To be fair, compared to other TAs their showers are cleaner. Clean tv room and laundry area but it does smell like sewage in there. LolOther than that good enough for me!PS don’t use CSCpay laundry app, it steals money. Check the reviews on app store. I hope they get rid of CSC works.

We were either lucky this day or this Country Pride really has it together. Experienced the freshest and most delicious TA Country Pride meals close to ever. Brought us back to the olden days when the diners were awesome. This one sure is. I hope its the same for yall if you stop to eat.

First, has anyone noticed the price of a meal has gone up exponentially?Second, has anyone noticed it's increasingly difficult to find a fast food joint with staff that even cares about the customer?Now all that aside, this place can't get staff to keep the food stores open. If they are short staffed, why isn't the schedule set to cater to the highest traffic hours for drivers? Today, the fast food ( Taco Bell and Burger King ) closed at 2pm.The restaurant closed at 8pm. Why would a restaurant in a truck stop be closed at the optimal time for truck drivers to show up?Locals don't spend thousands every day in the truck stop. Locals don't keep the truck stop open. Locals buy the standard fare. Coffee, sandwiches, a tank of gas, not 800 dollars in fuel and 80 dollars in DEF.Drivers, if you have a choice, go to the Sapp Brothers a few miles west.

So don't shower here professional drivers. The showers aren't clean. There is no on-site manager so employees kinda do what they want or argue like children. I even spoke to a manager named Katie by phone about my issues. I was told my credit would be refunded that never happen. Its too bad it was recently remodeled for a while it was pretty good.....not so anymore. I had to clean the shower myself after being offered 3 other dirty I showers i just said whatever and used one I cleaned. Kinda sad that most TAs are now $18.00 USD for a shower. Its OKAY! you get the privilege of cleaning them YOURSELF!P.SSorry the shower floor pic is bit blurry I was a bit upset when taking those photos.

Lady training new employees was short tempered with customers even as they showed her the price was wrong. Then, when I paid, she only partially gave me my change, then looked at me and asked if I really needed the rest. Which I said yes it is sill mine. She scoffed and then gave me the rest. Employee was very rude and not setting good examples for the new hire.

Wyoming is generally not really a customer friendly place from my experience but staff from that TA went well beyond my most negative expectations. Rude, unprofessional, customer unfriendly and simply not competent in just fueling trucks, it’s not rocket science, took them 20 minutes to get my fuel pump starting to work. Absolutely nothing positive here. Avoid if possible

It was great. The shop was nice, well the ladies were. My mech was good. Fixed the problem. So... Yea. Parking more setup for reserved parking. Couple food spots. Inside staff very friendly. Work out gym, transflo desk?? Movie room. So many plus factors.

If you plan to fill your own coffee cup, don't bother.The refills are $1.99 each. You can just get one of their cups for the same price. Get your coffee somewhere in Cheyenne where you'll save some money.

Very clean, Burger King was good. shower was clean and the lady cleaning them was very nice. I could get two truckers to pee on me and get more pressure and soap off of me than that shower did. Very disappointed I wasted a shower credit.

Paid for a shower & got to the shower and the door was open. No clean towels, pee on the toilet seat. Nobody in the back to talk to. The girl up front on her phone, sittung on a stool didn't want to help me! She said pay for another shower at the kiosk!

Great stop been going there on our trips thur for over 10+ yrs and always stop. Bathrooms are always nice and clean fuel price is still great even with the new stations down the interstate 5 miles or so. This one is easy to get In and out of easier than the others.

Took 20 minutes to pump 25 gallons of fuel and pump didn't shut off when done spilling fuel on the ground before I could shut it off. Not where it should be for a modern station

Complete disappointment if you chose to stop here, starting from fuel desk, staff is so incompetent that can’t even properly accept EFS check, absolutely ridiculous behavior from employees. Also Taco Bell was 10$ for 2 tacos🤯

The waitresses at the restaurant are very nice, the the overall truck stop restrooms deserve a -5. Dirtiest bathrooms I have ever seen at any truck stop.

Burns COUNTRY Pride server Pricilla. Best service ever! Very prompt, attentive, timely refills. Goes out of her way to make you feel special and offers help to other waitresses. Fair amount of breakfast guests yet speedy food delivery. Thank you!

If you want to tear up your air farings, front bumper or/and screw up your alignment definitely go here. Highway trucks should avoid this TA as it obviously was recently bombed to prevent trucks from parking there. The craters are everywhere from the paved areas to the gravel. Trucks park wherever they please with no thought to how the trucks coming in and out will successfully do so! Logging, W-900 (etc.) trucks, you have no worries unless you actually want food when you shut down. What happened to the 24hrs that a lit sign on the road for Taco Bell makes you believe it's open-nope! Not late night! Last time I checked truck stops were aware they are a truck stop-to provide food for drivers past the normal 9-5 day job! Typical TA inside with normal stock. Bathrooms were alright. However did take a shower a few months ago and they were really nice with awesome pressure. That's what the second star is for. But the showers are not worth tearing your truck up. Try Sapp Bros westward a few miles down the road. Much better and a level, concrete parking area.

Good food and polite staff.Had 5 or 6 flat repairs done. The tire mechanic was extremely slow beyond imagination. Arrived at 830 am and they finally finished at 630 pm. Better off running 7 miles west to Sapp Bros.

Would not recommend for anything except parking. Part of their lot is pretty rough, but other parts are freshly paved. My big problem with this facility is that their prices are ridiculous. At the Taco Bell, the number two costs $13.99. That is double what it is at normal places. It's more expensive than New York or California, and this is Boondocks, Wyoming.

Stopped here and got gas, Tacobell, and Burger King. Burger King worker Kylie is a rock star!!! She was only working with one other person and there was a room FULL of people. It was packed the whole time we were in there and she was so sweet and attentive towards everyone & got the food out as fast as humanly possible. Tacobell worker was also so nice! Don’t know his name but he had long blonde hair. Will definitely stop here in the future (:

This TA is a comfortable one with newer shower, exercise room, plenty of fast food choices. However when it comes to laundry I advise against doing laundry here.The laundry room has the laundry application CSC displayed all over the place but it does not work. It has been about a year since we last stopped to do laundry and I thought the issues would be resolved. To make matters worse we loaded the machines with our laundry, and soap. Now the CSC application won’t work. Additionally the fuel desk absolutely will not surrender one quarter to help us. The same with all of the restaurants as well as the repair shop that is currently fixing our truck. No quarter machine either.We will not be back because it appears this TA has no intention to resolve this small issue. We simply do not have the time for this especially when other stops are willing to accommodate our needs…

Paid for wifi and I’m right beside the store and it doesn’t work 😡. Very big place, with lots of showers that I’m about to use 😊. Bathroom was not clean. Very smelly. Very very good service, and kind helpful staff.

After dealing with rude employees up the road at another truck stop, we came here. I was so pleased. 2 fast food options plus a Country Pride restaurant. They were short staffed due to weather, but still managed to be efficient and friendly. The ladies bathroom was very clean. There are games and massage chairs available, as well as a movie room with recliners, a computer area, and a workout room. We were able to get a parking spot right behind the building. If your heading west, stop here! So much better than the next stop up the road.

Went in to get Burger King for my kid. Asked for 2 plain burgers and a small fry. Total was $17.89! I thought is was a mistake. Nope! Even the person behind me left after hearing my total. I said sorry, no and left. The gal was super nice though!!!
