Arrived about 745 for 8 AM appointment. friendly office employees when checking in. Told me back into the door 5 after the truck that’s in their leaves. That took about 10 minutes. They got me loaded and I was on my way out with my paperwork at about 845.

I come often as a regional driver.. Friendly folks in the office and on the dock. East check in procedures and fast unloading times. One of the better cold storages around. 5 stars well earned.

Showed up a half hour early. Put in a door right away. The last stop damaged the wall of the trailer. They helped me out by patching it, so I can get loaded. Good people!

Usually in and out for loading. I usually pick up 4 to 6 pallets and am out of there in 15 - 20 minutes

Nice people! Over night parking on the street. Plenty of room to back in the docks. Nice clean restroom! Fast unloading, been coming here for years..

Park on street, walk down the hill to the office to check in. Overall a good experience with fast loading. Kept doors closed to back in, they seal from the inside

Get a bit backed up but once in door don't take to long . Park on street walk down to check in . They'll let you know if doors need be open or closed

Been sitting here almost 5 hours, and keep getting told 10 minutes to a door. I'm going to run out of hours if they don't get me loaded. Avoid this place if possible.
