Teach your damn employees to deposit cash to chime and cashapp. If your location pops up saying you do it don't have the one employee there make 2 people in a row feel incredibly awkward and stupid and hold up everyone in line because she acts like we're speaking Greek. When we finally got her to figure it out it was easy but come on. She was the only one there with nobody to teach her and she didn't seem new either, she knew all the locals checking out.

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because there is a little old lady who works here and is the absolute sweetest and she genuinely cares about how the store looks and is always trying to improve it. She works very hard and I believe the only reason this store is open is because of her.

The stores is a mess! Some shelves overstocked, some empty. Stuff laying everywhere. Decent prices. Pleasant enough staff.

This store had been going down until the end of last year when it got a new manager. The stock sitting on the floor is all cleaned up, the shelves are fully stocked with prices, stock is being rotated, and the overall environment is 100% better. Each time I go in it just keeps getting better. Kudos to the new management.

It's been a whole lot of work but every day I hear "the store looks good". Things have definatly improve a lot since I started working there, about six months ago. We actually have a manager now. It makes a big difference. The store went without one for quite some time I'm told.

This store has transformed beautifully over the past few months! The shelves are well-stocked, the customer service is excellent, and the store seems much, much better managed. Who knew Family Dollar had such a great selection!

So many positive changes at the store - smiles, stocked shelves and supplies you need! Grateful to have access to affordable goods in this area. Seems a little understaffed, but they are quick and capable- even if you don’t see them right away!

This looks like a whole new store from a month ago! Shelves are stocked and aisles are clear! Easy to find what you need and if you can't, the staff answers questions with a smile. Will shop here again!

Under new management and now this is a whole new store. I have been using various Family Dollars through the years and this is hands down the best one I have been in. If you have any shopping to do in the Alpine area, this has got to be your go-to store!
