I needed a new water filter for my Aquarium. I found one on sale online for a great price. I wonder if the local store had the same price on the filter I wanted . When I called the local store they told me they would honor the online price, they did. That saved me a lot of money! The employees were friendly and helpful.

The pet groomer couldn't get our sweet girl trimmed stating that she wouldn't come out of the kennel but we offered to go with her and was told that's against the rules. But they have groomed her before so not sure what the issue was.

Petco has more healthful options for foods, but we like the deals Petsmart has on items. We were able to score a $360 triple-level mega habitat for $150! We could NOT find any price close to that anywhere online.Staff were nice and everything was easy to find.We have been wanting to come see what their clearance foods look like as Petco got rid of their clearance sections. Will have to update!

We went in to see the little animals and they only had bearded dragons and fish. Maybe next time we get a chance to go in there will be more to see.

I couldn't give this place less than 5 stars, they are so friendly and attentive. My dog takes her bath every month at the esthetician and Alissa is great. we buy her favorite food there

This place gave me a half dead fish I tried to save it but didn’t have any luck from what you can see, but their fish section had a lot of dead fish or almost dead, petsmart I believe is the one pet stores that should not be allowed to sell fish because all those fish are so badly taken care of, you employees are disgusting people.

I really like going to Petco to get all of our critters foodstuffs along with anything else that manages to catch my eye, regardless of whether it was actually needed /necessary, but always seem to end up buying anyways. My favorite thing about Petco is say though has to be their price matching and also the clearance racks! The app is a huge help too whenvere you need to check or compare prices, get reminders for shopping list items you use daily/monthly, and even when its time to re-up on them, and even set things up to auto send n charge you, plus so very much more.

I'm really impressed with this place. I got way better help here than I did at Petco and Walmart. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Our daughters love their new fish!

I don't remember his name but the guy at the cash register had a great personality. Kept telling me that he thought he knew me even though we were from a different state. Turns out he thought that I looked like Robert Downey Jr so just had a familiar face. Hehe

literally spent 80$ for them just to wash and brush her with a little trim. i told them she needed a full haircut with how hot it’s getting and how long her hair is. they said if she did good enough they could do it. they told me she did great but still didn’t do the full cut. waste of money

We had a baby kitten fall into our window well and we were at a complete loss on what to do. I called kind of in a panic and Ethan told me what to do and very calmly helped me. We then came in to the store and he helped us learn how to feed this baby kitten and take care of it. We were treated incredibly well by every employee and it was a 5/5 experience.

When called, the girl on the other end hung up on my ex girlfriend when we tried to talk to her about our opossum’s mental health as we went through the break up. Horrible service, hung up, rude. If zero stars were an option, I would do that.

WOULD NOT SELL FISH - Went in to purchase feeder goldfish (actually great for tomatoes and other nitrate loving plants) and something to eat algae in my indoor aquaponics system. I would have preferred plecos as these historically have done well in non-heated tanks for me. The lady on shift actually refused to sell or even recommend an alternative (later found the snails they had in stock would have also done well) because I admitted not heating the tanks!! What is PetSmart in business for if they won't sell the fish?

Just walked in to get a nail trim for my dog. You know cause the door says grooming hours Monday- Sat tell 6PM. Grooming area all lights on steamer still running, stood there for 10min tell I asked front desk. And then was told they left for the day.. 2hrs early? This is the second occurrence of this here so don’t expect groomers to be there.

I've always felt pet items were a little over priced l, so price is what it is. But honestly its the staff. They were literally so kind. Not the customer care voice but the "help me get the best for my pet" kind. First the gentleman told me about the best brand 9f food for my puppy breed, age and size, didnt upsell just gave me honest feedback, then the cashier, kind, personal it was amazing.
