Great location! Everyone is always so helpful and friendly and I love seeing all the new things they get in seasonally. The reviewer who mentioned Nicole must be mistaken. She’s always kind, friendly and very helpful whenever I go into the store. Never rude and I regularly shop there. The other young lady that works there, Marie, is also very wonderful and is always upbeat! Thank you to these wonderful ladies for doing an amazing job!

And I quote Nichole on Dec 11th on the phone: "We are not a warehouse for you... no, your order will cancel if you do not pick it up today.". Ugh, lost water to my home and just requested an additional day to pickup my 2 items they already had in stock (online order that another Tractor Supply helped me order and told me that I could extend my pickup if I needed, Jennifer). Disgusting, awful, pitiful customer service when life was already in turmoil. Didn't really need the kick in the *&^% from Nichole, simply not ok. I worked retail for well over 10 years as a manager, no where would this type of awful customer service be tolerated. Won't shop here won't recommend anyone to shop here.

The salesman who walked past me twice, had to be called over the radio to actually help me. I guess a girl using a walker doesn't seem like a buying customer to him. I told him I wanted a riding lawn that came with attachments for snow plowing. He said lawn mowers can't plow snow. He pulled up the store website, I asked him what are these pictures ??? He told me I could not order those attachments thru their store and he had never seen that so he could not offer any more assistance. I always try to shop local, but he just made no attempt to order the mower for me. He told me I could go home and place my order on line. I will do that, just not from this store.

I have ALWAYS liked Tractor Supply. Now, a new lady is working there; and I thought the customer service was excellent before.....Marie (I think that was her name), is more than the definition of customer service! While taking care of me, she was making sure the other customers were finding what they needed too.Tractor Supply is way out of my way, but their employees make it worth it. Thank you

We go to Tractor supply for a lot of different things all year long but we go there every spring for a few trees. For less the 15 dollars each it is a real good price and the trees seem to be doing good so far. The employees are fantastic and always asking if they can help you find anything. Great place to go.

What you would expect from a tractor supply. Decent selection off small parts like pins, brushes, nuts,and other odds and ends. The employees are super cool and all were willing to help when needed. Store was clean and well lit. For me it's worth a call and if they have what I need definitely worth the cross town drive.

Had to take something back but didn't have my receipt but since I'm a rewards member they had the receipt in there computer! I was extremely grateful! They were really super nice especially the guy who helped me. Super cute too lol. Thank you! Great customer service!

Male manager was very hateful,started throwing merchandise around , makes me wonder if this place might close there door's if he treat's other's like this! I sure don't fill like shoping there anymore

They've always had what I needed, as in what I went there for. The employees are always very nice and polite and helpful. The prices are quite reasonable. All in all, I've had no experience to give them any less than 5 stars.

If you love feed stores that have everything you need... this is the place for you. They have everything from hard to find plants (I found a goose berry plant there) to antibiotics for your animals. Always check for the clearance items! The prices can't be beat! They have the best customer service. I love this place!

Good selection on hand but not a large enough store to carry everything. Friendly staff and best place price wise to refill all your propane tanks.Good clothing, pet and animal supplies(Taste of the Wild & Blue Buffalo), feeders, heaters, fencing, hydraulic parts, hoses, tractor parts, fuel tanks and pumps, filters, oil, bolts/nuts, tools, air compressors & parts, shovels & picks and more.

I went in there last week to get a 40 pound bag of dog food and I asked Rob for help since I’m pregnant and can’t lift heavy stuff and he made it as if just by me asking for help I was inconveniencing him and once he put the dog food on the cart he didn’t ask if I needed help out to my car or anything, I checked out and not once did anyone ask me if I needed help. (And I’m very noticeably pregnant) so I was left crying in the parking lot trying to figure out how to get the bag of dog food in my car while my husband was on the phone with me trying to calm me down. Then to make matters worse, my mom called and wanted to talk to the manager since that shouldn’t have happened and turns out Rob is a manager! But he basically put all the blame on his cashier. Also coincidentally I didn't receive an email for this shopping trip to leave feedback even though every other time I have shopped here I’ve gotten that email after. We won’t be giving tractor supply any more business from here on out.

Tried to buy a poly plastic water pipe locking coupler in 1 + 1/4". Had to buy 1 + 1/2" but your stock was so low I could not get adapter fittings in poly or steel. How can you sell stuff if you do not keep a decent amount of stock???? Why put stock on plus sell hangers in different aisles than the original stock when the plus sell size is not stocked in the original aisle ( metal clip pins) ???? Now I have to drive 4 miles each way to get the adapters I need from Menards!!!! Spending $4 more on gas!!**grrr!!!!

This is a great place for hardware, clothing, and animal supplies. Picked up a heated water bucket for our pups! Great price and a friendly staff to boot. They also have good prices on propane.

They were closing out a set of dewalt hand tools I wanted. Best price in town, better price than Amazon. The staff also helped me find the hardware I was looking for. It was a good shopping experience.

Two employees were standing and talking. Wondered around the store looking for the 3 items we wanted. Finally had to go to find one of them. By that time I could have driven to Murdocks and got want I wanted. This is the first time I have stopped there that the had what i needed.

Great store and very knowledgable staff. They are deffinently geard towards farm equipment though. I love going here because it is a quick trip but I struggle finding what I need for those weekend jobs.

Tractor Supply has a wide variety of things and is easy to run in and out. Their prices are competitive with similar stores and they sometimes have great clearance sales, but are sometimes out of things.
