ranch at Ucross.

The horse rides are amazing! When I came here I rode Twister the horse and Rocket the horse and I believe that I rode Paint the spotted pony. The girls there are amazing horseback riders! They both gave me a miniature riding lesson on Paint! The food was amazing! One of the girls, Pheobe was her name I think was made the food and helped me with the mini riding lesson. The views were amazing and the tour buses were a great idea! Overall this was my best ever time going horseback riding!

We only stayed one night at the Ranch at Ucross but wish it could have been more. Upon arriving you are treated to lush, well manicured grounds next to some foothills, a stream and pond. The kids first used the loaner fishing poles and rant to the pond to fish. After that we enjoyed a delicious meal of cowboy country fare from their dinner buffet. The service was great and the little bar to get drinks was a nice touch. After dinner the kids ran around playing soccer, volleyball, and swimming in the pool before settling in around the campfire to watch the sunset and roast smores.The guest rooms were outdated in possibly purposeful old cowboy country decor with old furniture and HVAC. However, the beds were very comfortable and compared to other options in the area, it worked just fine.Breakfast was again delicious with great service and then we unfortunately had to leave. I would recommend two nights at this ranch unless you are arriving early and staying late.

This place is awesome! Just great down to earth people who run it, take pride in what they do. Side note the cooking is out of control, from steaks, elk pasta to their freshly baked deserts. Weddings, trail rides, guided hunts to the fishing..... go to this place it’s worth every penny.

Eric and Vicky made the 6 of us feel at home and special. Their staff of DeAndre and Judy cooked a great breakfast for us. Amanda helped us with the horse 🐎 back riding. We had a great time around the outsdoor fire 🔥 pit. We felt like we were visiting family.

The accommodations are comfortable. The food is fantastic. Best Butternut Squash soup and grilled cheese sandwiches I ever had. Breakfasts are also delish, and the entire staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
