Interesting little store. You can try their Seasoning mixes. The dip mix was fabulous and the red pepper jelly is a great sweet treat. They do not serve food here, so do not mistake it for a restaurant. They have local products available as well.

This place is great. Not only is the Chugwater Chili mix good, the store is fun, and the person at the counter was very helpful and friendly.It's just chili mix, right?While it is great chili mix, it is also a wonderful diversion when driving. It adds a bit of spice to an otherwise uneventful stretch of road

Every time I drive near this place-we’re talking multiple times over the years- I stop in for a taste and to buy their chili if it’s good. I wouldn’t know if it’s good. It’s always closed, despite numerous billboard signs all over the place advertising this place. Don’t waste your time and fuel getting off the I-25 exit to go to Chugwater Chili. I’ve tried at least 7 times. It’s always closed every day and every hour.

Best damn powdered chili you’ll have. They carry it in the groceries stores in northern Colorado and my wife and I absolutely love this chili. Having chugwater chili in the winter is something we genuinely look forward to. Best served with a side of cornbread as well. We’ve passed through Chugwater, WY a few times but next time we will definitely stop in.

Really good chili powder! For those reading their chili recipe badly, we have to be clear on what it is... it is NOT competition chili... it's very similar to what I would call "Midwestern Chili". Its literally the only chili my 9 year old will eat. It's very simple and it tastes good. The chili powder itself has amazing flavor, and can easily be used in your more complex and/or competition chili recipes. I also have 4 of their chili bowls (which get a ton of use), as well as the recipe book.

Purchased a large bottle of the goirmet chili blend in Vegas at cowboy Christmas. WOW! since then we have made 5 batches of chili. This blend is incredible!!! Started with beef, then venison, Italian sausage, chicken, and some pheasant. Again WOW. Certainly worth a try. Will be reordering soon!

This place is fantastic. When you walk in, you can see all the offerings they have, and then get some samples. This is some of the best chili seasoning around, hands down! Not only do they have just chili seasoning, but jerkey, dip seasoning, steak rub, pepper jelly, and more! By the way, it's all delicious.

Lived in the nearby town of Wheatland back in 1998. Hands down the best seasoning I have ever had. Believe me, being a chili lover I have tried very hard for years to find something better. It cannot be done!
