Pet Wash Review- The water for the pet wash was unbelievably hot with no option to adjust. Ramp is too steep. It ate my quarters and the change machine was broken. The nozzle handle was loose and hard to hold. The water comes out like the jet setting on a hose attachment, so water was flying everywhere. A timer starts as soon as the money goes down. Definitely making the trip to DePere next time.

Wash was pretty good. I really like the large manual wash bay and the pet wash was pretty good. Every time I go one of the 2 machines In the bay doesn't work though. Prices are the same as anywhere else slightly better than some places.

Dog WashI was so excited to see that there is a dog wash so close to home. I used Jan '22 then again July & Aug. The wash was great in Jan, but it went down after that. The room was in terrible disarray-- dog hair everywhere-- as if someone was brushing a long haired dog in Spring & just tossing the orange/blonde hair everywhere. The ramp is too steep, I had to pick my 50lb pibble up and put him into the tub. Then the water jets out like I am trying to clean concrete & there is no where to adjust the temperature either. The leash clip was broken so I had to struggle to keep my soapy, soaking wet pup in the tub. I am praying someone conscientious takes over soon. I know I'd be a regular there.

Worst place to wash your vehicle. Left soap and scratches on my truck. 4 dollars for 5 min but I timed it it was 3min. Rip off places. Need to be closed down and destroyed

We used the pet wash. Very impressed, you turn the dial to shampoo or conditioner or rinse and it has it all built in for you, plus a dryer. Only thing is the water does get a little hot

Not in good shape anymore. Some of the machines eat your quarters. So use paper money for sure. I use the manual side almost always. It is a bit expensive for what you get too.

Won't read your card half the time, be lucky if you get change back. Paid for a wash ate my $20 and gave me no wash or change. Will be going elsewhere.

Absolute worst. Literally only slapped some soap down and gave it a gentle rinse off. Will not use again.
