So I'll just start out with the first time I went here.. Went in and got my dogs nails trimmed right away since they have a "no appointment needed" nail clippings.. Went great! The 2nd time I showed up, they said they don't have any groomers.. Uhh, you can't have a "no appointment needed nail clippings" if you don't ALWAYS have a groomer present... Makes no sense! So after I drove a half hour to the shop, just to turn around and go home.. The next time I called first and they told me the same thing.. No groomers here. TODAY I called and they said all the groomers are gone this week for some trip thing.. I will NEVER be coming back! Get your business straight, especially since its a business for our very loved pets!

We spent over an hour there today. Awesome and well stocked place for all your pet needs!!! Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. We had been looking for unique collars for our pup and OMG we had a hard time choosing from the huge selection. Ellie May just loves her new attire!!!!

Love this place. So thankful there was a no show😊. The owner and staff are exceptionally friendly. My dogs, a Shepard mix and a Weimador, also really liked it here. (Normally our Shepard mix freaks out at groomers and runs to get out, he did not do this here he was completely relaxed) Great variety of products, and all exceptionally affordable prices!! I would recommend to anyone, and we will definitely be going back.

I have been taking my girl to get groomed there for the last 8 years and there is always lots of fur involved (berner). They do an awesome job and she is always happy to go. Highly recommend for any and all your pet needs.

Not really stocked w/ everything you should give your dog if your feeding raw food to your dog. They should also educate themselves better on items they could or should provide. Along with knowing what the items are.My Grade is a C-

The young lady behind the counter was so helpful in finding the right size in a harness for my dog. She eyeballed him, & choose the right one on the first try. She then adjusted the harness for a perfect fit.Then my dog's groomer helped me pick the right comb for his hair, that wouldn't be uncomfortable. Lastly, the owner, Jamie, helped me determine how tight or loose the collar should be. High 5's for all.

I have a Siberian Husky and a Lasa Apso that I take to Pampered Paws regularly. This past visit my Pups were in very rough condition due to the many months under quarantine.The groomer took her time to ensure my Lasa Apso's skin didn't get injured during the removal of the matted hair on her belly. Also, the groomer did an amazing blowout on my husky. Leaving close to no loose/shedding hair (which is close to impossible with a husky).Last but not least, Pampered Paws has a great selection of CBD OIL products for cats and dogs!!! Some weeks my dog uses less of her anxiety medicine; Some weeks she needs a lot more. Its great to know I don't have to order online and wait 7-10 days to get my dogs anxiety medicine.THANK YOU TO THE STAFF AT PAMPERED PAWS!~~Regina Call, BabyGirl and Peachs

Worst experience of my life with a groomer in more than 50 years as a dog owner/lover. Made an appointment first week of Nov. for my dog to be groomed on Nov. 30th at noon. Showed up 5 minutes early and was told they were running behind. Told them I would be in the car with my dog & to come get me. . At 12:45, I went back in for my noon appointment & was told a few more minutes so I went back to my car to sit with my dog. At 1:15 I went back in the store and was told they would be ready shortly & they would come get me. At 1:35 I went back in the store and was told they were just finishing up with the prior appointment and I would be next. I went back out to the car only to wait until my final trip into the store at 2 pm and was told it would be another 30 minutes.That would be 2 1/2 hours later than my initial noon appointment. They were not apologetic at all but offered to make a new appointment for me. Needless to say, I will never step into their store ever again and encourage others to do the same!!!

We love this store! The staff is super helpful in helping us find foods for all our special diets kitties. From limited ingredient diets for our resocialized feral with allergy troubles, to foods that our 19yo with early stage renal failure (who won't eat a script diet, grrr) can eat and still thrive, this store is great.The best part? They'll special order...and are cheaper than online retailers! So happy to have them in town.

The filthiest place I've ever been in for a dogs toe nail cut. Staff didnt say Thank You or come again. Charged $5.00 more for filing. It also said no appointment needed but had to come back the next day.
