Wow, I’m more than impressed! Tim & his crew at Living Water Plumbing were great! I had a lot of questions on switching to a tankless water system and Tim not only had answers, he explained exactly how the system would work - he had more answers than I had questions! Their work was very well done, they didn’t leave a mess afterwards, they replaced the old soft water tank and remove it, they arrived on time and were quite personable. We will definitely call them for our future plumbing needs

100% Recommend!I am a very hard person to impress, and let me say - this company has gone above and beyond to help my husband and I.I had originally called CK Mechanical to come help us trouble shoot and repair our Morton's Water Softener. (There's a whole review section on that company, but please save yourself the wasted time).After researching several other companies, and a few no call no shows, I found Living Water Plumbing. Tim, the owner of Living Water, answered my call right away. Offered to have his Water Softener Specialist Bill, come over and take a look, and that he did. Bill spent a solid hour looking at and explaining my water softener to me. He listened to everything I had tried and replaced myself. I come from a very "non throw away world", and Bill understood this. He said he would work on our softner and gave me all the information needed to repair (but was very honest, and warned that even with the repairs and new parts, he wasn't sure if the problem would be resolved). After some consideration and reality of service call fees and parts and time, and not knowing exactly if all the efforts would correct our issue, we asked Bill if he could install a new softner. (Mind you, he had not charged us a dime to come out the first time, spent over an hour in our home, and was now speaking with me after hours). They had a model in stock that would work perfectly for us, so a day and half later, Bill showed up for the install. Tim had another employee, Nick, come out to help haul our old softner up a flight of stairs, into the garage and straight into their van. 2 hours is all he was here - and could have been in and out much more quickly, had I not sat and chatted with him so much.The customer service level of this company alone, is worth every headache I went through and then some, to find a competent, friendly, customer focused company. You just don't find that very often anymore.Highly recommend calling Living Water Plumbing for Water Softeners, Water Filtration, Hot Water Tanks - anything plumbing related. Called to make an appointment for small repair. It shows they open at 7:00 am so I called. Phone was answered very unprofessionally and sounded like they were sleeping. I had to ask if I was on the phone with living water plumbing but I made a mistake with the name of the company. They responded in an extremely rude way when correcting me on their business name. Would not recommend at all based on how they handled a simple phone call. Very rude.

Highly recommend! I have had Tim and/or his team come out on 3 separate occasions to repair a leak/replace a tub faucet, replace a garbage disposal, and remove a dishwasher/repair valve under kitchen sink. Nothing but good things to say about living water. I recently received horrible service from CK mechanical in Casper. After many recommendations for living water I called Tim and he had Bill out to me in a very timely fashion to help me resolve a water softener issue while Bill was there he discovered a number of problems that CK had overlooked including failing water equipment. He was able to reset my system and do the correct settings that CK had failed to do and got the failed equipment replaced. After the amazing customer service with my water system I requested them to install a gas line for a new forced air system in my home and within one day they had it installed. This is by far the best contractor for all your plumbing and water needs in Casper and look forward to working with them in the future

I was experiencing a lower water pressure in my house for quit sometime causing my sprinkler system not work adequately to insure good watering. I have hired several different local lawn service companies in Casper to resolve this issue. One Lawn service company recommended to add another zone explaining that with new constructions near by my home must of lost water pressure. another wanted to change newer more effective sprinkler heads for over $500 in price .Tim from Living Water Plumbing was able to resolve water pressure shortage in my home in about 5 min by adjusting water pressure setting. I recommend this company for all your plumbing needs. They are reliable, attentive , responsive and do high quality work. Furthermore they are patient to answer any questions in kind manner .

We called Tim as we had used him before to fix some serious sewer and plumbing needs a few years prior. It was great to have him back and use his expertise to fix the valve to our main water tank. He showed up on time and so did the City of Casper and things were fixed in a timely manner.Then a couple days later our water heater began leaking.... so who did we call... Living Water Plumbing!!! Yes, we had them at our house twice in one week!Hunter and Bill were great to work with! They showed up on time and answered all questions and even educated us on some things about water heaters. Sorry for such a long post, but I had to share how amazing this plumber was today.Last night our water heater stopped working. I spent the morning calling plumber after plumber and was being told nobody could come look at it today.However, there was one plumber that even though he couldn't make it out he tried to help me over the phone. We were pretty sure a part of our tankless water heater was leaking. He asked if I could take a picture of where it was leaking and send it to him and if I could possibly send him the information needed so he could see if we still have a warranty on it. We didn't know if we had one or not as we had just bought our house a few months back. He called them while I called my husband to figure out where the leaking was coming from since he was the one that was dealing with all this last night. Awhile later the plumber and I are talking on the phone again and we we find out there is a warranty. That's great because we are sure the part that needs replaced is expensive.During our phone conversation and from another picture I sent, we discovered that the water heater was not installed properly. Just great. He was busy to actually come look at it today but gave me some advice on what the next steps were and told me if he by chance finished his work early, he would give me a call and come look at it later. I didn't think he would be out today and that was fine. I was wrong. He called me and came out. Turns out our water heater was ok. Because it didn't have the proper draining system for the condensation, it was dripping down and the water was hitting the motherboard. He made sure to put in the things that needed to be there and told us he's pretty sure we caught the issue just in time. He also did not let my husband pay him for his time.That plumber is Tim Kelbert with Living Water Plumbing. If you ever need a plumber, I highly recommend him. Not only did he help me while he was doing other jobs. He took the time to get answers and at times I had a 3 year old in the background crying and had to tend to her while on the phone with him. He never once sounded irrated or made me feel rushed. He called me back when he said he would. He even stuck to his word and when he finished his work, he came to my house. Tim not only gave me his time over the phone but he corrected a previous plumbers mistake and he did it all for free.So thank you, Tim. You are truly an amazing person. This company and the people who work here are rare jewels these days. I am very impressed with Living Water Plumbing who installed a hot water heater in my home. My initial call was answered by a gentleman who was informative as well as compassionate. The repair was scheduled promptly and followed through with skillful professionalism. Called first thing in the morning on a Monday, and talked to Tim. He was amazing to talk to, nice and super friendly. His crew came out that afternoon and replaced a water heater that has been replaced twice in less than seven years. They brought in a better model, with a lifetime warranty. Replaced some copper pipes that had a leak. Made some suggestions on what could be causing us to replaced out water heater so much, made a recommendation on who to call. I called the other company, they will be out in the next day. Within 3 hours, they were able to diagnose our issues, get the new water heater in, and new pipes in.Over all fantastic service, super friendly crew. I purchased a home that was built in 1958. Every time I did an update on this house, I discovered a plumbing problem. The first time I tried to do a load of wash, water went everywhere. Called Tim at noon and he was able to bring a new hot water unit and install it by 6 the same day. We built a new home and worked with Tim Kelbert on choosing our faucets. He took so much time helping us navigate through all of the options and recommended some excellent brands and options. He also upgraded our master bath toilet.We had one issue after we moved in with a water pump. It was a manufacturer issue. I called Tim in a panic and he was at the house within 15 min and had a new pump installed in less than an hour. I just had another small leak in the mechanical room and called Tim. He was at my house within 15 min (again!) and had it fixed before the day was out. EXCELLENT Customer service!
