I have been a customer of the Prescription shop for nearly 5 years, ever since I moved to Buffalo. For the last several years I have been on a monthly Migraine injection that is quite expensive. To help cover the cost I have a coupon from the drug company that pays the difference in the co-pay so that my cost is only $5.I just found out that I could get one of my other prescriptions through the Cigna online pharmacy mailed to me in a 90 day supply. I decided to try it for convenience sake. But I only signed up for mail scripts for one of my scrips because I didn't think I could use the company coupon on the Cigna website.I call in the refill for my shot at the Prescription shop, I'm told it's ready and go down to pick it up along with my husbands scripts.I get there and am told that I filled my scripts through the mail order pharmacy. I clarify that I only filled one of them that way and still need my shot. Then I'm told that the pharmacy takes a loss of $20 every time they fill that script because the insurance company shorts them.(how is this my problem, and i've never heard a word in over 2 years of getting this med) I'm toldI either need to fill all my scripts through prescription shop or none of them... I was not allowed to fill this months script, I was not asked to reconsider. I was not offered an alternative.I was given an ultimatum - for my medication...So guess what? I will be taking not only my scripts but my husbands 5 monthly scripts somewhere else from now on. This is not how customer service is supposed to work.

This is not the friendly hometown pharmacy it used to be. The clerks are rude and may or may not help. Pharmacist look down on you..just toss medication on counter. Never a thank you or how ya feeling. Cornerstone looking better.

Great pharmacy! The pharmacist are all very helpful and knowledgeable. And not only a pharmacy also great gift store. They have alittle of everything. Greeting cards, Kodak kiosk for pictures. Over the counter things. Buffalo and Wyoming souvenirs. Very friendly and helpful staff. One of my favorite stores in Buffalo. Definitely worth going in even if you don't need medications. You will love the gift department. My Iowa family loves to go in just to see everything in the store. Great ladies working at the front counter.

We arrived from IL at 4pm and had our son over at Urgent Care by 4:40. Before.paperwork was finished the Dr called over a RX as they close at 5. My husband ran across the street for the RX and was back before the Dr was finished w my son. Excellent care from both!

Tried to return a faulty Serengeti cup which I purchased for a gift and the cashier was very rude and refused. This is a little town and would think they would want return customers. But I guess not. Oh well that's why people go to other towns to purchase.

We were voiding Buffalo area and my daughter got sick. Pharmacist saw me looking lost at what to give her and he asked what was going on with her. Told him and found out she caught the local bug. He gave me what she needed and helped make the rest of our trip a success.
