Nice set up and everything is provided. The only negative is the floors. The floors are tile and very slippery for dogs and humans when wet.

I've had amazing service here. Well, I haven't - my dogs have. Well...we all have. I have three small seniors and a young Lab. No specific grooming, just bath and brush with eye wash, nail dremel and teeth cleaning. It doesn't matter who we see - always wonderfully professional and skilled. Kudos to Andrea for our most recent service! All four of our babies are beautiful because of you!

A well-trained service dog is worth more than the average car. This place RUINED my service dog! His regular groomer was out with an injury, so I decided to try FURever Friends. The groomer there told me that she had to muzzle him, which raised a big red flag for me because he gets groomed regularly and has never had problems. Not long after I picked him up from his one and only visit there, I noticed that he was acting jumpy and nervous. A few weeks later, I took him back to his regular groomer who told me that she had to have two other people hold him and talk to him because he was so afraid that he wouldn't cooperate at all. She said he had NEVER acted that way before. The only possible explanation I can think of is that FURever Friends must have really roughed him up! He is 7 years old and has been regularly groomed his entire life with no problems until now. We will never be back to this terrible place!

Recently moved here and gave them a try for our schnauzer. Our puppy looks so good! Everyone I had the pleasure of talking to was very polite and friendly. We will only take our dog to them♥️

Love taking our dogs here for a good bath! We've used the self service bays and had them groomed here, too. The groomer is very nice, professional and did a great job on our pups. It's reasonably priced, set up well, and clean. Would recommend the grooming services! They provide shampoo, conditioner, towels, etc if you decide to do it yourself. The shampoo bays are elevated, not so hard on the old back! Lots of parking.

We adopted a blind senior dog and took him here for his first grooming appointment. They did such a great job! I was expecting him to be scared and he was just fine. His trim looked adorable too.

Used the self dog wash on Saturday afternoon when it was pleasantly busy. The staff was nice, helpful, clean, and very trusting. They weighed my boys who are arou d 70#'s each and charges me for large dogs. Very affordable for a college student! I took my time wash g and dry g the dogs and nobody seemed to mind. A very laid back atmosphere, but also a very professional grooming service from what I saw of the dogs that were groomed there. When I was done, they gave my dogs bandanas. Now everybody want to pet them! I will definitely be coming back each month that I am in Cheyenne!

My 15lb small 13 year old Shitzui is never stressed about going here, unlike other places in town. Very efficient and listens to what kind of grooming you need done. Will also hold on to your dog, very loveable people for not being there dog, because mine is a princess in grandma's eyes. Will doll them up with bows and smell great coming home.

These ladies, I've only met women so far, are wonderful! My dog is usually quite stressed out when he gets his nails cut, but here they do it differently than ever in the past (he's 12!) and he's not scared at all!!!

These ladies are amazing. My dog, loves visiting for his "spa day." We have also used the self wash tables. The only thing he dreads is the hair dryer. I'm not sure any dog really likes them.

I dropped my dog off for an appointment...and he was left in the kennel for two hours and no services had been performed. They called two hours afterward and said he would not come out. Prior to leaving him there I offered to stay and make sure there weren’t any issues. My dog has never had a problem with coming out of the kennel and is very friendly might I add. She told me it wasn’t necesssry. I believe that’s because she had every intention of leaving him in the kennel. What’s the point of an appointment if you’re going to leave him for that long. Not to mention my dog being uncomfortable and a complete waste of time. First and last time going there.

We have two dogs- a Great Dane and lab mix. The amount of products they give you- brushes, towels, shampoo, etc is more than enough, and they have a walk-in tub for larger dogs which is also nice. They have stamp cards and weekday "specials" (like free teeth cleaning or double stamps) and a small area to entertain children with coloring and books. From all of the different self-service dog washes around, we will definitely be sticking with Furever from now on!

Took my Golden there. She came out looking beautiful with no undercoat falling out like other groomers have done. Also was late in picking her up on a Sunday and they were very friendly. Terrific place!!

I took in both of my dogs, one they groomed and the other i bathed in the self bathing area. Only because one is a short haired bigger dog and the other is a long haired smaller dog. It was an awsome experience! They groomed my doggie to perfection!

Had an appointment 2 weeks out didn't even get a phone call that they canceled my appointment so my fiancé called them liked whats going on and no answer so left message then 45 minutes after the set appointment she calls back only because we had to call this is ridiculous i had to wait so long for nothing not even offer a discount yea never going here! I would have came back if they would have offered to make it right for wasting my time but offer to make it right equals no business from us and i was so excited too 😢😢
