getting our German Shepherd from frontier pets was a great experience! Jameson Was so nice he was there to answer any questions that we had He made the process really easy and was super friendly. Plus, when you buy a puppy, you get a kennel, a bed, food, treats, toys, a leash and collar and dog bowls. Puppies are up-to-date on current shots and you also get a free first pet visit at the local clinic to check out your pup. They have multiple different companies they work with for different types of payment plans. I really recommend frontier pets. Some may think the puppies are a bit expensive, but honestly it’s worth it you know what you’re getting and they are registered

We wanted a puppy for our special needs son. His dog was getting a bit older and we wanted to ease the transition for when she did pass. The staff at Frontier pets assisted us with looking at multiple puppies, answering questions about numerous breeds and just in general being incredibly helpful. We added this adorable Pomeranian to our family and it has been a wonderful experience. We have now had her 4 months. She is healthy, was super easy to potty train and bonded so well with my son. I can’t recommend this store enough. The pets are well cared for, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.On another note - I’ve never received such a great starter puppy package. Talk about a great deal! (Kennel, bowl, leash, collar, shampoo, a chew bone, and a full nutrition package).

Leonard and his staff are the best! His animals are too notch and very well cared for! Bought English bulldog from him 6 1/2yrs ago and just returned to add to the family. Went out all the way from Michigan to pick up another bulldog puppy and came home with two!!! Thanks again Leonard

The staff all need to get on the same page. Some of them are knowledgeable and the others say the wrong things. We took our boys in there to hold a few of the dogs. One of the staff members said we could not hold the golden retrievers because they had already been out playing and needed to rest timer 1 minute later another family was holding the same golden retrievers that we were told we could not hold. Also the dogs are in really small cages that I don't feel are good enough for them and their prices are outrageous I do understand that certain dog breeds are higher prices but who has several thousand dollars to put up front for a dog that's like the cost of rent for some people it's almost like buying a new car with that price I definitely would not buy a dog from there and would rather adopt one from a shelter

Leonard and all of his staff are completely amazing Zach Was our individual staff member that helped us get our new Fur baby. They were very very reputable on their knowledge and understanding of pets and the different foods and health concerns and things we need to watch 20 the things. That they have in their store they were very very clear on all interesting information about their store.We had a great experience.We got a beautiful Mini husky out of the experience name koda. Hes the most precious thing ever and without the help of the helpful staff there it would have never happened for us thank you so much you guys are. Amazing and I'll definitely be referring other people to you for their pet needs.

Really disappointed while visiting today. All of the dogs were extremely skinny and shivering. They were all just trying to stay awake in the bright lights. No bedding or anything. Very unfortunate life and they do not deserve this.

Staff are nice but they want $4,000 for a fixed male Cane Corso that needs quite a bit of training. They told me he has just completed some already but it didn't appear that way. Pretty sad because that dog likely won't ever be purchased due to the price and seeing as you can just get a brand new pup from a breeder for half that price

I went a while back to buy a puppy and encountered some issues with payment that kept us their for a considerate amount of time but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate and help us through our issue. A big thank you is in order for Leonard and his staff and we even went home with our puppy the same day.

Currently I am about to leave the country, so in my place I needed to leave my mom with someone to love her in my stead. After taking a look on Frontier Pets website there were a couple different dogs that looked like a good match. We made an appointment and came in, the staff was friendly and the two chihuahuas we met were very sweet! We did end up picking one to take home with us, Kylie and Giselle helped us with the paperwork as well picking out things for the new dog! The pets all look well taken care of, and you can tell the employees love being with the animals and treat them well. Our dog came with all its vaccinations up to date, and quite a few things to get you started with your dog! (Toys, bed, food, collar, etc.) We really appreciated the service recieved here at Frontier Pets, thank you so much! 💕

Amazing experience. Megan, Cody, and Tom were extremely kind and went above and beyond to help make everything work out when a few kinks (not the store's fault!) rose up. We got to take our sweet baby home and she's already fitting in like she's been here all her life. I will absolutely recommend Frontier to anyone looking to add a puppy to our family. They were also extremely patient with my 7 year old and let her ask a ton of questions about reptiles while we were smoothing out the puppy purchase, and it meant a lot that my daughter was treated with respect and her questions were welcomed, though I offered to save the poor guy from her a few times. 🤣100% would go here again.

Brought home a dog that was supposed to be $3,000 which is already a lot. Talked me into financing the dog. Then was rushing me to sign paperwork. Get home which is 2 hours away and going through all the paper work. The dog ended up being $9,000 this is ridiculous! SCAM!!!! I should’ve known all those poor dogs looked sick and malnourished! This place needs shut down!

Our new puppy is everything we hoped for!!******* UPDATE *******BEWARE OF KENNEL COUGH!!!! 4 DAYS OF TAKING OUR PUP HOME, OUR 3YR OLD SHEPHERD STARTING COUGHING AND COULDNT STOP. THE PUPPY GOT SICK THE DAY AFTER THAT. THE PUPPY WAS CARRYING THE VIRUS. IT ALMOST CAUSED OUR OTHER DOG TO DIE. SPENT $1,000 AT THE VET WHICH IS INSANE AFTER PAYING NEARLY $4,000 ON A PUPPY. THE VET'S OFFICE EVEN SAID THEYVE HAD A LOT OF PUPPIES WITH BORDATELLA FROM THIS PET STORE.

Picked up this adorable pup (her name is Parker) from Frontier. The staff was amazing and let us observe and play with the pup for like 30 minutes on 2 different occasions. When we purchased her their Kennel pack had us set up from day 1.The pup is well adjusted, no barrier or separation anxiety, and it shows that she was amazingly cared for.10/10 would adopt more if I just had more land...

I've been looking for a small dog for some time now and have been unsuccessful in finding one that I connected with. I normally don't do a lot of business with pet stores because of the many issues with unscrupulous owners and a lack of concern for the animals' health.Well after looking around I was able to find on smaller dog that seemed awesome in Cheyenne, but then I saw that the rescue wanted a $300 adoption fee. That's retail rescue!I did some REAL research on this store and found that it's a family-owned and operated shop and that the family really does care so much for all of the animals they get. They also care about their customers as was evident by the fact that a couple years back, they sold a lady a little Yorkie and when her father got very ill and she could no longer keep it, they took it back and gave her half of what she paid for it back.This is where I come in. I showed up the day after he had been brought back and I scooped him right up. So my dog is a used retail/rescue that I got from this Pet City in Cheyenne.Please, before you post some mind-numbingly stupid comment about pet stores and puppy mills, do your research on these folks. I don't know them from Adam, so I'm not posting as a friend, but I know good people when I meet them and these are them.Stop in and give them a chance. They really do have some beautiful animals of all kinds there and I know the staff would love to help you select the correct companion for you.

Very professional and super friendly. We had the best experience picking out our little boy! They help you get started with a puppy kit all included and vaccinations up to date as well as microchip and first vet visit! We were very impressed with the staff and our new puppy is perfect for us!!!

They are always very friendly and helpful and seem to really care about thier animals and customers. I will never go to petco again.I loved them so much I decided to work there. I was there for a bit and I got let go. And then NEVER GOT PAID!! only reason I go in now is because they have my dragons good. Plus they don't take care of thier puppies and kitty's very well while I was there. Neglecting them water because some employees didn't wanna clean up the waste from the animals..

Everybody was super happy, friendly and helpful. For the people on here complaining about their prices, maybe you can’t afford a pet and should stick to the Craigslist “free” section. SMHMe and the boys drove across 4 states and made it home safe and sound. Thanks to everybody there! Ya’ll are awesome!

We went to Frontier Pets looking for a puppy that will be a good fit for our family. The staff was so, so kind and helpful. They patiently exchanged puppies at least five times, until we found "the one." The staff was extremely knowledgable and eager to relay information. I'm not a new doggie owner, but I still appreciated their attention to detail. After we got home with our puppy, we realized he most likely had an ear infection, which happens more frequently in some breeds. We place no fault on Frontier Pets. I went back to the store with the puppy and they were very attentive to him and made sure he was ok, giving me the supplies/medication necessary and offering advice to treat the troubled ear and ways to prevent a future infection from occurring...including an ear plucking on them once this issue resolves. I highly recommend them. We have found our pet shop!

Clearly this place is in it for the money and not for the animals or the customers. My son had his heart set on a kitten and we had them hold it til the next day. Spoke with them that morning and told them we would be in to get it that afternoon. When we arrived they had sold it to someone else. Claiming it was just a little miscommunication. Place is over priced to begin with for a animal you can get for free but my son was willing to pay the price for that particular cat. Obviously, we won’t be going there again when we are pet shopping if they can’t even communicate with one another. How can I trust them to know anything about the animals?

This employee they have was mopping the puppy play area and one of the puppies in it was trying to play with the mop when said employee GRABBED the puppy by the muzzle till it was crying and said he ( the puppy) was going to learn!!!! This person should NOT be working with a living being!!!!!! I fear for the safety of all of the animals, if this employee treats a puppy like this on the floor for all to see, what does he do behind closed doors?!?! I hope Frontier Pets does not approve of this behavior from the people they employ.Frontier, I sure am looking forward to seeing how you handle this situation.2 stars because the young lady in the back was loving on the puppies.Negative reinforcement is NOT hurting an animal.

Cute little pet shop! Me and my fiance went there once didn't buy anything but checked out some of the dogs. They even let us have some time with one of the dogs we liked just to play with it and show it some attention. We had a blast here
