Only reason I'm giving one star is cuz there's not a no star option. By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been at. Worst service. Food. Attitude. Everything. First off kids training kids in the cash window. Waited 2 min for them to give me my change because there to busy laughing. Pretty much getting my bag threw at me out the window. Getting down the road to find that the nuggets were solid and cold. Burgers hard. Cold made wrong fries so salty and hard it burns the roof of ur mouth. Call them and I get no answer. If u ever are hungry go across the street.

Today I stopped by and ordered two large iced vanilla coffees, with cream on top, I went to the second window and, oh surprise, it didn't come with cream on top. I told the lady who served me and she didn't even bother to pick up some coffee. They added the cream on top and gave me the lids separately, the lady was in a hurry and gave me the two glasses of coffee as if they were covered, the first one spilled on my window and stained my clothes a little. and the seat too.

Tonight was a blizzard and many places close early, so I called ahead (around 8) to see if they were open and, if so, make sure what time until. The guy that answered said they’d be open until 10. I drove there and arrived at 925 and the lady over the speaker said they already closed for the night. I said that the guy over the phone said open till 10 but got no response. Very annoying and unprofessional.

On my first visit, as typical when on lunch break, I used the McDonald's app as I leave my delivery truck so by the time I'm at a table, my order is being received. They ignored me and another customer stating when we confronted them 20 minutes where our food was, that the lines were too full and had to be handed first before kiosk or app orders. It wasn't until a total of 45 minutes passed that I received my simple Mcdouble, small fry, and medium tea. Remember, this was my half-hour lunch!Another visit, I used the kiosk and took a number and was table served within 10 minutes but no tea. They returned with the medium cup and informed me to get my own drink. At this McDonald's, those are all readily available.The tables were clean, trash pickuped. The atmosphere was good. Have no complaints about any of this.

Thank for the food y’all gave me pretty much free because the McDonald’s app pulled money out of my account days prior when McDonald’s was closed so every time I was around a McDonald’s the app would just trying to finish or complete the order well at the same time the McDonald’s app would cancel the order, so they just fu** it and gave me the food. Thank you again for not making the situation anymore stressful then it already was!McDonald’s y’all get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for great service well displaying great attitudes. Thanks you again hope to see y’all soon!

Fries cold and tasted old. They almost forgot my ice cream cones. Our cheese burgers cold.We stopped there agine tonight and ordered 4 mc doubles and three of them we cold and made us gage. I am very disappointed on the food here. I stopped about 9:40pm on Oct 4th 2023. We spent $17.00 there and they only thing we could eat was the fries. If I could I would give u no stars for the food.

I always love going to McDonald's here! The service is always fast, the fries are always amazing and the service is always great! The location is right off of hwy 45, easy access in and out. There are two drive thrus, online ordering spots available and curbside pickup. The app also works here and there are ordering kiosk on the inside as well.Parking: Parking on both sides of the building. Entry access on both sides of the building.Kid-friendliness: They have screen games available.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair signs and tables and doors.
