Smiths usually has some of the better prices in town. It is also user friendly in its layout. The staff is also very helpful if you need some guidance.

I really enjoy shopping at this store. The prices are mostly fair, the employees are always friendly and the hours are great. The only thing that I think should be fixed is keeping the store's holiday hours updated online. I tried to go there today, on Christmas, to buy milk, because it states online they're open until 4pm. The sign on the door says CLOSED. Approximately 12 others arrived while I was there and were a little agitated for the same reason.

Smiths is a great grocer. I'll drive past all the other guys to shop there. Multiple people recognize me and everyone is always available to help. Their shelves are laid out in a common sense fashion and shopping is straight forward. They still try to make you a customer and I appreciate that.3/30/24Normally I'm a fan of Smith's but today not so much. I was portioned out my ground beef and found a discrepancy. They seem to have lost about 6oz of my meat after weighing it.

Was a great place to shop until they introduced their garbage app. Not only does it never work, it leaves ya waiting in line like a fool playing on your phone on their poorly developed app as their employees stand around and talk about the weather. I use to shop here over Walmart because the hassle free and good deals, even grew up shopping here . Now I believe I’ll be going to Ridley’s. Y’all failed miserably with this app, fix or or drop it or lose more customers. Your main customer base is older folks n you really expect them to run an app?!?! Pull your heads out.

In town for work for the last month and have been coming to this store for groceries three times per week. They never have had more than one checkout lane open in an attempt to force people into the self-checkouts, which don't scan well and are very sensitive to anything shifting in the bagging area. They have two or three people working the self-checkouts to "help people". This is a huge aggravation. Just put these folks on a register and let people go through the self checkout if they want. Dear Management, I will gladly pay more to shop elsewhere if you can't resolve this. *** Updated 6/6/22 with photo of typical line for the one open checkout.

I save lots of money shopping at smith's. They constantly have coupons, and I take advantage of their fuel rewards. Staff if friendly and store is super clean.

Traveling through and was happy to find a Kroger Family store with vegan items available. They didn't have a ton - notably no vegan deli slices or cheeze - but they had a lot more than other stores I've tried on my roadtrip. Overall clean and well stocked store.

I tried to order flowers this morning to be delivered today and they ran my card for $35 to be delivered via instacart. After my money was run, there was some "error" and now no one will talk to me to sort it out. I need these flowers delivered today i have tried chatting with you on your live chat service but your represebtative Mariah ended the chat before I could even type anything. I sent an email but there wont be a reply for days. You took money out of my account I meed these flowers delivered today. Get your website together its bad business.

Came here to get a few groceries. Showed up and immediately when you walk in you are smacked with the smell of sushi and raw fish. Then is you linger inside for a little longer you start to smell rotten meat and literal sewage. It got so bad I got dizzy and felt like I was going to throw up. Don't come here unless you really want to open up your nostrils and smell some unpleasant smells

This is the only pharmacy that carries my medication. They always call my doctor if I am out of refills. The pharmacists are helpful and respectful. It's August 2023 and I go to Geneva Woods in Casper now because they deliver! I love them. Their drivers will get your script and drive across town on short notice.
