Its hit and miss with the staff. Some are helpful some are rude. Pharmacy staff is so so too. I am switching to walmart.

Like nearly every other pharmacy, they are short staffed, and people need to be aware of that and understanding. Yelling and becoming belligerent as I’ve witnessed only makes matters worse. When I’ve been calm and patient at this pharmacy, they’ve been very accommodating and helpful to me in return, going above and beyond to help me with issues on two separate occasions. You can see that they are doing all that they can to keep up behind the pharmacy counter.

Very rude service after waiting on hold to talk to pharmacy for over 20 minutes. I understand short staffed but poor customer service by Marla was very unprofessional.

It's really sad when women can't be nice to other women, especially when the woman they're not being nice to is a CUSTOMER in the store THAT THEY WORK AT!!! HELLO!!! Might be bad for business dummy!!! The reason I'm giving it two stars is because not all the women who work there are insecure gash's, just the one that's on tonight(5/22/23). The other women are great!

Tried to call 3 times to see if my prescription was ready. Busy signal every time. Arrived 90 minutes after the store opened...prescription wont be ready for another 45 minutes.

Always short on meds, staff have personalities that you'd expect at the DMV and their prices are sky high. My family had been using them for years but have since changed pharmacies and will never be back.

If you have a life threatening condition that requires medication. Do not go here. It'll be 2days and a hospital visit later until you can get your medications from this pharmacy.Short staffed.if you have a day job you will never be able to access your much needed medication seeing as they close at the time people are getting off work.

Had a great experience there. I was there for vacation, but had forgot my pills in California. The pharmacist (whose name I believe was Brian) was such a nice guy. He went above and beyond of his duties to call my insurance in California multiple times and stayed on the line for long hours until getting them to confirm my prescription.

If the Woodruff location pharmacy can no longer be open on weekends or after 5:00 on weekdays, I have no reason to continue to using them to fill my prescriptions. Walgreens better hire more pharmacists very soon to cover those days/hours. If they don't, I'm not the only customer that will find other options. Wal-Mart is only a mile away.

Call in a prescription on Friday went down to Woodruff on Monday to pickup only to find out there was no pharmacist on duty that day so guess what no meds. Would have been nice if they notified me to say that they were not dispensing medicine that day since I had a drive 30 miles unacceptable

Horrible. At first started out pleasant as I was perusing the isles for some items.. went to the resister.. was not greeted; items rang up incorrect..several price discrepancies, and to top it off, the cashier gave me ZERO time to enter my rewards number... so she RAN THE TRANSACTIONS TWICE BC THE DIFFERENCE WAS $15... and then she sighed and muttered something under her breath at me. Will never come back.. 😡 I will be returning my items.

You have got to get a better speaker system at the drive up window.When the clerk cannot understand what you are saying from the passenger side of the car and you are yelling your question and still cannot be understood than this is a problem and it was very frustrating. Please fix your intercom system!!

Spent over 1/2 hour on April 5 calling the Woodruff store. No one answered. Now will transfer prescriptions to another company.

I was on hold for thirty minutes trying to get my prescription refilled with no answer even though it said I was next in line. I hung up and tried again and again it said I was next in line sat on hold for another 10 minutes. I have tried the automated refill twice and both times it did not go through this is the last time I will be using them I’ll be switching pharmacies

I've had a hard time with the pharmacy department being short and frustrated by the prescription doctors have given to my children. After days of waiting for them to work it out, they told me to just buy it somewhere else in the future. And I will.

This pharmacy is awesome. On vacation in Minocqua and needed a refill I forgot at home. Called my Dr. Medication ordered processed in under 2 hrs. Thank You Benji

I haven't been to many Walgreens that I didn't like, but the one in Woodruff has some very rude employees. I walked out without my items and bought them at Walmart. Won't be back.

I don't like Walgreens. Over priced. This is about par for a Walgreens. Long lines at checkout. Parking is plentiful. The place is clean.

The usual Walgreens with convenient over the counter meds, personal care products, and snack items. This one has (at the time we visited) some additional Northwoods supplies like floaties, tubes, and games.
