I went to this store today around 5:30 got some sodas because they were 3.99 a 12 pack 😒 unfortunately I need to have adigital coupon to get the discount so I ask for help and this gentleman help me out very polite he help me to download the app to get my discount 😀 but then this mean and unprofessional lady name Alice told this young man to hurry up she question him what he was doing and he clearly told her he was helping us and shake her head, she was upset because he was helping us , is not the first time she's been mean to me and my family ., if she doesn't like to be nice then she shouldn't be working

I called and ordered a birthday cake for my grandmother, and when I went to pick it up 2/18, the cake was not made. The person in the bakery was very apologetic and kind. She did her best to make the situation right (I don’t think she normally works in the bakery) and told me that the baker/cake decorator forgot another cake in the morning as well. I didn’t mind having to grab a cake from the case, but it’s just frustrating that they didn’t make the one that I had ordered. This is what I had gotten instead.

Rotten and expired food. I went to pour the heavy cream into my potatoes and it came out chunky… looked at the expiration and it was more than a month expired. Opened up a bag of rice chips and they were extremely stale… once again, a month expired. Their freezer was out of commission so all the veggies that are supposed to be frozen were soft. Bad experience all around.

I'm driving from western New York to Saltlake city to visit my son. I'm staying in Cheyenne for a five night stay in my camping trailer. Stopped in to get a few things to make it through the next couple of days. This place is great. Friendly and polite workers willing to help you with your needs.

10++++ Stars for Marko!!!! He was the clerk who checked me out when I bought groceries today!!! He was friendly, nice, engaged in intelligent conversation! Told me I was his last customer of his day, yet he treated me like the first customer of the day! He has a great personality and a huge smile!! He is someone who is doing a great job and making grocery shopping a little more tolerable for someone like me who hates grocery shopping!

Prices are okay, quality is good... I dropped $10 and a customer was kind enough to tell me she gave it to an employee and described said employee. I went to said employee and they said, "nope they don't got it." Most expensive bag of Doritos ever.

Fresh morning donuts are for sale at Albertsons daily. A dozen donuts of your choosing cost $8. Pick-up some fresh fruit to go with your donuts and you have a perfect beginning to your day. Starbucks coffee available for sale also.

Would like to see a better checkout flow. Not enough self checkout and not enough room to wait without being in others' way. I do realize this is an old building and Cheyenne doesn't seem to renovate older buildings, so maybe with the Kroger merger things will change. Maybe.

I've gone to this store for the past two years. Two major problems:- AT LEAST 50% of the time you select an item that's on-sale, it rings up as full price at checkout. I'm not kidding, every single time I shop here, I am not given the marked discount on at least one item. I have to memorize the sale price and check the total before paying. I'm guessing the majority of people end up paying full price for most sale items because they don't take notice.- Some of the checkout personnel are extremely disgruntled and voice that fact commonly to the customers.I would go somewhere else if you have another option.

Albertsons has a variety of selections when it comes to food compared to other stores here in town. I will say however, they are much more expensive as well but it's worth it! The store is really clean and super organized. The staff are friendly for the most part. Overall I really like this store, I wish they had more deals like king Soopers though.

This grocery store is incredibly low on product. Shelves are barren and picked over in many aisles in the store. Zero cream, no brown sugar that was listed on sale etc. All gone. And this was the first day of new savings. More significant is the fact that one can be a "Just for U" registered shopper and have clipped numerous coupons for use during that week of sales but when it comes time to check out, most of these digital coupons don't work. One has to bring each one to the attention of the checkout clerk who is usually in no mood to rebate each missed price cut. Frustrating and sleazy - will go to their competitor from now on.

Went in to just to get cash back for the bus. Upon putting in 3 dollars for cash back I by mistake also hit a 3 dollar donation. When I tried to get my money back for the donation I was never given my 3 dollors for the cash back just the 3 dollor donation back .

Store management at this location was very friendly, empathetic and accommodating to me. Their organic produce could be stocked a little bit better. It appears to lack circulation. I feel that this could improve significantly with better marketing and advertising.

Not 2 stars because at least they honor receipted returns. The fried food gets me sick more often than not, and they'll sometimes ring up the same item more than once, requiring you to watch every scan and read every receipt

Came in to get large packages of spinach, manager was stocking but did not offer to help me despite my looking for specific items over extended period of time. Speed of checkout was good. Checker was friendly, smiled, and thanked me for wearing a mask. That made positive impression. Experience in store was good but not great.

They get many of my dollars and I get satisfaction from the goods and services found here. The staff are friendly, helpful and seek to please. I especially like the meats; the discounts in various things; cheese and more. The prices are reasonable and if you use the small basket you can almost stay in budget.

There was only one checker so I had to use the self checkout. Couldn't get the discount which was only by offered by my phone for some advertised groceries so asked for help. The lady was so rude and impatient I left knowing there are other grocery stores in Cheyenne from which I can get better service.

The checkers have gotten kinda lazy since self check out became a thing. There weren't hardly any bags for me to bag my groceries and I had to get assistance for a clearance item and he still didn't notice no bags, infact he removed the sticker from the item scanned and authorized it and put it down in the empty bag location and walked away. Rude!!Their shelf stock was pretty limited as well. I noticed a lot if items were just filled in with whatever stock was available. Who puts crackers in with canned goods. 1 box maybe but a full 3 facings, 5 deep. I work retail and I still can't make sense of this.

It's a great Albertson's, especially for the size. Watch for deals, when they have them the prices are better than anything in town, but even at normal prices the place is nice. Help is always friendly, they have a nice little sushi place with a guy that will do special orders, and honestly for the price it's really good. The produce section is the worst feature here, but even it is serviceable.

Went in to grab select brand chips and hamburger buns..shelves were empty..asked a young man who worked there if they had any in the back..he informed me there was but it wasnt his job to grab them for me..that I would have to wait 37 minutes till the stocker arrived..this blew me away..was very rude and did not even attempt to find anyone to help me cause he didnt feel like it..I work in the people pleasing food service myself and have never ever been or done this to anyone..if u cant help u help find someone who can!!! I wont ever shop there again
