Thanks so much to Diane today for helping us out with our order that unfortunately we had to cancel.Her customer service was exquisite and beyond that of their general manager in Denver, Regina.Regina, from Denver, talked over me, was rude and is the reason why I canceled our order. Before we talk to her her employees under her had the same disrespectful demeanor and approach.I'm sure that this could be handled in a civil & professional way in the Denver office but it doesn't seem to have any professionals there.They should take a lesson from the Home Depot in Cheyenne when it comes to customer service.No one pays thousands of dollars just to be talked down to & inconvenienced.We took care of the issue that Home Depot Denver made for us and bought a machine somewhere else had installed that very day today 4/27/2023

This is a great Home Depot it's not too far from my house. There is always a HomeDepot employee available to help you if you need it. the employees are always friendly and very knowledgeable of the store and its inventory. Located right off I-25 at West Lincolnway it's convenient for travelers as well as locals they've got a good selection of just about everything you need to build your house, garage, shed whatever.. on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them a 9.8 I would highly recommend this place... thanks for reading my reviews

Great store. I'm not biased though and I still shop at all the hardware stores in town. One of them is going to have what I'm looking for and this time Home Depot did. One thing I like about Home Depot though is I don't have to struggle finding help and your can never go wrong with grabbing a Brat from the food trailer as you leave the store

Major issues with their flooring department. We are moving and wanted to install new carpet. We went in around the end of September and they had a promo where if you booked a carpet install, had measurements done, and ordered carpet you got the carpet pad for free. The promo was going to end before this could be completed for us but we were informed by 3 different employees that since we were starting the process while the promo was advertised they would be able to honor this for us when we went to purchase. Today we went in to get our quote finalized and again confirmed that we would be eligible for the promo, the employee assured us this would be no problem. Upon receiving the quote the promo had not been applied which made the project an additional $1,300. After speaking with the carpet quote department, flooring supervisor, and flooring manager we were told that the employees were incorrect and there must have been an error in training. No apology was given for their mistake and the only help we were offered was $300 off the full quote. I would stay as far away from this store for any actual work and do not trust a single employee because apparently they don’t know about store policies, aren’t trained on how their departments work, and when they tell you incorrect information no one seems to care and they have no interest in actually rectifying the problem.

Yesterday I had to go to the Home Depot 3 times, finding I needed different parts or new problems came up.The last time I was returning a part that I thought was wrong. Afterwards I asked if they could send somebody to the area to help me. He said he would see what he could do. After about a half hour nobody had showed up. I started looking for an employee around that could get someone to help me, but I wasn't finding anyone. Finally I found someone and she tried ro help me, but was as stumped like me. She then went to find someone to help me with my problem. She found someone and he was going to come as soon as he finished the current issue he was dealing with. After a few minutes he came over and spent the time to help solve my problem. It wasn't easy, we kept finding problems with each possible solution. Finally we came up with a workable solution to my plumbing problem. Patrick was a life saver.

I went in to return a battery charger. The fellow who assisted me scanned my driver's license twice (but never bothered to look up my receipt with my credit card), then told me I couldn't return the item and I'd have to call the number on the receipt. Huh? I looked over the slip of paper he handed me. There was no phone number on it. As I asked him about it, the dude just started calling up people behind me, and trying to push me out of the way.With a little more persistence and pleading, the manager took a second look. Turns out the guy didn't know what he was doing. She scanned my credit card and I was on my way in about 10 seconds. She apologized and assured me there would be some additional training. I can sympathize with being the "new guy", but the inability to handle a simple return almost caused a major headache. Please don't turn them out until they're ready!

Went to buy a deadbolt, and overpaid. Turns out, their products were improperly tagged and priced. Go to customer service for help. The lady gets mad at me, and does a refund, so I can get another. I go back there, and guess what? The second one was improperly tagged, too. She was mad when I said something, but all I wanted was for someone to go fix it, so others don't have the same issue.

Good for basic home improvement. Had to return 16000 in appliances because they couldn't manage to get a dent free washer from their distributor. Their attitude was you should deal with it. We did by returning everything. There were crazy wait times for certain appliances as well. Know before you buy and ask when they are motivated before the sale because afterwards, they don't care.

Store is ran by wonderful communist party members! Or at least that is what I can assume as nearly everyone in the store didn’t seem to care about the disgraceful state of the American flag flown in front of the store. Given that they sell fags here there is no excuse for flying a flag in that condition. Only one associate seems to care about the disrespect of our national flag. Thank you Home Depot but I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.

OMG, do not go to this store. The entire staff are just plain stupid. I ordered flooring material in June, worked with the install company and they told me that it would be delivered the week of August 8th at the address in Cheyenne. The HD driver left the shipment outside in the rain and lost the entire order on August 1st, showed up a week early without any notice, no one called me. Now WAITING on new flooring and will not have it installed for another month, in September. The store manager is blaming the entire problem on me, the customer. Unbelievable. I cannot wait until this entire process is over and I don’t ever have to deal with them again. I have to believe that I am not the only one in Cheyenne having this problem. Home Depot in Cheyenne sucks.

Wanted to buy a 5cuft chest freezer and have it delivered. Delivery people will only take the item thru one door of your home. I needed it to go thru the garage and into a laundry room. No stairs and wide doors. Home Depot employee acted like it was no concern when I said she'd lost the sale. Lowes was very accommodating and delivered as requested.

I normally don't like Home Depots because of the lack of customer service. This particular location lived up to their reputation wonderfully. I went in and made a small purchase, and asked for some quarters as I was staying in the hotel next door and was doing my laundry. I asked for $4 in quarters and the customer service employee explained that she didn't have enough quarters. Home Depot without quarters. For real! Nice lie!

They did have any power adapters for computers.It is a hardware store. Can't expect them to have everything, but they have a very limited selection of home security stuff and automotive.

We went and purchased a Ring camera this past Saturday, and every single employee we walked by acknowledged us and asked if we needed help finding anything. They checked the stock for us, and thankfully they had just want we wanted. One employee went above and beyond, Joni. She was new and needed help getting our camera out of the cabinet. She was apologetic, which was nice but not needed. She then double checked the barcode to make sure it was the correct item, reminded me of the military discount program and thanked me for my service. She checked the Receipt for verification that the purchase went though and saw that we had a few new plants in the carts and talked up the plant selection at Home Depot, to which we of course agreed! We even came back to buy another a few hours later. Joni was wonderful, thanks Joni!

It's your typical home depot store. Not too busy when I visited it. Had a good selection of Christmas lights and decorations. They also have some hard to find stuff like RV weather stripping material. Have previously found aome good deals here on tools.

Only Home Depot in Cheyenne. I drive here 1hr from Laramie. Lots of employees to help you find items throughout the store. Only drawback is everything is lockup in shelves. If you want see or touch any tools you have to flag down employee. Don't know if this store sees lots of shoplifting but it is very annoying to get employee to open the locked cabinet.

And a five star review down to one star due to manager Angelique and employee Diana‘s really poor attitudes. After being denied my AAA discount I always get when renting a truck, I offered to log in to my account and show that it was active. Diana refused and I asked for a manager. Angelique comes up and says they can’t do it. I inform her I get it every time, she replied by saying “ maybe next time you should come in with a AAA card that isn’t expired.” Which was incredibly rude as I mentioned they sent my new card to my old address and that I can log in to my account and prove it is active. Which the guy did the last time I came in and it was easy and effortless. These 2 today clearly had a chip on their shoulder and wouldn’t relent. I called Penske, gave them my # and they looked it up on the spot and applied it. No hassles, the ONLY hassle was with Home Depot employees today. I asked for the store manager and she replied, “ you’ll get a worse response from him”. I’m pretty surprised at this as a business owner.
