Have visited this store multiple times and have always had a wonderful experience! Most recently I went in looking to switch my dogs to a new food and Haley was so helpful. She was very thorough explaining my different options based on the information I had given her and she was incredibly knowledgeable. Very helpful and friendly staff! It’s a luxury to have high quality brands of pet food available in Cheyenne. We also really rely on their self wash station as we can’t feasibly do doggie baths in our claw foot tub at home. 5 stars all around!

Oh my goodness! What an amazing place! We just adopted 2 rescue puppies and needed EVERYTHING. It was a one stop shop for everything puppy! We ALL went in and got everything from food to toys to water fountains! The pups even picked out their own treats! 😂😂 Thank you all so much for taking the time (and being so patient)! We will be back for more goodies soon!

We had never been in the Dog Food Company but I randomly called them to see if they trimmed nails on cats. We had a great experience with getting that done and I had to buy reward toys for Mia because she was such a good girl! We will be back when we have more time to check out this little gem of a pet store!!

We take our dogs to the groomer. Jessica is AWESOME! She treats our dogs like family. They get a soothing bath, an excellent hair cut and are dried and happy when we pick them up. I highly recommend checking out their grooming facility.

We love this place! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! We rescued a big 78 lb pitbull named Major a while back. He is definitely a people person but not all people are okay with him. The staff at the Cheyenne Dog Food Company are so good with him when we bring him in to get his nails trimmed. They have a clean area to groom your dog...or they can do it for you. All pricing for nail trimming and baths are extremely reasonable.They also sell a great variety of high quality dog (and cat) food. I definitely recommend this place.

So impressed with the service. It took me 30 minutes to figure out what brand of dog food I was using while searching online in the store. The owner was very nice and patiently waited ad I looked it up. Although they weren't able to get me that brand, she ordered me a better product for my large breed pups. Unbeatable customer service! The machine was having trouble taking my Google pay, I ended up paying with my card. No biggie.

I won't shop anywhere else for my pups! Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly and really knows their stuff. Hours are great, if you can't make it quite in time, always call! They are normally more than willing to wait for you (within reason - for me it's normally no more than 5-10 minutes past closing) I believe they offer delivery as well! Nail trims are on a walk in basis and $10/dog. They offer self wash, and full service grooms! All in all I love this place! ❤️

These guys are awesome. I love down home local stores and these people know their animals. They have a massive selection of food, toys and treats and even have a groomer who worked with our dog to give his nails a much needed trim. He's very reactive and they stuck with us to help us out.

This place was recommended to me by a colleague for dog self-wash. Not only did I like the self-wash, the store has a large variety of dog food and pet supplies.The setup was a little strange, since the larger the tub, the higher off the ground it is. My arms got quite tired reaching to dry my dog. Everything was clean and the equipment was in good condition.

Fun store! Came into get a toy for dog because we forgot his at home. They have a great selection of the higher quality foods in my opinion. Found a toy and some treats I had been looking for!everyone was very nice and helpful. I would recommend to anyone oft dog friends!

Great place! My dog was groomed and later that day he injured himself, we called to see if anything happened while he was there and they were very pleasant and informative about his time there, we determined he injured himself sometime after his grooming. The next day, they called to see how he was doing with his injury and showed that they really care about their customers pets. We use almost all the services they offer and cannot say enough good things about them.

This company is amazing! When they didn’t have the type of dog food I needed they special ordered it and it arrived quickly. They always keep a bag in stock which makes it so easy to stop in. I needed to get a new dog tag made and the owner went above and beyond! She was able to fit in a specific tag just for me and I’ve never had any other business do this. They really know how to take care of their customers. With a fully stocked store of food, bones, toys, and any accessories a dog or cat could need this business is one I will not stop coming to.

The employees are incredible here. I had not been able to get my normal fog food at Petco for months. Not only did she have a little bag in, she set aside a larger bag for me when one came in. They truly care about their customers. Wonderful people. I will shop here from now on.

I love this place, it's always pretty quiet so I don't worry about taking my weirdo dogs in, they have a great selection from food to treats to toys and more, and their prices are good too. I especially love that they keep track of how many bags of food you buy, and you can eventually get one free (depending on brand). Also, their dog wash is just the best thing. I really love not having to destroy my bathroom to bathe 3 dogs! Tubs are at waist height for convenience, they always stock you up with shampoo/conditioner/towels, and they have a dryer. Also, everyone there is super helpful and friendly!

Beef bones are At the most 5.99 a pound and they wanted to charge me 2 dollars for a half ounce bone. Could only get one bone bc they did not have others. Have been going here for several months to get bones but will not be backResponse to company response:What you tried to sell me for two dollars was a half ounce not a half pound bone. The male clerk first tried to tell me I had to pay 5.99 for the one approximately 2 inch bone without even weighing it. Then he called another male over when I balked at that price. I specifically asked what the weight was on the small bone and the first male told me it was a half ounce. I will go back to shopping at Tail waggers.
