Ordered Crispi boots on a deal back in December of 2020 that were in stock. Worked with the owner on getting them to me. Never got them so I was up in Afton in June and made arrangements to pick them up but when I got to the store no one could help me. Then I was have been promised for almost 2 months they would be shipped but have not seen them. Brad I hope you can resolve this so I can create a positive review.

We had a great experience here. My husband has been interested in fly fishing for a while and we were looking for a starter set up. The gentleman working here was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable (as a couple of nervous newbies in an endlessly complex and potentially expensive sport). He got us all set up with a complete kit at a very reasonable price, didn’t try to upsell is on unnecessary stuff, directed us to a great local beginner spot, and made us feel confident and excited about it all. We had a great afternoon learning to cast and enjoying the gorgeous Wyoming scenery. Thank you!!!

Buyer beware! Placed an order on December 6th for Christmas, and after several days I hadn't received an email that item had been shipped. Since then I have tried to email with no response, call with no answer, and text with no reply to check the status of my order. Canceled the order today and will order elsewhere in the future as you should!

Ordered tripod online the first week of August for up coming hunting season. It's now October 11th and still no tripod. There was no mention of any back order on their website and that is why I decided to order. Have called multiple times and never received a call back from someone that actually knew what was going on. Stopped in their store twice on my way through and once again there was no one around that could find out when I might receive my tripod. The guy in the store could not even tell if it had been shipped so he would not refund my money or credit towards a tripod they had on the shelf. The last time I stopped in their store (6 weeks after ordering) they had the exact tripod on their shelf but no one in the store could help find out the status on mine. These guys might be ok to buy from in their store but I will never order anything from them online again. My credit card was charged the full amount 10weeks ago and still no product received. Is that even legal?

Was up in Afton with the family on a scouting trip. Decided to Stop in Brad's shop by blind luck. Turned out to be the right decision! Brad took great care of me with a fishing license, flies and a couple good places to chase the trout. My daughter loved both places we ended up going. Stop by this shop, they take great care of any customer that comes by!

Ordered a bino harness from them and still waiting for a shipping conformation. I sent an email and 5 phone calls and still not a response. Even spoke with a store employee twice and was told that I would have to speak with the owner for shipping conformation. Beware doing business was this company, I think they beat me out a hundred bucks.
