Update: Kara from Petco (grooming manager) reached out to me this morning, apologized and offered a free grooming for my dog from her. She is the one who normally takes care of him and has always done amazing. (The last person to groom him had never done my dog before so she had no idea what to do with him.) She got him in first thing this morning and did a fantastic job with him! His nails are trimmed, his coat is perfect length and he smells fresh and clean!! Thank you for the amazing experience!Cut my dogs hair too short, shaved his tummy BALD! took the feathering from his tail, didn’t trim nails, no teeth brushing and he smelt like he hadn’t been washed! Poor pup couldn’t stop biting at his stomach for 2 days!

If I could give them zero stars completely unorganized. I drove an hour for my dogs appointment only to be told they couldn’t cut my dogs hair because even though less than a month ago I provided proof for my dogs shots they have the appointment on record where they cut his hair she remembers I brought it, but they didn’t take a copy or put it into the computer. She had the nerve to say well you can go get it. No lady I’m not making another 2 hour round trip.

Avoid going to a chain place for grooming instead of going to a local groomer. I suggest Happy Paws they have the best price and are amazing.
