The staff are great, very helpful, and friendly. I wasn't impressed with the fact you can't pay with cash. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless which is impressive. The beds are very comfortable too. It could of used some spring cleaning as it had some dust fuzziness on the walls, and it smelled a bit musty. The thing that bothers me the most is that it has a cheesy door knob with no interior extra lock, or a peek hole. Since I travel alone most of the time I didn't feel very safe. It would be an inexpensive fix to give extras security. I would stay here again because the rooms are clean, and priced well. The parking lot was even clean, no trash, or even cigarette butts.

If you are looking for an affordable place to get out of the road and sleep, this is a good one. It's dated, but clean, and the staff at the BP gas station is friendly and helpful. The station itself is awesome with lots of snacks and food/drink options.If the road noise bothers you, a cheap pair of earplugs is great to quiet it down.Would stay here again, it's not fancy but it works. I'll take old and CLEAN and affordable over new and filthy.

This motel is a gem in the middle of Wisconsin. Between bigger towns, but easily accessed at an interstate exit, the motel is clearly well loved and managed. The rooms are newly renovated from floor to ceiling and look fantastic. Don’t be put off by the fact that you have to check in at the gas station next door. The process was not as sketchy as it sounds. The friendly young lady at the gas station ushered us to a separate window for hotel guests, with its own computer, and printed out a receipt and gave us our key. It was all very professional and legitimate.I appreciated the refrigerator in the room.The only complaint I have is that there are no curtains of any kind, only blinds, on the windows in the room. The motel is well lit outside, and that bright light makes the rooms quite bright throughout the night, with no way to darken the room. A simple fix for this would be to install blackout curtains on every window.For around $60 for a double room, this place is well worth the stop. If it weren’t for the lack of blackout curtains (I have trouble getting to sleep in a room that’s not very dark), we would make this a regular stop on our annual cross country road trip.

My husband and I were looking for a dog friendly motel with easy access to the dog show being held in Lake Elmo, MN. (This motel is 30 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the St. Paul area.) I called to make certain they were dog friendly, and to get permission for bringing our two Boxer dogs. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and welcoming. Although check-in is at the BP station, it was more efficient than most lobby based check-in procedures, and the young lady who helped me was super friendly and sweet. The room itself was very clean, with new carpeting and a new shower. It also had a refrigerator and microwave. The TV worked great, with a nice selection of channels. The water was hot, with wonderful water pressure. The beds were comfortable. Even though it was right off the interstate, it was quiet. Most importantly, there was plenty of green space for walking the dogs. They loved it. There are very few eating places in Woodville, but five minutes down the road are a variety of places to eat right off the interstate. I LOVE motels like this: Clean, comfortable, small, friendly, and perfect for dogs. We will definitely try to book the same room when we show in Lake Elmo next year.

I loved there beds very soft yey hard i slept like a busy I've been to hotels motels and thins lil. Place had it all together better then the other places I've been to. The only problem i had was that one of the windows didn't lock . But it's s eazy fix. Also they didn't leave clean towels or i mean oke of them had hair on them so yeah . besides that i loved it 😍... Highly recommend it. Just check up on them ..

This motel was kept nice and clean. We had a cat along and they allowed us to take it in so we were happy about that. It had the exterior doors so it was perfect for anyone with pets. The staff were friendly. You check in at the BP gas station next to it.We will definitely stop here again.

This is a small hotel family owned and has to be the cleanest small hotel I have ever stayed at. I wouldn't normally stop for this kind of hotel but the weather forced me too.It doesn't look like much from the highway but drop by and seeIt doesn't smell old carpet like most hotels do.Ohh and try the pizza it awesome.

Clean and quiet. Right off the interstate but far enough away that there's no traffic noise. Adjacent gas station delivers made-to-order pizza to your room. Plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Wifi is the typical hit-or-miss you'd expect from motels in this price range.Seems to be decent insulation between rooms. I can't hear coworkers in adjacent rooms.Rooms are being continuously updated so some may feel more dated than others, but all have the expected tv, fridge, and microwave.

What a nice place to stay! All new inside with a knotty pine "cabin" decor. All new fixtures in the bath and a huge shower. Clean, quiet, and cozy at a very reasonable price! Who could ask for anything more? I'll be back anytime I'm in the area.

This is an older building, but has been maintained and updated. It's actually pretty quiet here. There is some freeway noise outside which greatly decreases over night. They have vert nice towels.

This place is hole. The manager told us we had to get up and leave every morning at 9am so they could clean. They charged us for our service dog. Even then they over charged, chargeing us $20 a day per pet when the web site says $5. The room carpet was wet from who knows what. A crackhead wouldn't do crack in this hole.

Rooms are tiny, old outdated furniture, old beds, old lumpy uneven mattresses particularly by the feet and upper body mattress areas were sloped in twards the center, ac is above the bed veey loud and it's hard to sleep bc of it, the room, carpet and bed are humid despite the AC bc of the outside door. Capret feels sticky on bare feet bc of the humidity. Dead bugs plastered on the inside of the bathroom ceiling above the door. Shampoo and soap are provided. No dresser, little counter space. Cramped space makes it hard to get into the mini fridge bc of the chair pushed up against it. Staff was very nice and does the best for what they are working with. Won't be staying here again.

The best motel I’ve ever stayed at. The only suggestion would be to get black out curtains as the porch lights illuminate the room like it’s daytime all night. The coffee is just so good in the office and the owners are so friendly. It always looks like they just redid the rooms!

I was driving from one job to another late at night and stopped in this small place to catch some rest. I stayed in over 18 hotels and motels in eight states last year and the Woodville motel is my number one. It's clean very well kept room with a flat screen TV had a great price and fast friendly night service. I hope I pass through Wisconsin again this year.

Quiet little hotel on the side of the highway with great service! the rooms are always clean, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is great. They offer free Wi-Fi and calls, cable TV, air conditioning, coffee, and it's right next to the bp so it's a good combo for the traveler on a budget that still wants the amenities

The Woodville Inn was a nice place to have as a base as we checked out the sights in the area. Simple, clean, comfortable. Not real fancy, but then again, neither am I.

They didn't bother to tell me there is no checkin after 10pm. I drove 4 hours and ended up having to sleep in my car. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.
