Closed at 7:30 pm when Their hours say open until 9 pm. I guess they close whenever they feel like it. I'm not mad, just disappointed.

The staff tonight were extremely nice and professional. Chicken sandwich was fresh out of the fryer and oreo shake was delicious! Very impressed! TA and Burger King should make sure they keep these two employed!

We stopped in here at this Burger King👑, located in the TA Travel Plaza. While we were ordering, it seems one of the workers was distressed. At first, Lauren, that works here, asked my boyfriend if he would step inside the men's bathroom, just to see if he'd went in there, so, he did. Next, she took our order, as a front line cashier, very professional with a smile. After her line of customers were cleared, she even went back to the break room, to talk to him again! And was back to hand us our order! What great customer service, and an awesome team player she is! We will come back here!

Excellent service! I ordered an impossible whopper plain with cheese and it came out hot and fresh along with the 3 cheeseburgers my husband ordered. All the toppings were on the burgers, rather than sloppy and falling off. The fries were also fresh, however they tasted strongly of oil. Prices are pretty high, but you're in the middle of nowhere so what can you expect? Good milkshakes!

Okay I know truck stops restaurant s are usually higher than normal places but 16 dollars for a whopper and fries now that's the true definition of highway robbery just because us truckers come in off highway 80 hungry and the burger was cold if I wanted a cold sandwich I have ham in my truck refrigerator but that's the thanks we get for keeping American moving meanwhile every place we stop we pay triple the price it's convenient lol what a joke

This was your typical Burger King food. The staff were wearing their masks properly which is saying something in this low mask, low covid-19 vaccination rate state. Service was quick. Bathrooms and building clean.This is located in the TA truck stop. They don't serve coffee. You have to go to the truck stop in the same building to get coffee. The coffee isn't too bad. And there is real cream.

Poor service from staff chicken sandwich was hollow. 2 min past time for breakfast refused to let us order breakfast then we seen them throwing breakfast food away *after employees took what they wanted* in talking to manager we learned the only staff member working was the GMs daughter...go figure. Manager did make it right and also heard him letting the young lady know that it was noticed she was the only one doing her job! Which good for him we cant hust complain about bad things but must acknowledge the ones doing good as well!

Burger and hot dog were junk , dude was nice but obviously doesn't give a rats ass about what he's doing. My 6 year old could have made a better hot dog , it looked like a shriveled up Penis on a wet bun and my butter burger was crap with 8 pieces of un melted American cheese. I promised myself I wouldn't eat at burger King but I went against my better judgment!! Get it together !!

9:30 am - 3 employees let me stand at the counter and basically ignored me for 5 minutes while they discussed daily duties. A tall woman with glasses yelled "He'll be right with you ", but he wasn't. I left, very frustrated. Travelers need fast, friendly service; this place had neither.

About the same as any other BK. My burger tasted like it was warmed over, so it wasn't as good as I expected. I didn't get anything else so I can't comment on more food. Service was good.

Order done in under 5 min. Food was on par and tasted like any other bk. They even nuked it to melt the cheese. If you dont have the patience to wait a few for food my suggestion would be to pack a lunch or grab a hotdog. Try waiting 17 hrs just to get a truck loaded

Asked for a bacon cheese burger got no bacon. Ask for medium they give me a small. Happens to many times here. Only saving grace is I like their fries.

While standing in line I noticed the guy making the food had no mask on or gloves on? Then somebody from the taco bell side threw something at girl working over at burger King. I left!

Fries were barley warmed and were aweful. My spicy chicken sandwich had been sitting for who knows how long and they got my buddies ordrr wrong.

Would be nice if the workers wouldn’t sit on the counter. They definitely lost my money and respect. Will be lucky if I ever try it again. Very distasteful

This was a surprisingly clean facility. Clean counters, condiment station, tables.. all nicely clean. Food was pretty good, too.
