We are not from Casper so I looked at Google to find a pet groomer and this place, with Felicia cutting, came with great reviews. We took our Havanese lady, Katie, to get groomed and Felicia was wonderful. She loved our baby and did a fabulous job on her. Washing, cutting, trimming, ears, eyes, behind…all the necessary places. Katie looks adorable. And a lot less expensive than our place in Idaho. (Oh, call for directions first. They've changed locations).

The ladies at creature comforts went out of their way accommodate my cat and dog when I had to board them last minute. The kennels are large and clean and there are 2 large fenced in side yards. They know animal behavior and how to ease the transition between home and boarding. They made time to give me candid and detailed descriptions about how my animals were doing every time I called. They gave my cat and dog lots of love and attention. I am so appreciative of the care provided. It's a wonderful place to board and groom your pets.

Our beagle with severe anxitey has been going to Felicia since he was 3 months old. In 8 years we have never had any issues and Blue adores Felicia. She did his obedience training and he goes to her monthly for his bath. As soon as we turn in the parking lot, he is at the door, tail wagging and ready to head into the building. She truly cares about animals and we wouldn't take him anywhere else!

We have been taking our goldendoodle, Wilson, to Creature Comforts for the last few years. The staff and owner are always very friendly and do a great job grooming him. If it's any indication, when we pull up to the building, Wilson anxiously wines to be let out of the car, runs to the door, barks and wags his tail! Definitely recommended.

Felicia is the only person in this whole world than can handle my Toy Poodle. She loves Felicia and is happy and well groomed when I pick her up. Felicia is also the only Master Groomer in this State. Her work shows it too.

Extreme rough with the animals. Along with horrible customer service. The person who schedule our appointment told us the wrong drop off time, the person who was at the front desk then screamed at us for dropping off our dog late. I have never been treated for poorly before, and my extremely sweet dog was terrified to even go into their building. If you care about your animals you won't take them here.

My 2 dogs love this place!!! The only place in town that knows how to groom a bichon. I love love Felicia and won't go anywhere else !!!!!
