I had an appointment for my dog. I was provided one time by Four Paws, and Four Paws scheduled a different time on their scheduled. Even though I’ve never no showed or missed an appoint day of, they didn’t call. I was informed when I arrived that they didn’t have time for my dog, and they would not be able to fit him into the schedule. I was verbally dismissed. All of the blame was placed on me even though Four Paws provided me with the wrong time for his appointment.

Our dog Chewbacca (Chewy) loves it goes in doesn't have any anxiety about leaving us and they have him done in the time they say. .he looks good too.

We took our English bulldog and our kitty (now deceased) for quite a few years for grooming and nail cutting and they always did a great job. They continue to do a great job with our new little mini dachshund!

I have a very skittish, anxious long haired kitty. I took her in to get a Lions cut. Sarah was very welcoming and provided me with reassurance and all the information I needed when I dropped my kitty off. Griff, the gentleman who groomed and bathed my kitty, did a fantastic job! She didn't seem traumatized, looked absolutely adorable, and had zero problems with her skin (Knicks, burn from razor etc.) The entire process took about an hour and I had a fantastic experience. Ten out of ten! Would definitely recommend. =^.^=

We were casualties of the Great Petco Salon Shutdown. I wanted to get my Shiba Inu for a grooming and called Four Paws on a whim. They called me back the next day and got my pup in the following day. I am a fan. Griff was highly professional, the salon is clean, the vibe is very welcoming there, and the price was fantastic. My girl came back in 90 minutes, looked great and was happy. I paid $15 less than Petco and felt very comfortable leaving her there. We will be going back. Two paws up 🐾

We took our small dog for a full grooming. The cut was nice, but about a half hour later we discovered when holding her on her back she had 6 nicks on her tummy between her legs, and one on her leg.We called, and spoke with the gal (I believe her name is Courtney) about it.She said she was without excuse, but refused refunding us, however told us if we took our dog to the vet which may give us ointment for her, to bring the bill to her, and the vet bill would be refunded.We did not believe her.If she wasn’t willing to refund us $45, we doubted she would refund us a vet bill which would be more money and was not needed anyhow.I cant imagine how painful, and scary that must have been for our precious doggie.We will never go back. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen zero stars to rate this place.

My dogs went there for the first and panicked at the time of hair cutting. The groomers were very understanding and very nice, so nice that they didn't even charge for the wash and dry. I hope to train my dogs so I can go back there!

Wonderful service from friendly staff. My domestic long haired cat got a fox cut, not only does it look great, but she didn't seem at all stressed when I picked her up. Will definitely come back when she needs grooming again!

Have a long haired cat, Gizmo. We have been taking her to Four Paws every year for a grooming. They do an outstanding job, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend Four Paws!

I have two Chihuahuas and one Maltese. My Chihuahuas are 7 and 2.5 pounds while my Maltese is 6 pounds. I’ve been to several groomers over the course of time. Four Paws has been the best my wife and I have dealt with period. For one, they have always groomed my dogs the way I’ve asked. When I need to be the first there due to my job, they will come in early just to accommodate me. When I need a favor, they will do what they can to make things work. Courtney is beyond a doubt the best groomer. She has updated me when one of my dogs had worms, something I didn’t know before then. My Maltese is can be mean, he has been banned from many groomers in the greater San Diego are, yet they treat him like a king and I feel safe. I had another groomer here in town once cut him on purpose out of anger, that isn’t a good thing, but Courtney treats him special. My wife still can’t believe how great their prices are and I have no complaints. If anyone has ever had a problem with these groomers, they didn’t even attempt resolution.

Love Four Paws. We've been customers for several years. Our Bassett enjoy going for their monthly grooming. Our German Shepard loved everyone there and enjoyed going. Unfortunately he passed away the day before his next appointment 😔. Really like Four 🐾 in fact we love 💘 going there. Tom

So kind and nice to my elderly and mobility impaired girl. Griffin takes such great care with her grooming and today she even dozed during her bath. She had never been to a groomer much in the past bc of fearfulness. Not afraid and your dear ones will be in good hands.

Great place! My dog loves to go there and they always try to squeeze her in last minute. Only issue I have is the hours. I now work M-F 8-5 and never know when or if I'll get a lunch. Would be better if they were open later one night a week, or open 1 or 2 Saturdays or Sundays a month.

I took my Golden Retriever there as my busy schedule had kept me for my normal grooming in things got a little mated, actually a lot mated. When I arrive I was cheerfully greeted and someone came out and specifically asked what I was looking for what I wanted and they warned me that the mat in some areas was pretty heavy and they would do their best to keep him looking like a Golden Retriever. I didn't voice this but a previous experience with a groomer and a Golden Retriever turned out that the got dog didn't look at all like a Golden Retriever when I pick it up. Four Paws did an excellent job of clearing out all the mating and I was amazed at how well they got the mating out and still kept my dog looking like a golden retriever I've never seen him look better. I highly recommend them.

I have been taking my pomeranian there for 4 years now. They do an excellent job! Infact sometimes it's hard to get an immediate appointment because they get very busy. Well worth the wait!

Shave the back end and tail down to the skin on my boardercollie when I specifically said no shaving ! Never has any groomer done something this unprofessional. Would never recommend them .
