Love this store and so do my pets! They always have a great selection of clearanced items, although sometimes half the items prices seem like they haven't changed honestly, but the other half are usually a pretty nice find. It's always random stuff that's been clearanced too. You can find a little bit of everything, it seems, usually there's something from all departments thrown in, whether it be for cats, fish, dogs, birds, reptiles, ect. you name it. The food prices aren't that different from the big name stores either and the heat part is ...they freaking PRICE MATCH and I'm telling you it's so worth it to look it up online cuz sometimes the prices are almost half in comparison and you can save a whole lotta money this way! Trust me, give it a shot, you'll have zero regrets!

The lady in the fish department was rude to the point of making my daughter cry. She dropped the angel fish my daughter wanted on the ground and acted like it wasn't a big deal and said she gets a 30 day warranty on them so she can get her money back. I tried to talk to her and explain why my daughter was upset and she was rude to me, then just walked off while I was still talking to her.The second gentleman that helped heard the way the first lady talked to me and my daughter and said he'd be speaking to the manager about her. He was helpful and nice to us though.

So I live out of town and it’s not every day that I’m able to make the Casper to get food for my two loving bearded dragons. However, after stopping in at Petco there in Casper today, I bought two packages of . Now I’m familiar with the code, and sometimes crickets can be in “ Comas” But both packages every cricket was dead. And after contacting Customer Support, they were just rude and not accepting responsibility. Very disappointed. I wish I could leave the pictures!

Was told I could bring g back toys for replacement within 30 days. I knew it was too good to be true, so I did it and happened to get the manager which said that is not the case. She did give me a replacement but the misinformation wasn't helpful.

Ruby has been a little depressed lately with moving and not seeing her big sister in a couple of weeks. I wanted to take her out to have some fun, so we went to a few places including Petco! We picked up a new hoodie, Halloween costume, big spider squeaky toy, and doggy cookie! One of the staff members helped me figure out the size by asking her weight and comparing to her furbaby. The costume and hoodie fit just right and she's enjoying her spider toy. Thank you so much for having a well stocked store, friendly staff members, and nice looking store.

Great selection, rolling sales, knowledgeable staff. Petco stands behind their products. Offering great return policies and guarantees. I've had good experiences with the grooming department, live pet department and pet food department. I certainly favor PetCo over the "other" large pet store in town.

The staff said they don't get the animals out to hold them periodically. We purchased a guinea pig. They didn't even give us his date of birth. He is a wonderful guinea pig and the store was clean just wish they treated their animals special.

It's probably the best spot in town to get fish, decent selection, freshwater, and saltwater, including some corals. Sometimes, it has cats to adopt. Prices are pretty high, though. Highly recommend their new vital care program as it can save a fair amount of money. They also do dog training and a dog "salon"

My mom and I came to Petco to buy a goldfish for my son and the guy who helped us was extremely unfriendly and tried very hard to convince us not to get a goldfish and when we continued to want one he was strait up nasty about it. A few weeks later, my sister came in to get a rat and the same guy was again, extremely unfriendly and acted as though he couldn’t be bothered to let her look at the rats. She had to push to be able even to look at them to pick one out. I don’t know his name but he had dark hair and wore gages in his ears. We’ve gone to this Petco for several years now but he makes all of us not want to go back when it’s such an unpleasant experience to almost have to fight to buy what we came in for.
