Very disappointed with them recently. Went in last week for vaccines for my dog and they didn't feel comfortable giving them to him because he didn't take his anxiety meds before appointment. He was out of them. Normally they remind up about them in the phone and ask if we need refills. He is older now so since they didn't mention it I took him in hopes he would be used to them now. He wasn't so they rescheduled him for the following week. We double checked it wouldn't be an issue since he needed to be seen before a certain Date for his free vaccines. Comes today his appointment my husband shows up and they say his appointment isn't until April. And they say there's no way their appointment coordinator could have made a mistake. Why would my husband get off work early again if he didn't believe that's what the lady told him. I talked to the lady see if there's anything they can do because he can't get off early a 3rd time to take him. She didn't seem like she was willing to help in anyway. Very disappointed in her lack of understanding that their staff MADE A MISTAKE. And we have to pay the consequences. Don't recommend them.

We went here for our dog to be put to his final rest. My dog had never been treated here prior, but we were referred to them so we booked an appointment. They were able to get me in a day earlier than originally booked as my dog was having significant health issues. They assessed my dog to make sure we were doing the right thing and treated him like he was their own pet. Dr Kelly and the vet tech sat on the floor with us the whole time petting my dog until he passed. These folks went above and beyond for my pet and his sad parents. I could not think of a better place to bring any future pets I may have. Top notch staff and service. Thank you so much WVC.

I did not yell at anyone! I was upset yes and very well treated bad! And mentioned I was only going to pay the amount that Hanna quoted me on Wednesday last week! And that is false because I never received any email nor hand written statement as I called over the phone. Also you never asked about any quote to be shown nor did I ever say anything about calling 15 other clinics. So great way to lie on the comment back for the review. As I was reading your reviews there has been other people who had dealt with the same issues! You guys need to learn to do respectable business and not lie to your clients or adjust quotes when people get there. I was very respect until my wife showed up and you gave her a new bill that was never discussed or agreed upon. I never refused any phone call. And the one call you did make i answered and also stated that I gave my wife the payment information which then your unprofessional team denied her making payment so she left. Nice try trying to make us look bad by your unprofessional snake tactics for lying and changing the quote as soon as my wife was sitting there for 1.5 hour.

Reached out to them regarding my friend's pet who had been sick for weeks and gone to multiple vets in the Green Bay area who couldn't help. They got her in same day, whereas every single other vet in the area was booking out 3+ weeks. As soon as they saw her cat, they took action and were able to identify the possible issues and administer the care they could. They were kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable.

We were on the hunt for a new vet for our dog. We took the recommedation of a freind, and scheduled an appointment for her annual check up. Very nice staff, and vet Dr. Kelly. She took the time to listen to our concerns, and did a through exam of our dog. We are very happy with our new vet.

This place is beyond unprofessional! Horrible customer service! Called last week. Spoke with one of the staff regarding appointment for puppies and she quoted me 250$ for all the puppies dewormer, visit and vaxs. My wife showed up today giving her a new quote that wasn’t discussed. Sat there for over 1.5 hours. To only be rude and disrespectful and said that they weren’t going to take her and puppies! Worst experience especially being here locally in town hoping for a good local vet to go to. Look somewhere else!!!

This place is a joke. Was told it would be $106 per kitten for 3 kitten shot appointments. Then when i get there today the price changed to $106 per cat per apointment. Who in their right mind would pay $300 per cat just for kitten shots? Received harassing phone calls demanding a $50 deposit. Then when I paid the deposit they canceled my appointment without telling me. I had to take off of work and lose out on overtime pay just be be turned away and smugly told I had to reschedule. The vet was great but the front office staff should be fired. They lost a customer today. Do not waste your time or money here.

I took my dog with fear based aggression to Dr.Kelly & her staff and found them to be patient with her and personalized some of our treatment to fit her temperament. We made the 30min drive, monthly towards to end, knowing she was in good hands and had a wonderful treatment plan going. All the staff we have seen over the years were great answering question, filling meds, and helping with neurological, joint and ACL issues she had. Now with our new puppy, we didn't hesitate to call Dr.Kelly our vet once again!I wouldn't go any place else

Dr. Kelly and staff are great. Dr. Kelly provides excellent care and explains things very well. She comes in the room and gets right down to your pets level. She has an easy going personality that makes our 3 dogs very comfortable at the vet. I feel like my dogs are getting the best care possible. Been going there over 6 years and have nothing but good things to say about Wrightstown Vet Clinic. Thanks for all you do.

This clinic is Amazing!!! With Covid they do car side pick up. It was a first time visit. They made it so easy. Doctor Kelly spent so much time with me on the phone and answered all of my questions. They were so kind and loving with our new puppy! Will recommend to every pet owner I know. Thank you for a great visit.

Our dog was not acting herself. Our normal vet couldn't get us in for a week. Many of our friends suggested here so we called right away. They got us in as soon as they had an opening for the day. They went over everything with us in great detail about our sweet Bella. They even helped with other on going health problems. I would recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

I chose this clinic because it's close to my house and we can walk there or take a very short drive. So far, they've been wonderful to both my cat and my dog. They listen to your concerns and questions and are not judgmental in any way. That's my favorite part. Thank you staff for always being available and listening.

I got into my appointment quickly even though clinic was very busy. Vet and assistant Amanda spent a lot of time with my dog and treated us like we were the most important clients. Very friendly office. I love this place!

My Dogs normally always have their tails between their legs though out the entire visit at most Vet's, our first time here, like always tails down, but by the end of the visit they had tails up and wagging, and the staff were very personable to me too. Glad we gave we came in!

We took our geriatric golden retriever to see Dr Kelli as a new patient, which is very strange with COVID restrictions. She was amazing with our boy and spent a LOT of time on the phone with us explaining what she found during the examination. We left feeling so positive and empowered to help our boy thru his golden years. Thanks Amanda for this referral, you are the best. Thanks Dr Kelli for taking SUCH good care of our Jake. We love Wrightstown Veterinary Clinic! When we first got our dog, nobody in the area was taking new patients and we were so lucky to find Wrightstown.They are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though COVID-19 has prevented me from seeing their interactions with Kewee I know they treat her like a queen. She is always so excited to see them!They will give you quotes on services beforehand that are accurate, and they work with your schedule to get your pet in. When Kewee had an emergency we got her in and operated on same day instead of having to go to the animal hospital. We truly feel blessed to have found Dr. Kali, Dr. Kelly, and the entire staff!

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Kellys was off but the temp. Vet very good. Had annual pysical and scheduled spay for my doodle . Hope all goes well. We're 100. Dollars less than others for lazer procedure.

My Collie puppy had surgery to get neutered and I had taken him to a vet that basically done a hack job on him. The first night we brought him home he was thrashing in pain so bad that he had dismantled our Venetian doors. It was extremely sad. I took Cody to the Wrightstown vet and they took him in right away. When they were finishing repairing what the other vet screwed up, Cody was a new dog. His healing was exceptional and his pain was under control. I would recommend this that for anyone because you won't be sorry.
