I certainly would not recommend this place to get your oil changed. First of all I made an appointment a day in advance I got here on time and then they tell me they don't have that kind of oil that I need. 5 w40 is common. They could have told me they were a lot of oil before they made the appointment. So I asked him how much oil I should go buy at O'Reilly's and come back. And he said you're going to need 12 courts for your diesel engine. 😂 What an idiot! My truck it has a 6.4 Hemi gas engine and I know that it takes 7 quarts. There's no way in Hell I'll ever come back here for any kind of service. They don't even know the difference between gasoline and diesel fuel. 😂

Managers, please train your employees better. At this location on 1/21/24 at about 615pm, some lady had her -pet- Pomeranian in the store walking around the groceries. It was dressed in a green sweater, was licking the floor and running 10+ feet in front of the lady and going down aisles the lady wasn't going down and didn't turn down. Further more, the dog reacted aggressively to an actual SD in the store. While the dog was doing this, employees stood around and did nothing. The lady did not make any attempts to bring her dog into control and even had to drag the dog through self-check out. While she made the store unsafe for legitimate service dogs by bringing her untrained and reactive dog into the store, employees are just as guilty of making the store unsafe for others. I already had to stop going to the 2nd street location because the employee's service dog reacted to my service dog (but at least her handler removed her until we had walked by, and I just left out of the other door). I have also stopped bringing my mobility dog to this location because employees and management do not offer support to disabled customers by curbing when people bring pets in by confronting out of control dogs. Train better. Out of control dogs should be asked to be removed from the premise. Companies have the right to do so, and I sorely wish this location would do so.

Clean and well ran store. I would like to see them bring back being a safe place for people in RVs to park and rest while living on the road. I was also partial to 3am shopping trips when they had 24hr options. This particular store is the one on I prefer to ship at in Casper.

I shop here very often as it is close to house. Had an awful experience with 3 employees tonight. I was looking at the nail selection and went to pull one closer, so that I could get a better look. Didn’t rip or pull the nails off the shelf, but had walked way instead. One employee watched and followed me into the clothing selection. A few seconds later, all 3 employees came up to my friend and I and asked, “are you guys stealing? You can be honest.” Pretty embarrassing since they said it very loud and in front of people. We continued to explain the situation and even offered for them to go through our purses. They walked away laughing and continued to watch us until we left. It was just very rude and unprofessional in any circumstance. Do your jobs better!

They watch you self check out and still go through your basg to check it and want to check it at the door also. they need to stop self check out so people don't get treated like criminals when they shop.

The girl with the tattoos who unloads trucks is very unfriendly and doesn't greet drivers or wish them safe driving, she seems miserable and probably needs retraining.

I'd like to say I wish i could give 3.75 stars. This Wal-Mart is far less crowded and super clean. This is quite possibly the cleanest Wal-Mart I've been in for a long time. The shelves are well stocked and clean. I appreciated that the store was not crowded and I was able to get in and out with great esse. The self check out area was moving fast and I had a very pleasant shopping experience. The water machine is slow and sucks if your refilling 5 gallon water jugs. The garden section is sparse to say the least. The basket recovery crew was on top of things and cool to deal with.

This is simply the best place to get a phone. Elle Got me an amazing deal with t mobile. Although their system was down, she drove across town to make sure that I got a phone. I would recommend to anybody going here if you're looking for cell service.

I wouldn’t recommend going here to get a tire changed the extent of what they’ll do is only put a new tire on not take it off and put one on so you may as well do it yourself instead of bringing your vehicle there

I did the pickup from the website. It was ready when it said it was going to be, and they did very well with informing me of any substitutes. When I got there and checked in on the app, they were out within minutes and had it loaded.

Their tire service is the worst they take over 2 hours to fix a flat and I go in there with a leak on a valve stem and end up buying a whole new tire because somehow after they put air back in the fairly new tire it caused 3 bubbles on the sidewall

I ordered delivery, and the app sent two items out for shipping. When I called for customer service, I reached a call center in a foreign country. I had a difficult time trying to get the representative to change the shipping. I canceled and called the store locallyThe gentleman I spoke to was very helpful, and I was able to receive all of the items with the delivery that day.Overall a good experience.

Big new nice Walmart. We spent the night in our RV, far out in the parking lot like they said to do. We stay at Walmart a lot, and always ask, u just never know. Got lots of groceries, and some car stuff. Beer and wine is in a separate store next door. Was very hot, very windy. I can only imagine this place in the winter, eek.

Only three self checkout lanes available in the whole store at 7pm Thursday. Only one full service checkout lane open, but there was a line of customers. All the rest of the lanes were either closed or occupied. Had to walk to the opposite side of the store.

Walmart is just Walmart. They need to do a better job in their training of newer employees. They don't seem to be able to even help you to find a product in the store. Actually they seem unwilling to put any effort into helping you. It's a pitiful attitude to have and it reminds me why I don't like going there.

I go here because of the accessibility and hours of operation. West Side wal-mart Casper WY is probably one of the best in the nation, but I'd love to see this Mega Corp give back to the community with transparency.
