I ordered a new 100 quart Coleman cooler for delivery, and the contracted delivery person did not know how to use Google Maps and delivered my cooler to some lucky person.I contacted the Dell Range store and was able to speak with Brandon and Mark, who took it upon themselves to do what they could to fix the situation while leaving my options very open. Mark called me and stated that the Dell Range store was now out of the cooler I ordered, but he was personally driving to the Livingston store to get one of theirs.Mark showed up at my door, cooler in hand and made sure all was good in my eyes.I am very impressed with not only the drive to provide great customer service, but the personal touch was an unexpected bonus.Thank you Mark & Brandon for going above & beyond for your customers, and being all around great guys!

I'm not the person to run to give reviews, but the experience I just had was sad. I don't appreciate being stared at and feeling guilty for shopping at a store. Never once did I think me having 2 carts full of things would result in being stalked while I check out and asked if I was doing two different transactions. I had two managers staring me down with no probable cause. It's sad that I can't even enjoy my shopping experience there let alone have the convenience of checking myself out.

Poor customer service in general. A few employees in pick up could definitely use some more training, in store shopping experience isn’t that great either Walmart employees aren't helpful or using the 6 foot rule and let’s not forget the delivery service, tragic! Omg, just go to Target!

The biggest problem with our Walmarts is it seems like they never carry the same things as other walmarts even with two in town one has better stuff or has items the other don't. Same if you go to a different state. And their coolers go down alot so frozen section or any thing that has to be cold sometimes shelves are empty.

A rather attractive woman helped me locate the UPC on a pillow I was purchasing. So it was a great experience. Sure wish I could shop after midnight though... Hmmmph

This Walmart is your typical Walmart. With that being said, the staff are friendly and helpful. We have noticed, within the past 6 months, that they have been lacking in choices of food. Some shelves have been bare and the prices, like everywhere, have continued to rise. We believe this is more of a political issue than an issue of just Walmart. With that being said, You can still buy stuff here at a competitive price and find most things that you are looking for. I would recommend shopping at Safeway if you want better produce. Although, Walmart has never been known for having the best produce.

Walmart employees do nothing but make you feel like your a thief or a burden. None of them are happy and they get snotty when you ask for help. Now this isn't every employee but most. Not that my opinion matters walmart will survive the apocalypse

Nobody helps you even when u look compleatly lost. In fact several times ive had to ask for help and then wait 30+ mins for somebody to come to assist me. Also there fish tanks are horrible! Almost every fish in it is dead so many that the filters were being clogged up by fish bodies... Animal cruelty at its best... To say the least.

Isles are packed with pallets and displays making it more difficult to navigate. Usually crowded with people at all times of the day. Despite the chaos, the prices make it worth shopping here from groceries to household goods. The automotive service station has been too busy the last few times, so I skipped getting an oil change.

there's a man in the electronics section with a nasally voice that is lying to people either because he actually doesn't know what he's talking about or it is just a marketing tactic. I just saw him take advantage of some older lady which was really cute.

It's walmart post covid so it sucks. Empty shelves, hiked up prices. Not what Sam wanted, I am sure. 2 hour drive to be disappointed, but it's the new America.

Ordered groceries for pick up, and the oranges were so moldy and rotten they split open on the way home and got juice everywhere. The mold is clearly visible from the outside of the orange.

Walmart has changed a lot.. Let me start with this, both of the Wal-Mart's in Cheyenne went from being open 24 hours to closing at 11pm and open at 6am, a big disappointment for me because I always did my shopping around 1 or 2am. And you better get there at 7:00 in the morning if you want to buy anything because half of the time some of the shelves are close to empty. Secondly they have raised prices too much, the milk costs more than any place in town. I do all my shopping at SAFEWAY now. Thanks for reading my reviews.

The store was nice and clean everything was easy to find. The issue was the staff was super grumpy or just flat out rude, and it wasn't to just one or two customers and it wasn't just two or three employees it was every person that I witnessed ask a question or for HELP ON A HIGH Shelf (women's shave cream was out but there was a box clearly marked on top that the same brand she wanted but on the top it clearly read please ask associate for help on the top shelf.) The employee flat out got nasty with her and said she didn't have time to help customers while stocking the shelves walked away and never came back. Honestly maybe they all had a rough morning meeting but that never gives anyone a reason to treat anyone else badly.

Pick up orders are a bit confusing when ordering for more then one person. But if it's just one order, it's super easy and convenient. And the employees that help put your groceries in your car, are very polite and friendly.

It's just a Walmart. Some of the employees have been here long enough to be knowledgeable, and some will tell you completely useless or wrong information. They want you to work as your own cashier, but they won't give you an employee discount. They stopped carrying Ramen.

My bad experienced with Walmart del range this morning, 8/16/23 @around 8am during my checkout at Register #7 who’s name assigned was Liza, her disrespectful attitude saying to me rudely: I don’t know what are you talking about! We don’t do that here!To make story short, A manager, RJ told me to tell the register associate to give me 2 half gallons at a (1) one gallon price of 2% meadow gold milk. At register #7, named Liza whom I was told what manager RJ had said to me rudely responded to me: I don’t know what are you talking about! We don’t do that! Very Embarrassing, disrespectful, rude and unacceptable approach for me.A name Sandy (a lady) came to her and I asked if she knows RJ and she said to me, yes, he is the manager.A minute later, RJ came to Register #7 and confirmed the issue.After RJ left, Liza told me on her rough hard tone of her voice, saying to me; you are talking too much….if you can wait I will get back and give it to you in a very rude, disrespectful and very insulting bad attitude that I had experienced with Register#7 associate LIZA.8/16/24 @around 8am today.I do hope Management in Walmart never tolerate ridiculous attitudes like this LIZAATTENTION: Manager BRANDON as per in my receipt of purchase today:8/16/23 Wednesday @around 8am
