Sure this [place has really good deals, but what's up with the employees? Not even one employee even smiled in my direction. I thought it was "10 feet and greet"? And the lady at the customer service desk was extremely angry. She didn't even bother to switch her demeanor in front of, and towards, a customer. This place is really becoming one of my least favorite places. I think I'll just drive the extra five minutes. Hey, but shout out to the little greeters. At least they're nice.

The pickup and go department does a pretty good job. They are missing the mark by removing so many checking stands. Not everybody likes to self check. The food is still a great value for the money and everything is one in one place. Hard to beat.

I got a text that my grocery pick up was going to be delayed 30 minutes beforeI even got to the store for my pick up time. Then I waited and hour and was told it would be up to 2 hours delayed. I got charged $136 for groceries I didn’t get or pick up. I cancelled my order after the first hour delay as I had sat waiting. I don’t live in Casper. Then I got an email that I can expect my refund in 5 business days. What about the people that don’t have an extra $$$ in their account to wait for 5 days and need groceries now? They are just suppose to wait for 3 hours past their pick up time and you might get it to them? Worst customer service on the planet! Never again will I ever step foot in this store much less try pick up again. Third time I’ve had to wait for more than hour to get groceries. This time I was told I could cancel so I did. Now I get to wait for a refund. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn’t one available.

There is nothing you cannot find in this store. The world is before you. The staff are friendly and helpful. Need a tractor? Well maybe not, but everything else? Yup! You can bet they have it and it’s on sale!

Part of the requirements to work in the deli is an IQ of 10. Dimmest bulb in the box, dullest tool in the shed, etc are good examples of these specimens.

Usually I don't have an issue but whoever bagged my groceries on 11/5/2023 did an awful job. I had 5 times heavily dented. So they were either dented coming off the shelf or from the person bagging. The person who brought my groceries to me did an excellent job putting them in my vehicle so I know it's not from him.

Obviously walmart is a main part of alot of people's shopping including mine and its ok yes there is always problems but at the end of the day walmart has the necessities that alot of people need and sometimes for better prices now do I wish they had crazy deals like other stores have without needing a membership on their app, for sure but I will just admit walmart is okay most of the people working are great and are trying their best and that's good.

They are always out of everything. They rearrange the store every 5 minutes and treat you like a criminal. Westside walmart is 1000 times better. This place needs new management.

First time i had been to this Walmart and ive never had a problem with any other one befor this but when i checked my food the next day all of it was expired. This is unacceptable i shouldn't have to be checking the dates onmy food that i am buying that day and we are talking a month over the date.

I'm not sure who this employee is, but she was very rude, just stepping out in front of customers in the aisle, blocking their way, like her time was more valuable than theirs. I love Walmart, but I think a few of the employees could use a lesson in courtesy.

Store is well laid out like most Walmarts. Items were easy to find and the prices were as good as better than other stores. Not all brands for an item were available for selection. The Wall Mart Great Value brand was available for most items. The prod quality of Great Value items is good and the pricing is very good.The store was kept very clean.

Horrible, I mean I'm use to complaining about the only 2 checkers in the store but how about 0.. I spent 50 min shopping in a hurry only to find out there wasn't another option I was the checker... Disappointed in Walmart 4 real.

Typical walmart, everything you need. Nice, friendly staff, and clean. Plenty of parking but usually during back on weekend. Watch for traffic, it can get busy at times.

Whoever is in charge of Grocery Pickup needs to fix something. There is no reason why I should have to wait 30 minutes for my groceries when I check in through the app, call three times, and other cars pull up and are gone in 3-5 minutes. Highly disappointed.

Too many things that need corrected to name them all in this post.Please don’t use self checkout!!Please stand up for people in wheelchairs, scooters, with canes/walkers and an unsteady gait.Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.-Bathrooms-Entrances-Isle Spacing-etc.Do you Really need Federal Laws to tell you that what you are doing, supporting, and promoting is Discrimination?Not even the debit machine is accessible for a person in a wheelchair. Yes, the cashier might help but Americans want their FREEDOM!!!!
