Went to the service desk an no one was there - except a sign "Great service is always in stock. How can I help?". After several minutes an employee was doing other work next to the counter so we asked the employee whether someone could be contacted or a manager (I noticed he had a radio on him) to staff the service desk but he replied "I just stock online orders so I can't help or contact anyone". Eventually another customer behind us in line went and found someone to help us at the service counter. Definitely NOT "Great service always in stock"!

I called the meat counter for beef fat, they say they have some and to come by. I get there and they say they dont have any, and that they'll have some that day. Took my number and was told they'd call back. That was two days ago, no call back.

This store on Pershing Ave is very difficult to shop at. A ton of fine print on the ads, condescending management, poorly worded sales, and an app that rarely gets 100% of the offers correct when you check out. One thing I did get today was the once-a-month 10% military discount. I appreciate it, but it is basically lip service and NOT ADVERTISED. Probably gonna be doing more shopping at the Commissary, Sprouts (in Fort Collins), or King Soopers. Can't wait until Aldi comes to Cheyenne or Costco opens here. Sprouts is only 35 miles away.Update: had a 14% offer and it disappeared in my app... until I made a small purchase a month later, then I got my $1.25 savings! Thanks Albertsons!2nd Update (8-30-22)Went to buy a few things i had clicked in the App. Had a few $1.00 off offers. Wanted to get ground beef as it was $2.87/lb. So they didn't have any 3 pound packages of ground beef and the guy in the meat department just mashed a couple packages together and I got 4 pounds. At the self checkout I made the first purchase (after putting in my phone number) and NO DISCOUNT. Went to the lady that was at self checkout and she had a ton of excuses. 2nd item, NO DISCOUNT; 3rd item, NO DISCOUNT. Fourth item didn't ring up the correct price and NO DISCOUNT! She had the audacity to say i bought the wrong item. Out of 10 items, SEVEN had the wrong price or no app discount applied. So I went down the entire list line by line and had her take off the discounts... oh, the app wasn't working in the store either. She was definitely aware of that.CAN YOU PLEASE GET YOUR APP WORKING AND HIRE COMPETENT STAFF!This store is a laughing stock of grocery stores.Update: Stop the Kroger and Albertsons merger! Can't wait to see the fraud charges if it is allowed to happen and the massive layoffs. The GOLDEN PARACHUTES are in the 10s of millions of dollars. It will devastate smaller towns.Update (02/25/2024): Clipped coupons in the app. Went in to get the two free items and a couple other items. The free items were "sold out" (A front end manager said they get VERY LIMITED STOCK of these items). When I entered my phone number for the items I did purchase, NONE of the discounts were applied. The same manager applied store coupons for the items, but it made the shopping experience longer and annoying. What will happen when Kroger and Albertsons attempt to merge the two apps??? I see disaster. Plus higher prices and mass layoffs.

I've never given a negative review before. But I absolutely hate this place so much that I live less than 1/4 mile away and I'd rather go to the southside Safeway than here. Whoever the guy who is in charge nights is the rudest guy I've ever encountered. He acts like he knows me and I did something terrible to him. I hear the same thing from friends. But he's really extra rude to me and I can't figure out why

I was initially put off by the woman who supervises the self-checkout lanes. However, the other checkers were most friendly and helpful in assisting me in finding an obsolete item. A big thank you to the latter, and "boo" to the former!

Great place to pick up some groceries when you don't want to deal with so many people. Only issue I have is the long wait to check out. Seems only 1-2 registers are open along with 4 self checkouts. When school let's out along with work there is a line down 2 aisles for the self checkout.

I want to give a shout out for Johanna and Angie for their kindness and going the extra mile for my shopping experience at E Pershing Blvd Cheyenne Wyoming. I have been trying to fulfill a rain check issued for product that never came in for and. And subsequently haven't been able to get still. They have been so helpful and nice.

1st time visiting the Albertsons. Appeared very clean and had quite a selection of grocery items along with a decent variety of other items. The check-out person was polite and friendly. Found what I was looking for and browsed the rest of the store. They don't carry Peanut Butter Swirl Ice Cream in any brand. Not sure if this is a Wyoming thing or Cheyenne thing. Maybe it's a Midwest thing. But, I can't seem to find Peanut Butter Swirl Ice Cream anywhere. I just moved from N.Y., so maybe I just don't know where to look yet. But I'd give a Solid 5 star review if they started carrying Breyers or any other brand with that Flavor ice cream. Things are a bit pricier then Wal-Mart, but I hate Walmart with every fiber of my being. I feel dirty every time I'm somewhat forced to buy from them.

Never in my life has a crew member been this offensive and blatantly rude. I Needed help with the payment device and the employee walked Way from me and sat with her back to the self checkout. I waited while the other cashier finished with their customer before requesting help. He even gestured to her and she still sat with her back to me. Ive shopped at this location since 1984 and can say its appalling the lack of even low level decent customer service. I wasnt here to be buddies but I don't run the machines either and she def should have done her job.

The Starbucks inside this Albertsons has the friendliest staff and my drinks always made how I like it. Love them girls. Albertsons is a clean & nice store as well but things are still expensive but that's everywhere

Did a small bit of grocery shopping last night. The system would not accept my debit card and kept saying chip malfunction. One of the clerks in the self checkout was ringing up a customer who had a cart full in the self checkout. Another clerk came by and told me to keep trying to get the chip reader to work. One about the fourth try I decided I was done trying if their clerks could not be of more assistance. Then I left without the groceries after being humiliated when a nice man tried to pay for my groceries when I had plenty of money in my account their card readers just do not work. I went to King Soopers and used the same card to pay for groceries there.

I love the bakery at this place. when I was a little kid back in the 80s they used to have a paper club cookie card and if you took it to the bakery they would give you a free cookie. Albertsons cookie card club.

They are pricey but their produce is amazing. They don't have a very good selection of cold vinaigrettes...no one in this state does. I am not a fan of creamy dressings and won't buy the shelf stuff as there are too many preservatives in them.

The groceries are good but the way that they treat their employees is horrible. They severely underpay them for their jobs and all that they are required to do. They have their courtesy clerks outside picking weeds in 90 degree weather, with no gloves no protective gear or anything, and alone with no help.

Fix the parking spots for online shopping pick-up. More often than not, there are inconsiderate shoppers parked in these poorly marked spots. Maybe move these spots to the very west side of the parking lot, instead of "prime parking" spots right in front of the store.

I am still shopping here but don't know how long that will last. really tired of having to use their electronic coupons that never work. last week had to go back for $13 refund for overcharges, this week I'm going through the receipt and it looks like it's going to be the same sort of thing. this gets really old, it's bad enough to pay high prices. But then to get jerked around and cheated out of the sale prices Is unacceptable

Several years ago an employee named Erin chewed me out in an aisle regarding a personal, private matter that she knows nothing about. It was incredibly upsetting to me. She tried to be sneaky by wearing a different employee's name tag. I only wish I had gone to management then. She should be fired. Maybe one day she will be because I know she still works there. I hate going to this Albertson's location now.

This store used to be our favorite. However, the staff is always rude. Ask a question and you get ignored. The first at the checkout wouldn't even have a conversation with us. So much for the pride in being a neighborhood convince store. Just go to king soopers. They are friendlier and you will actually save some money.

OMG can you believe how expensive it's gotten!!! Will someone tell these MF billionaires that enough is enough. This is getting impossible to live all because them rich SOB's greed, can't tell me otherwise. Food costs is just out there beyond the ability for a family to survive! Otherwise, staff was fantastic and helpful and it ain't their fault for prices. They do a great job.

This Albertsons is going through some changes. At least one aisle has been added and inventory is being moved. Through it all though the staff is friendly and willing to help find items that have moved.The changes have been completed and with minimal disruption. Just read that Kroger is trying to merge with Albertsons. If it does, I hope the powers that be are wise enough to leave the stores alone. I'm always grateful for the money saved and the friendly staff. I'd hate to see that either under the Kroger flag.

They give false information on the phone for product stock. I called to check if they had Yucca. Dylan an employee of yours told me they had them. He claimed he checked with the produce manager.

Pretty good. We did the carry out service and it was ready very close to when we ordered which was awesome. The bad thing is we had alot of coupons that we applied and only one was actually taken off our order. That didn't make us happy.

The staff is awesome at Pershing Blvd,so helpful! In the Deli, Nick was so helpful,happy to be of service! After working all day,while co-worker was cleaning & rearrange deli, Nick was still able to be cheerful!😎

I really like the people here. I've never been disappointed. It's one of those places that I feel comfortable asking for help when I can't find something, knowing they'll stop what they're doing and walk me to the item.They have most of what you'll need most of the time. I judge a grocery store on its produce, and for Wyoming, they keep it fresh and have what I need even in winter.

Today was a typical experience but what I want you to know is what I experienced about a week ago... I spent less than what I saved. My first purchase I spent $81 and saved $51, my next trip I spent $18 and saved $8! That's right! I did a great job of comparison shopping as well as finding discounts and volume purchases that kept me within a limited budget of $580 a month which has to pay for rent, a storage unit, my cell phone and a small credit account. It's hard to make ends meet and still eat properly but thanks to Albertson's I am doing okay. Thank you so much for being my neighborhood grocery store!

I love this store, and won't shop anywhere else. Everyone is friendly (most days, but everyone has a bad day from time to time). The manager's will go out of the way to see that you are helped the best they can. The produce is a great selection (although not always in stock, because they are so busy). Customer service counter is the best. There is always someone there or close by (and the people at Starbucks will call them so they come up right away). It's just overall a great shopping experience. ❤

I think the most of cashiers are okay. It's hard to get help in the store, and if you see an employee they don't offer. The ladies in the bakery aren't very nice. I almost always have to wait in long lines. The one across town is better, employees are more friendly but I prefer king Soopers.

If you need an electric cart, do not shop here, go to the one on yellowstone.The old karen at the register told a disabled person she couldn't use it outside. She said shop elsewhere, so take her advice
